        인터넷과 같이 안전하지 않은 네트워크 환경에서 도청은 손쉽게 일어난다. 또한 수신자가 누구인지 알아내기가 쉽다. 이러한 환경에서 정당한 수신자에게 방송 콘텐츠를 안전하게 제공하면서 익명성을 제공하기 위해서는 서버와 수신자 사이에 익명성을 제공하는 키 교환이 필요하다. 스마트 카드를 이용한 익명성을 제공하는 키 교환 프로토콜은 이러한 요건을 충족시킨다. 스마트 카드를 이용한 방법은 여러 가지가 존재하나 이 논문에서는 Kumar Mangipudi가 제안한 sika프로토콜을 향상시킨 Ren-Chiun Wang의 프로토콜을 알아보고, 취약점을 분석한다. 마지막으로 취약한 점을 보완한 프로토콜을 제안하고 제안한 프로토콜의 안전성을 분석한다. 제안하는 프로토콜은 Ren-Chiun Wang의 프로토콜보다 안전성 측면에서 향상되었다.

        증례 : 내분비-대사 ; 원발성 고알도스테론혈증과 동반된 잠복성 쿠싱증후군 1예

        원발성 고알도스테론혈증과 잠복성 쿠싱 증후군을 동시에 보이는 부신피질샘종을 진단하였던 예는 극히 드물다. 저자들은 고혈압 및 저칼륨혈증에 의해 야기된 증상을 주소로 내원한 41세 여자에게서 원발성 고알도스테론혈증을 시사하는 검사 소견이 있어 이를 평가하던 중, 원발성 고알도스테론혈증과 잠복성 쿠싱 증후군을 동시에 보이는 부신피질 샘종 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다. Cases of combined primary hyperaldosteronism and subclinical Cushing`s syndrome are extremely rare. We identified a left adrenocortical tumor in a 41-year-old woman by computed tomography (CT) during an evaluation for hypokalemia and hypertension. Hormonal assessment demonstrated normal aldosterone concentrations, low plasma renin activity, an increased aldosterone/renin ratio, and normal serum cortisol levels. Selective adrenal venous sampling for the determination of aldosterone concentrations showed an overfunctioning left adrenal gland. Dexamethasone (overnight 1mg, 2 mg, 8 mg) suppression tests showed insuppressible cortisol. We diagnosed the patient as having an aldosterone-producing adrenal adenoma associated with subclinical Cushing`s syndrome. (Korean J Med 79:321-326, 2010)

        Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation may be induced by coronary spasm presenting with typical angina-like pain and palpitations. It is typically treated using rate or rhythm control strategies, although sustained coronary spasm can induce sinus bradycardia with dizziness and syncope. In the present case, we reached a diagnosis of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and sinus bradycardia due to coronary artery spasm using the methyl-ergonovine provocation test during angiography. While the treatment of coronary spasm can resolve paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, sinus bradycardia, and variant angina, the mechanism remains unclear, although it may be associated with sinus node ischemia. Similar symptoms, particularly chest discomfort, should be carefully considered in cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. (Korean J Med 2015;89:79-84)

        Postoperative rhabdomyolysis with acute renal failure (ARF) is a rare complication of laparoscopic urologic surgery. It is associated with lateral decubitus surgical position, long operative time, and increased body mass. We report a case of a 49-year-old-man with right renal cell carcinoma who underwent a laparoscopic right radical nephrectomy for 7 hours in left decubitus position and was complicated by ARF due to postoperative rhabdomyolysis. Laparoscopic renal surgery is performed in many surgical renal diseases and heightened suspicion may help early recognition of postoperative rhabdomyolysis. Vigorous hydration and hemodialysis are also helpful in treating ARF secondary to rhabdomyolysis.

      • 흥미 있는 영어수업을 위한 학습동기부여 방안 연구 : Some Ways to Motivate Students

        The purpose of this study is to give motivation to Korean high school students who study English as a foreign language and to make them concentrate on their study with interest. They have tried to improve their English competence for a long time but in fail. They have put much endeavor, time and cost in learning English but made little progress. Nowadays Korean high school students tend to be afraid and shrink from their learning activity as they think it is not interesting and easy. So it is more important to find more effective ways to learn English. As proved by a lot of studies, motivation is very important in learning language. By reviewing the studies on motivation, this paper tries to recognize how the motivation theory shifts over years and what theory is pertinent. The results indicate that 1) motivation plays a very important role in learning English; 2) each motivation has the complementary relationship with each other; 3) in learning English in Korea, instrumental, intrinsic/extrinsic motivations make much more progress than traditional integrative one; 4) in learning English, self-confidence is associated with intrinsic and instrumental motivation rather than integrative one. This study also try to suggest some effective teaching and learning methods in learning English in high school classrooms. Students try to concentrate on their studies when they feel they have no obligation and anxiety. As more effective methods with creativity of students, this paper try to show such methods as Counseling Learning, Communicative Language Learning and Cooperative Language Learning. They can make students take part in their class more actively and motivate high school students to concentrate on learning English.

      • EFL 교실에 학습동기를 부여하기 위한 영어 학습동기 저해요인 분석

        The study has investigated what makes Korean high school students motivated and demotivated, and what they think about learning English. To conduct this study, a quantitative approach with a questionnaire with Likert Scale Format and a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with the subjects are examined. Some of the findings are differentiated from those of foreign countries. Results drawn from this study are following: (1) One is that most Korean high school students have great attention on studying English even if they feel English itself as a great burden. (2) The other is that demotivation is the clear tendency in studying English, including many reasons. Above all, English teachers are much blamed from the students for their negative personalities, lack of commitment to teaching and attention paid to the students, and making them do boring routine memorization of the text, English for only entering university, typical reading and learning grammar. The second one is the lack of chances of speaking English in their daily lives. In the literature review of former foreign researchers' studies, this factor is not identified. It is the unique, being in Korea only. Compulsory nature of EFL study is also one of the demotives. It is obviously related to the lack of autonomy. Others are inadequate school facilities, the weak will and reduced self-confidence from experience of failure of success or low grade. Because these results are much different from those of foreign examples, the proper ways of English teaching and learning in Korea should be recommended. These are some suggestions for our future teaching and learning based on the analysis and results of the investigation: (1) English teachers should discuss the effective teaching ways together so that they find the suitable one of teaching English. They should find the best teaching method. (2) To have students less bored, they should encourage their students to study English in a comfortable, active surroundings. (3) English teachers should use English much more to teach English in classes and make them master their English in real talk. (4) To give students more chances to speak English, the Ministry of Education should employ English native speakers and make them teach students in schools.
