케이블 감속을 이용한 소형 로봇의 개발과 실시간 제어에 관한 연구

In this thesis, a three degrees of freedom robot, which is able to provide sufficient precision for various robot researches, has been developed. The cable mechanism is used as a basic transmission of robot joints. Based on an optimal design strategy, link and joint parameters are determined and then overall geometry of the robot is designed. As an architecture of robot control, real time control system using real time linux and RtiC-Lab(Real Time Controls Laboratory) is developed. This system, written in C and based on Linux O/S, include text editor, compiler, downloader, and real time plotter running in host computer for developing control purpose. Using these hardware and software, simple PD position control is implemented, the results shows the effectiveness of the system.

These studies were conducted to investigate the effects of the extracts from Hoelen alba, Alismatis Rhizoma and Atractylodes Rhizoma on the proliferation and differentiation of 3T3-L1 cells. The results were summerized as follows: Hoelen alba and Alismatis Rhizoma extracts inhibited the proliferation of preadipose 3T3-L1 cells. In inductive differentiation, all three extracts inhibited the adipose conversion in 2 days of initial-culture, Atractylodes Rhizoma extract inhibited the adipose conversion in 5 days of final-culture and Hoelen alba and Alismatis Rhizoma inhibited adipose conversion in treatment of whole term of culture. In spontaneous differentiation, Atractylodes Rhizoma extract increased the adipose conversion in 2 days of initial-culture, Hoelen alba and Alismatis Rhizoma increased the adipose conversion in 5 days of final-culture, all three extracts increased adipose conversion in treatment of whole term of culture. The 10% serum of mice treated with each sample did not affect, but the 5% serum of them inhibited the proliferation of 3T3-L1 cells. In inductive differentiation, the 10% serum of them inhibited the adipose conversion in treatment of whole term of culture.

HD 블랙박스 녹화과정에서의 위치정보 은익방법

HD 블랙박스에 포함되는 GPS 위치정보 저장방법은 특정한 표준을 가지지 않고 제조사마다 고유한 방식을 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 GPS 위치정보를 저장하기 위한 저장 공간의 한계성을 극복하고 이에 따른 화질저화를 유발하는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 숨겨진 필수영역을 이용한 HDTV 비디오 콘텐츠에 포함된 위치정보 은닉방법을 제안한다. HDTV 비디오 콘텐츠는 압축을 위하여 프레임 하단에 8-라인의 Border Extender가 반드시 필요하게 된다. 이는 현 위치정보를 은닉하는 공간으로 사용되며 화질열화를 방지하기 위하여 그레이스케일 블록 형태의 이미지로 삽입하였다. 제안 방법은 실제 HD블랙박스를 사용하여 확인되었으며, 기존의 부가영역을 사용한 ASCII 코드의 형식보다 해석이 어려우며 편집 재 압축할 경우 위치정보가 사라지는 보안효과가 있다. 따라서 제안방법은 페이스 북이나 유튜브 등과 같은 위치기반 동영상 서비스에도 적합하다. GPS location information storage included in the HD black box is using a unique manner for each manufacturer does not have a specific standard. In this paper, in order to overcome the limitations of the storage space and thereby the image quality according to store GPS position information deteriorate to solve the problems that cause, we propose the location information concealment method included in the HDTV video content using a essential hidden region. HDTV video content is a Border Extender of 8 lines in the frame to the bottom of the compression will be required. This was inserted into the image of a gray scale used in block form in order to space the current position information is concealed to prevent image degradation. The proposed method was confirmed using real HD black box, there are more difficult to interpret the format of the ASCII code re-edit the location information when the compression effect disappears with the existing security zones added. Therefore, the proposed method is suitable for location-based services, such as Facebook or Youtube videos.

스마트폰에 사용되는 터치스크린 입력장치의 신뢰성 검사장비 개발

최근 핸드폰 제품이 일반 돔 키(dome key)를 장착한 모바일폰(mobile phone)에서 터치스크린(touch screen)을 장착한 스마트폰(smart phone)으로 급격하게 옮겨감에 따라 이들 제품의 압력장치 신뢰성을 검사할 수 있는 검사장비도 보다 정밀하고 다양한 사용자의 테스트 조건을 만족시킬 수 있도록 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 스마트폰에 사용되는 터치스크린 입력장치의 신뢰성 검사를 위한 방법과 장비를 제안하였다. 개발된 스마트폰 입력장치의 신뢰성 검사장비는 돔 키의 측정을 위한 z 방향 공압 엑츄에이터와 터치스크린의 검사를 위한 x-y 방향 모터 스테이지 및 모터제어 및 I/0 신호처리를 위한 제어기로 구성된다. Recently, according to transform from mobile phone using dome key pad to smart phone using touch screen pad, reliability testing machine is required to satisfy the need of user test condition having precision and variation. In this study, reliability testing method and machine is proposed for touch screen input device consisted with z-directional pneumatic actuator for keypad and x-y directional motion stage for touch screen, controller for motor control and I/O signal process.

운영효율을 고려한 모노레일 차량기지 설계 사례

As cities have expanded, public transportation systems are focused on city urban railroad. However, subway is no more attractive due to its high construction cost. As a result, a new system - LRT(Light Rail Transit) is presented as an alternative system. One of the LRT - monorail system has been chosen by Daegu Metropolitan City Government for the urban railroad line 3, owing to its low construction cost and positive effect for city scopes. But monorail system has a complex problem on wiring, turn-out system. So engineers who design to apply monorail depot have to check into these matter. This paper introduces overseas cases of monorail depot for reference, outline of the planning structure in depot, go out depot line plan related to manless operating and result of simulation on depot operation. We hope this contents are helpful for engineers who are interested in the monorail depot.

Porous Si 반도체에서의 결함상태 연구

Using a series of porous silicon (PS) sample - by rapid thermal annealing (2000℃, 3000℃, 4000℃, 5000℃) treatment - we have characterized their optical, electrical properties, and lattice mode properties by photoluminescence (PL), photoinduced current transient spectroscopy (PICTS), Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) measurements. We found a visible photoluminescence peak at 665 nm and 670 nm by the annealing. We have carried out the PICTS measurements and found a deep levels of 0.69 eV, 0.76 eV, 0.84eV below the conduction band in the sample before annealing and after annealing at the 300℃. The effects of annealing on the photoluminescence spectrum and deep levels is discussed.

수소화된 n형 GaN에서 깊은준위 결함상태와 광전류 특성

The n-type GaN layer has been grown on sapphire substrate by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). To investigate the behaviors of deep levels for n-type GaN layer, persistent photoconductivity(PPC), photoconductivity(PC) and deep level transient spectroscopy (DLTS), and hydrogenation were performed at 100℃ and 200℃ for 2 hours. In order to prevent the oxidation of GaN layer, DLTS was measured at N₂ atmosphere. From DLTS measurements at high temperatures, three distinct deep levels, labeled N₃, N₄ and N5, werem measured in non-hydrogenated and hydrogenated n-type GaN. Their activation energies from different emission rates are calculated at 0.59eV, 0.67eV and 1.63eV below the conduction band, respectively. Their deep levels in the hydrogenated sample decrease in intensities than that in the non-hydrogenated GaN, and it was confirmed through PC, PPC, and DLTS measurements.

RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링으로 성장한 Ge-rich 실리콘 산화박막(GRSO)의 광학적 특성

The photoluminescence (PL) properties of germanium-rich silicon oxide (GRSO) films prepared by rf magnetron sputtering method on a silicon substrate were investigated and compared to those silicon-rich silicon oxide (SRSO) films. An visible photoluminescence was observed from GRSO films which were annealed at high temperatures. The samples grown under 50 W rf power shows a PL peak in blue-voilet region, and under 100 W rf power shows yellow region. In FTIR spectra of GRSO samples appear GE-O-Ge bond (TO mode) out of high temperature annealing. Rutherford backscattering spectrum was measured to study the extent of Ge concentrations. These results show the evidence that the neutral oxygen vacancy is believed to be responsible for the observed luminescence, and nanocrystalline Ge may contain new microstructure responsible for visible PL. It is therefore suggested that the mechanism of the visible PL can be discussed by a quantum confinement effect.
