The structure is deteriorated by various factors such as environmental effect and unexpected overloading. The structural performance in service is evaluated by various non-destructive tests and structural analysis. This study proposes an empirical method to predict physical parameters of structural member in the frequency domain. The method utilizes the frequency response function (FRF) data measured and collected by an impact hammer test assuming the fundamental vibration mode of the member. The validity of the proposed method is illustrated in two analytical examples and two experimental works. It is found that the physical parameters of beam member should be modified by correction factor predicted by the boundary conditions and wavelength of the fundamental mode. And it is observed that the parameters can be optimally predicted in taking the FRF data prior to the frequency that is directly outside the first resonance frequency. The results demonstrate that the physical parameters can be estimated very closely by the proposed method.
자성홀소자를 이용한 집게형 맥진기의 유효성 평가를 위한 허맥과 실맥 로지스틱 회귀식 탐색

The aims of this study are to investigate a logisitic regression equation of the vacuous pulse and the replete pulse for efficacy evaluation of clip-type pulsimeter by using magnetic Hall device. To evaluate the efficacy of clip-type pulsimeter by using magnetic Hall device as sensing the minute movement of a radial artery, one research clinical trial have been performed. The number of subject was 120, the clinical data of patients did treated with a normal statistical method. The systolic peak amplitude, the reflective peak amplitude and time, and the notch peak amplitude and time are analyzed major efficacy parameters to discern the vacuous pulse and the replete pulse. The equations included of five parameters such as systolic peak amplitude, the reflective peak amplitude and time, and the notch peak amplitude and notch amplitude time for determination of the vacuous pulse and the replete pulse were deducted by statistical logistic regression method. It suggests that the logistic regression equations are possible to develop the oriental algorithm for pulse diagnosis.
홀센서 집게형 맥진기와 심전도-용적맥파계를 이용한 한양방 융합용 환자감시장치 개발연구

The clip-type pulsimeter equipped with a Hall sensor has a permanent magnet attached in the “Chwan” position to the center of a radial artery. The clip-type pulsimeter is composed of a hardware system measuring voltage signals. These electrical bio-signals display pulse rate, non-invasive blood pressure, respiratory rate, pulse wave velocity (PWV), and spatial pulse wave velocity (SPWV) simultaneously measured by using the radial artery pulsimeter, the electrocardiograph (ECG), and the photoplethysmograph (PPG). The findings of this research may be useful for developing a oriental-western biomedical signal storage device, that is, the new and fusion patient monitor, for a U-health-care system.
자기장 측정 홀소자 집게형 맥진기를 이용한 허맥과 실맥 예측 알고리즘 개발

Clip-type pulsimeter equipped with Hall device and a minute permanent magnet as sensing the minute movement of a radial artery was developed. The clinical data of the 120 number of subject acquisited through the clip-type pulsimeter did treated with a typical statistical logistic regression analysis. The prediction algorithm for the replete pulse and vacuous pulse was studied. The reflective peak time and the notch peak time were major parameters to discern the replete pulse and vacuous pulse. The discrimination rate was 65 %. It suggests that the logistic regression equations are possible to use the diagnosis index to predict and discern the oriental pulse wave.
