      • 만 4·5세 유아의 발달 수준 평가 연구

        It seems to be important thing to provide basic materials for early childhood education process by categorizing the developmental levels of children into 7 subcategories(motor skill, perceptual processing, language, interest in learning/ creativity, math·science, expression, sociability). This purpose is achieved by analysing the developmental levels of children aged 4 or 5 using teacher's developmental evaluation methods, and finding the relationship between the developmental tendency and subcategories of developmental levels according to the child's gender and age. The following research questions were established. 1.What is the developmental level according to age? 2. What is the developmental level according to gender? 3. What are the relationships between subcategories? Research subjects were 189 children from ages 4~5 attending kindergartens or day-care center in the metropolitan area. 11 teachers participated in the research to evaluate the children's developmental level. "Examination of children's developmental level" method created by the National Institute of Educational Evaluation (1996) was used for evaluation. Collected data were analyzed through M, SD, t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient methods. The results of the study are as follows. First, child's developmental level increases with age. The developmental level increased in all 7 subcategories with increase in age. Second, developmental levels differ with gender. There were differences in developmental levels according to gender, with girls showing higher level of development than boys. Third, the subcategories of developmental levels have close relationships. The relatíonshíps were still apparent according to age and sex.

      • 유아교사를 위한 화재안전교육의 실태와 인식

        The purpose of this study is to take a look at the overall circumstances of the fire safety education currently performed for teachers in kindergartens to understand the need of fire safety education. This paper presents rudimentary data to further increase the opportunities of fire safety education for both incumbent teachers and children of kindergartens with various ways and to protect children in those facilities so that they might be educated in a safe environment. Based on this research purpose, the following questions were selected. 1. According to the type of kindergartens, how is fire safety education intended for teachers performed? 2. According to the type of early-childhood education, what is the teachers on the need of fire safety education and the ways of improving it? For these purposes, surveys were carried out for the subjects of 388 kindergartens (state-owned kindergartens, private kindergartens, state-owned child care centers, and private child care centers) in Kyung-gi province and the Seoul area. The conclusions the present study are as follows: 1) In the survey asking whether they have performed fire safety education intended for teachers, over 50 percent of the 388 kindergatens that responded to the questionnaire were investigated that they had implemented the fire safety education and most the facilities had performed it once. These two facts reveal that the frequency of the fire safety education performed for teachers is insufficient though more facilities implement it nowadays than in the past. Safety-related facilities have been offering most of the fire safety education. When it comes to the educated details, they are almost related to how to look for a shelter when people encounter a fire or fire drill and it is shows the fire safety education is being implemented very partial1y. Furthermore, it was found that the recognition of most teachers on the frequency of the education, the method performed in the spot, more exactly in kindergartens, and its contents was normal. 2) As for a survey based on question number 2, it was shown that the teachers' demand for the need of the fire safety education for both teachers and children is high. Moreover, in a question with regard to how the fire safety education intended for teachers can be activated, most teachers responded that it can be enhanced and activated by diversifying the contents and the method of the fire safety education. In a survey questioning what needs to be improved when the fire safety education is provided for teachers, most of the teachers responded that it must be educated repetitively but not iustonce. It was investigated that what is considered most important in deploying the fire safety education for children is a proper place in accordance with the contents, using field trips to fire education-related places, and indoor or outdoor education. Lastly, in a survey questioning educationally needed directions, most of the teachers responded that fires can be reduced by the fire safety education focusing more on the situation and experience.

        일과를 통한 다문화교육 프로그램이 유아의 다문화 수용성과 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 만 4세 유아를 대상으로 일과를 통한 유아 다문화교육 프로그램의 실시 여부가 유아의 다 문화 수용성과 친사회적 행동 증진에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구는 경기도 서부 A시의 만 4세반을 각각 1학급씩 편의 표집하여 실험집단, 통제집단으로 구분하였다. 두 집단에 대하여 사전 검사를 실시한 후 44회기 동안의 프로그램에 의한 교육을 실행한 후 4세아의 문해능력을 고려하여 상황을 이해할 수 있는 그림 자료와 검사지침에 의해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료의 분석 결과, 유아 다 문화교육 프로그램을 경험한 실험집단의 유아가 통제집단의 유아보다 문화 인식, 다문화 공감, 다문 화 개방성, 관계형성 능력 등 유의하게 높아 다문화 수용성 증진에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 지도성, 도 움, 의사소통, 주도적 배려, 접근 시도하기, 나누기, 감정이입 및 조절에서도 실험집단의 유아가 유의 미하게 높아 통제집단의 유아보다 친사회적 행동 증진에도 긍정적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 유치원 누리과정의 생활주제에 맞추어 구성 및 적용한 유아 다문화교육프로그램은 유아의 다문화 수용성, 친사회적 행동의 증진을 도모하는 것으로 확인되었다.

      • 문제해결방략과 직무수행능력간의 관련성

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between problem solving strategy and job performance ability of the students at Chinju National University. These two variables are recently being focused on with regard to the human resource development (HRD) in educational and industrial domains. The subjects of this study were 242 University subjects(men: 96, women: 146). As test instruments, INQ test and job performance ability test were used. INQ test score of each student was clssified by five problem solving strategies, and job performance ability test recorded ten abilities in percentile score. The results of this study were as follows: First, the university students this study were more synthesist than analyst and realist. Second, there were differences in their job performance abilities, and it was due to their different patterns of problem solving strategies. Analyst were the highest score in language domains, reasoning, scientific thinking and office processing ability. Idealist were the highest score problem solving, logical and perceptual judgemental ability. But synthesist were totally the lowest score in job performance ability. Third, regression analysis showed that there was difference among each patterns of problem solving stategy which affect job performance abilities. Forth, there was no difference between gender in the frequency of problem solving strategies. But the gender difference appeared on correlation of a few sub-dimensions of those two variables.
