      • 老人運動療法으로서의 Health Qigong(健身氣功) 硏究

        기공(氣功)은 우주의 ‘氣’ 로서 몸을 수련(修練)하는 동양의 전통적인 수련문화(修練文化)이다. 이는 인간(人間)의 육체(肉體)의 기능을 더 멀리, 더 빨리, 더 높이 향상시키기 위한 목적을 가진 서양의 스포츠와는 달리 육체(肉體)의 움직임과 호흡(呼吸), 마음을 동시에 수련(修練)하여 심신(心身)의 강화(强化)는 물론 생명력(生命力)의 원질(原質)을 높이는 전인적(全人的)인 양생법(養生法)이다 최근 의학기술(醫學技術)의 발달(發達)과 영양(營養), 운동(運動) 등으로 인해 평균수명(平均壽命)이 연장되어 노년층(老年層) 인구가 급격히 증가함에 따라 노인보건(老人保健)과 노화방지(老化防止)를 위한 운동요법(運動療法)에 대한 필요성이 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 최근 中國의 국가체육총국(國家體育總局)이 제시한 건신기공신공법(健身氣功新功法)은 운동강도(運動强度)가 높지 않고 매우 간단하여 老人들이 편안히 시행할 수 있는 운동요법(運動療法)으로 활용이 적합하다고 보여진다. 氣功의 주요 공법 중의 하나인 ‘팔단금(八段錦)’ 에 대한 시대적 변천(變選)과 동작구성(動作構成), 효능(效能)을 살펴보고, 그 중 건신 기공ㆍ팔단금)健身氣功ㆍ八段錦의 동작(動作)과 효능(效能)을 좀 더 자세하게 소개하여 現代의 노인운동요법 (老人運動療法)으로서의 활용방안(活用方案)을 모색하는 것이 이 연구(硏究)의 목적(目的)이다. Qigong is the oriental traditional training culture which trains human body through the 'Qi(energy, breath or spirits)' of the universe. Unlike western sports to improve the human performance further, faster and higher, it is a regimen for the whole man not only for the reinforcement of the body and mind but also for the enhancement of the elementary vital power through training body movement, breathing and mind at once. Recently, as the influence of the development of medicine, nutrition and exercise, the population of older people has been more and more increased. So, the need of exercise therapy for health and prevention of aging for older people is more obvious. At this time, Health Qigong, which is proposed by the General Administration of Sport in China, seems to be suitable for exercise therapy for older people because it is so simple and easy to do. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to look into the history, movements and effects of 'Pal-Dan-Geum', which is one of the major Qigong methods, and to find a way to use it for modern exercise therapy for older people by introducing movements and effetcs of Health QigongㆍPal-Dan-Geum more in detail.

      • 合氣道(Aikido)의 성립에 관한 고찰

        The purpose of this research was to find out which 'Yusul(jujutsu)' form aikido had influenced, and the background, and the background and process of how modern aikido had formed through historical ways of study. Modern aikido was started by Ueshiba Morihei. Ueshiba Morihei, who had liked martial arts since he was young, studied the skills of various martial art forms by training in KidoryuYusul(Kitoryu jujutsu), SineumryuYusul(Sinkakeryu jujutsu), YuseangryuYusul, KangdokwanJudo(Shodokan Judo), DaedongryuYusul(Daitor yuju-jutsu), Bojangwonryu, and as a result, he was able to make up a new, much mo-re deep form of martial arts. The technical aspect of it was influenced by DaedongryuYusul(Daitoryujujutsu), and the mind of it was mostly influenced by Oomotokyo, a kind of Buddhism. The characteristics of the forming process of aikido is like the following. 1. The historical aspect of aikido goes back to Sinrasamrangwoneikang(Siragisab-urou yoshimitsu). Of course, the forming of modern aikido starts from Ueshiba Morihei, but there is a long story to the background of the forming of aikido. This shows that DaedongryuYusul forms the background of aikido, but speaking of Daedongryu, it's a topic that brings up a lot of debate even in Japan, up to the present. No one would be able to make sure statements about the characteristics of Daedongryu(Daitoryujujutsu). 2. Aikido is a Yusul(jujutsu). The basic idea of Yusul(jujutsu), is 'Yuneujekang', which means to use softness to defeat strength. The shift of the basic ideas of martial arts was absorbed by Bokya, who was influenced by Chinese martial artist. Jin, won-bin, and the shift was spread throughout afterwards. This shows that the martial arts of the three Oriental countries- that is Korea, China, Japan have given a lot of influence to each other. 3. The biggest achievement that aikido had given to modern martial arts was that it made martial arts improve from simply being a man-hurting-skill to being a skill that implies peace and love. This is the basic mind of aikido, and this mind can be felt especially during aikido practice. Aikdio practice is a process not of fighting each other's skills, but of improving each other's skills by sharing them. But if one just repeats such practice only, one can lose the essence of martial arts is likely to fall into mannerism. The training fo martial arts can be done well only when one has a will to fight, and a spirit that one can surely win, because only after one has these is one able to enhance one's physical ability and intellect. Because of this reason, the training of aikido must involve a lot of strictness and concentration.

      • 중년여성들의 슬관절 운동능력 비교분석

        Maximal voluntary muscular Peak Torque, Deficit, %Flexor/Extensor, Total Work, Endurance Ratio of the quadriceps and hamstrings during isokinetic exercise was studied in order to obtain the isokinetic normative data of the left & right knee joint. The results obtained were as follows : 1. Peak torque of left knee joint flexor were shown significantly(p<.028), while I Group had increased trend in a few. Right knee joint flexor were shown significantly(p<.000), while I Group had increased trend in a few. And Peak torque of left knee joint extensor were not shown significantly(p<.176), while I Group had increased trend in a few. Right knee joint Extensor were not shown significantly(p<.583), while between Group had trend in a equivalent. 2. Deficit ratio of flexor were not shown significantly(p<.165), while ⅡGroup had increased trend in a few. Extensor were not shown significantly(p<.172), while between Group had trend in a equivalent. 3. %Flexor/Extensor of left knee joint were not shown significantly(p<.457), while ⅡGroup had increased trend in a few. And %Flexor/Extensor of right knee joint were not shown significantly(p<.443), while ⅠGroup had increased trend in a few. 4. Total work of left knee joint flexor were shown significantly(p<.017), while I Group had increased trend in a few. Right knee joint flexor were shown significantly(p<.001). while ⅠGroup had increased trend in a few. And Total work of left knee joint extensor were not shown significantly(p<.459), while ⅠGroup had increased trend in a few. Right knee joint extensor were not shown significantly(p<.710) , while between Group had trend in a equivalent. 5. Endurance ratio of left knee joint flexor were shown significantly(p<.040). while ⅠGroup had increased trend in a few. Right knee joint flexor were not shown significantly(p<.636), while ⅡGroup had increased trend in a few. And Endurance ratio of left knee joint extensor were not shown significantly(p<.366), while between Group had trend in a equal. Right knee joint extensor were not shown significantly(p<.350) , while between Group had trend in a equivalent.

      • 우슈(WUSHU)에 관한 연구

        This Study was to investigate how the Wushu become one of sports from martial arts on events and the characteristics of the Wushu. And through the conclusion of this study, Wushu is valuable as an Oriental representation martial arts as followed; 1. The Wushu has a lot of techniques on each events, but all were founded on Orientalism commonly. 2. The Wushu has its history that it has become naturally through culture spreading and transference. 3. The motions of Wushu techniques have affinity with nature, and coincide with humanbeing's motions. 4. Even though the Wushu became one of sports, it has grappling characteristics and also has aspect of art that is hardly found other martial arts. 5. It's valuable for health. One of final PE purpose is to improve the quality of life and for that health is very important. The Wushu's effects for health are enough. 6. The Wushu can give representative satisfaction, so it is possible to gather a lot of audience who like the Wushu.

      • 태극권의 원리와 기본 동작에 관한 연구

        This study has a specific goal that is offering more efficient training methods for Taijiquan's continuous growth, which has been a part of ancient traditional culture and arts of China. For it's specific goal, I've examined Taijiquan's principal and it's characteristics of basic movement. Here are the concluding remarks. First, Taijiquan's movements don't have a pause because it's constant from beginning to end. Second, It's known as tangsu that is soft as cotton, which is called Myuanquan. Third, All of Taijiquan's movements are continuance of circle motion. Forth, It's mental and physical sajibaekhae needs to correspond each other and harmonize.

      • 仙道修煉의 原理와 修煉方法論으로서의 절 수련(丹拜功) 考察

        Sun-do(仙道) is the totality of Korean discipline culture and the source of nationalism. Sun-do is based upon the achievement of longevity through regimen. In these days, the whole world is occupied with the discipline, especially being captured by oriental discipline culture. The center of oriental discipline culture must be Korea since Korea is the root of oriental discipline. It is necessary that we should establish the Sun-do as a scholarship and develope the system of Sun-do discipline. The Sun-do will take a lead in Korean wave prevailing in the whole Asia and spread it to the world. Jeol(절) is the expression of deep courtesy in human relationship and also the methodology of Sun-do discipline. The deep courtesy, Jeol discipline makes body properly recovered, its functions intensified, and especially heart be humble. In addition it enhances the quality of breath like life. Jeol discipline is very economic because it obtains the effectiveness of discipline to the uttermost in a very small space. Also it is the method of discipline suitable to Well-Being age. Lastly, it will be a way to make Korean wave flow to the whole world. Therefore, Jeol discipline should be spread as the discipline method to enhance people's health and to train body and soul.

      • 한국무예의 발전동향과 과제 및 전망

        Where is the Oriental military arts going in these days? Can it be separated with sports or physical education to get its own region? To get a solution from these questions, there are three parts of studies of studies of the possible trends on Korean military arts such as the actual conditions on educating coach of military arts, the research about thesis of military arts, and the actual conditions of related journals. For the conclusion, the following five solutions could be shown. At first, there shoud be a general modification on processing of educating the military arts coach. 1. Expanding the items of military arts can raise the level of coach's educating quality based on the curriculum, the contents, the variety programs. 2.Military arts sports, ordinary military arts, and traditional military arts must be unifiable and simple to develope its problems. 3. the importance of traditional military arts and the qualified test of its coach must have a mutual preservation and maintenance through being related with each other between military arts' each items. Second, it's necessary to train the military arts with required elements of the recognition, the theory, the existence and the philosophy. Third, it's necessary to take shape of pyramidical structure through the long term policy of training military arts, Forth, variety events of military arts should be held regularly from the government. At last. it's necessary to expand the military arts region and make variety activities from related academies or institues.

        체육고교 남자선수들 종목간의 체성분 특성 비교

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of physical factors on Athletics Items of Kyonggi Physical Education High School. The subjects were 144 male physical education high school athletes from 10 kinds(Sprint, Middle & Long-Distance Runer. Jumping, Throwing, Archery, Shooting, Judo, Bosing Swimming, Weight Lifting) of sports events. The results of the study were as the followings: 1) The Body Weight level were shown significantly difference(p=0.000) between Sprint vs Throwing. Middle & Long-Distance Runer vs Throwing·Judo·Weight Lifting, Throwing vs Shooting·Boxing·Swimming, Judo vs Boxing. 2) The Soft Lean Mass level were shown significantly difference(p=0.000) between Middle & Long-Distance Runer vs Throwing·Judo·Weight Lifting, Throwing vs Shooting·Boxing·Swimming, Shooting vs Judo, Judo vs Boxing. 3) The Obesity level were shown significantly difference(p=0.000) between Sprint vs Throwing·Judo·Middle & Long-Distance Runner vs Throwing·Judo·Weight Lifting. Throwing vs Boxing·Swimming, Judo vs Boxing·Swimming, Boxing vs Weight Lifting. 4) The Total Body Water level were shown significantly difference(p=0.000) between Middle & Long-Distance Runer vs Throwing·Weight Lifting.
