        편광 상이 고리 구조 내 복합 파장판 조합을 이용한 협대역 빗살 스펙트럼의 연속 파장 제어에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we propose a novel birefringence filter based on polarization-diversity loop structure(PDLS) for continuous wavelength controlling of narrowband transmission spectrum. This filter con-sists of a polarization beam splitter(PBS), two high-birefringence fiber(HBF) of the same length, two half-wave plates(HWPs), and two quarter-wave plates(QWPs). We found a combination of the orientation angles of the four waveplates which could induce an additional phase difference φ from 0° to 360° to the narrowband transmittance function by considering the filter transmittance derived from Jones matrices. Then, we experimentally exhibited eight narrowband transmission spectra measured with a channel spacing of ∼0.1nm based on these theoretical calculations. As a result, we verified the effectiveness of the narrowband multiwavelength filter capable of continuously tuning its wavelength position when properly adjusting the combination of the orientation angles.

      • 독보 능력 지도를 위한 연구 분석

        이 연구의 목적은 독보 능력 지도를 위한 연구의 분석이다. 즉 독보 능력 지도를 위해 연구된 논문들에 대한 동향과 그 내용에 대한 분석이다. 이 연구는 연구의 시작에서 독보 능력의 개념, 독보 능력 지도와 지도상의 유의점, 교수법에 따른 독보 능력 지도 방안으로 달크로즈 교수법의 근운동 감각, 코다이 교수법의 리듬 읽기와 손기호, 오르프 교수법의 언어와 신체동작, 고든 학습 법의 리듬과 음의 학습단계에 대해 고찰하였다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 독보 능력 지도를 위한 연구를 분석하였다. 우선, 독보 능력 지도 연구의 동향을 수여기관별 논문 수, 발행년도별 논문 수, 지도교수별 논문 수로 나누어 분석하였다. 이어 한국연구재단 학술연구정보서비스에서 검색 한 256편의 선행 연구 중에서 주요 연구 9편을 분석하였다. 이에 이 연구는 다음과 같이 제언한 다. 첫째, 독보 능력 지도에 있어서 이해 영역의 학습을 전제하여야 할 것이다. 둘째, 독보 능력 지도에 있어서 활동 영역의 학습이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 셋째, 독보 능력의 지도에 있어서 가창, 기악, 창작, 감상 등의 각 분야의 교육에서 계통성과 통합성이 유지되도록 학습이 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this research is to analyze research for teaching music reading ability. In other words, this research analyzes the trend and content of theses studied for guidance of music reading ability. In the beginning of this research, the concept of music reading ability, guidance of music reading ability and things to be noted during guidance, and the method of teaching music reading ability according to teaching method - the sense of muscular movement from Dalcroze teaching method, rhythm reading and hand signs from Kodály's teaching method, language and physical movements from Orff's teaching method, and rhythm and stages of audiation from Gordon’s learning method - were reviewed. Based on this, studies for teaching music reading ability were analyzed. First, the trend of research on guidance of music reading ability was analyzed by classifying into the number of theses by awarding institution, the number of theses by year of issue, and the number of theses by advising professor. Following this is an analysis of major 9 theses among 256 preceding research searched through the Korean Studies Information Service System of National Research Foundation of Korea. As a result, this research has the following suggestions: First, when it comes to teaching music reading ability, understanding field needs to be studied beforehand. Second, for guidance of music reading ability, activity field needs to be studied. Third, as for teaching music reading ability, learning needs to be done for systemicity and integrity to be maintained in each education sector of singing, instrumental music, creation, and appreciation.

        고복굴절 광섬유에 제작된 광섬유 투과형 격자를 이용한 굽힘과 온도의 분리 측정에 관한 연구

        In this study, we propose an optical fiber sensor capable of separately measuring curvature and temperature by utilizing a fiber transmission grating(FTG) written on high birefringence fiber(HBF) with a CO2 laser. By fabricating an FTG on HBF(HB-FTG), two resonance dips A and B with different wavelengths of 1480.0 and 1568.8nm could be obtained, respectively, for two orthogonal input polarization states. The bending sensitivities of the two resonance dips A and B of the HB-FTG were measured to be 23.70 and 34.44nm/m-1 in a curvature range from 1.41 to 2.30m-1, and their adjusted R2 values representing the linearity of the sensor response were evaluated as 0.992 and 0.981, respectively. When the ambient temperature of the HB-FTG changed from 35 to 85°C by a step of 10°C, the temperature sensitivities of the dips A and B were measured to be 0.141 and 0.038nm/°C, and the R2 values were evaluated as 0.988 and 0.997, respectively. Using these pre-calculated four sensitivity coefficients and linearity of bending and temperature sensitivities measured in two resonance dips, the possibility of separate measurement of bending and temperature applied to the HB-FTG was presented.

        편광 유지 광자 결정 광섬유에 제작한 장주기 광섬유 격자를 이용한 광섬유 비틀림 센서

        In this paper, we demonstrated a fiber-optic torsion sensor capable of discriminating twist direction using a long-period fiber grating(LPFG) inscribed on polarization-maintaining photonic cystal fiber(PMPCF) by CO₂ laser pulses. The LPFG written on PMPCF, referred to as the PMPC-LPFG, has a polarization-dependent resonance dip, and two resonance dips are obtained for orthogonal input polarization states designated here as linear horizontal polarization(LHP) and linear vertical polarization(LVP). The torsion responses of these two resonance dips were investigated in a twist angle range from -160° to 160°. When the transmittance of the fabricated PMPC-LPFG, measured on a logarithmic scale, was converted to the transmittance represented on a linear scale, the torsion responses of both dips showed high linearity with an adjusted R<SUP>2</SUP> value greater than 0.99596 in a twist angle range from -160° to 160°. In addition, the temperature response was also examined in a temperature range from 40 to 80℃. The experimental results show that our PMPC-LPFG-based torsion sensor can distinguish torsion direction with excellent linearity and can also offer temperature-insensitive torsion measurement.

        광 산란 패턴의 발산 각도 분포를 이용한 비표지 박테리아 분별 기법에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we propose a scheme for label-free bacteria discrimination by utilizing the divergence angle of the scattering patterns of bacteria colonies. Three kinds of bacteria, such as Escherichia coli (E. coli), Salmonella typhimurium (S. typhimurium), and Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes), were compared in view of the divergence angle of their colony scattering patterns by using the proposed scheme. The diameter of the cultured bacteria colonies used for comparison ranged from 0.8 to 2.2 ㎜ for all the three specimens. First, to obtain their scattering patterns, each colony was illuminated by a low power green laser at 532nm. Then, the sizes of the scattering patterns were measured from the acquired colony scattering patterns. The divergence angles of the scattering patterns could be calculated by using the measured colony diameters and scattering pattern sizes. The experiment results show that there exists a unique range of the divergence angle according to the specimen. By analyzing and comparing the acquisition frequency of the divergence angle, this divergence angle range of the individual specimen was determined to be 4.23°∼8.12° for E. coli, 7.32°∼11.63° for S. typhimurium, and 10.36°∼16.37° for L. monoc ytogenes. From these evaluated divergence angle ranges, the three specimens can be simply identified through the measurement of the colony diameter and the scattering pattern size. This label-free discrimin ation scheme is expected to be beneficially utilized for simple verification of a conventional bacteria discri mination method.

        편광 상이 고리 구조 내 복합 파장판 조합을 이용한 평탄 대역 다파장 스펙트럼의 연속적인 파장 조정에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we propose a flat-top band birefringence filter capable of continuously controlling the wavelength with a combination of waveplates using polarization-diversity loop structure(PDLS). The proposed filter consists of polarization beam splitter(PBS), two polarization-maintaining fibers(PMF) of the same length, two half-wave plates(HWP), and two quarter-wave plates(QWP). Based on the filter transmittance derived through Jones calculus, we found a combination of orientation angles of the four waveplates which could induce an extra phase difference φ from 0° to 360° in the flat-top band transmittance function. Then the calculated transmission spectrum was derived from the eight sets of orientation angles combination of waveplates selected to add φ from 0° to 315° at intervals of 45°. In conclusion, we constructed the multiwavelength filter and verified the theoretical prediction experimentally by implementing a flat-top transmission spectrum.

        이중 클래딩 광섬유에 새겨진 위상 천이 투과형 격자를 이용한 비틀림 및 온도 분리 측정 센서

        In this paper, we propose an optical fiber sensor capable of separately measuring twist and temperature by incorporating a phase-shifted transmission grating written on double-clad fiber(DCF) with a CO₂ laser. The sensor head exhibited two separate attenuation dips in the resonance wavelength band, and these dips were selected as indicator dips denoted by LD and RD. The torsion and temperature responses of both dips were investigated in a twist angle range from -300° to 300° and a temperature range from 30 to 100°C. When a twist angle increased from 0° to 300°, LD and RD showed red shifts. In contrast, when a twist angle decreased from 0° to -300°, they showed blue shifts. In terms of the temperature response, LD and RD showed red shifts as the ambient temperature increased. As a result, it is confirmed that the torsion and temperature sensitivities of LD and RD are different and the two dips show linear behavior when the two variables (i.e., twist and temperature) are applied to the sensor head, so that changes in torsion and temperature can be separately estimated using the sensitivity coefficient matrix.

        The 21-Item and 12-Item Versions of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales: Psychometric Evaluation in a Korean Population

        Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 21 and 12 in a Korean population. Methods: The Depression Anxiety Stress Scales were translated into Korean using a translation and backtranslation technique, and the content validity was assessed by an expert panel. Participants were recruited from six community health centers (n ¼ 431) and two community mental health centers (n ¼ 50). A field test of the psychometric properties of the instruments was conducted using confirmatory factor analysis with bootstrap maximum likelihood estimation involving 1,000 samples, Pearson's analysis, t test, and Cronbach's a coefficient. Results: Confirmatory factor analysis of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 21 and 12 supported both three-factor and second-order three-factor models. The Scales 21 and 12 satisfied convergent validity with the Patient Health Questionnaire-9, Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7, and Perceived Stress Scale- 10 and discriminant validity with the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. The scores for the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 21 and 12 were higher for the psychiatric group than for the nonpsychiatric group, confirming the presence of known-groups validity. The Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 21 and 12 exhibited moderate-to-strong correlations with the Negative Affect. Cronbach's a coefficients for the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 21 and 12 were .93 and .90, respectively. Conclusion: The Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 21 and 12 appear to be acceptable, reliable, and valid instruments. However, the shorter Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 12 may be more feasible to use in a busy practice and also be less burdensome to respondents.
