골반골절이 동반된 남성의 후부뇨도원상에 관한 X-선학적 고찰

The author analyzed detailed pattern of pelvic bone fracture in 52 cases of posterior urethral injury associated with pelvic bone fracture in male. The relationship between fracture and urethral injury was reviewed in 38 cases who received retrograde urethrography at the time of injury. the pattern of urethral injury due to pelvic bone fracture was newly classified. The results were as follows : 1. In age distribution, the most common was 5th decade (26.9%). 2. The most frequent type of pelvic rami fracture was two rami fracture (52%). 3. There was no case with only the superior rams fracture, and all cases were associated with inferior ramus fracture with or without superior ramus fracture. 4. In inferior ramus fracture, the ratio ischial ramus fracture to pubic ramus fracture was 46.1 : 17.4. 5. In cases with only the ischial ramus or pubic ramus fracture, unilateral fracture exceeded bilateral fracture (44.2 : 19.3). 6. The bladder rupture was found in 10 among the total 52 cases, 9 of which were associated with superior ramus fracture, and 8 were extraperitoneal type. 7. The most common type of urethral injury was Type III (73.7%), and followed by Type II (10.5%), Type I (7.9%), and Type IV (7.9%). 8. These results strongly suggested that the superior ramus fracture was related to bladder, rupture, and inferior ramus fracture to urethral injury.

신장에 대한 파형 도플러 초음파 검사의 동물실험에 있어서 토끼를 이용하는 방법에 관한 연구

지금까지 동물의 신장에 대한 파형 도플러 검사(Spectral Doppler ultrasonography)의 실험연구는 주로 개나 돼지 등 비싸고 취급하기 힘든 동물을 대상으로 하였다. 이에 저자는 값싸고 취급하기 쉬운 토끼를 대상으로 보다 손쉽게 도플러 검사를 할 수 있는 방법을 개발하여 실험한 결과 토끼에서도 정확한 혈류 파형을 그릴 수 있을 뿐 아니라 짧은 기간 내에 많은 횟수의 검사도 가능함을 알 수 있었다. Experimental study for renal spectral Doppler US has usually been done in dogs or pigs which are expensive and difficult to be treated. So the author developed a method to do the examination in rabbits which are less expensive and easy to treat. Materials were 22 healthy domestic rabbits. Two of them died during the examination due to anesthesia in one and bleeding in one spectral Doppler examinations were done 140 times in the twenty alive rabbits and it was possible to obtain accurate wave form 125 times, resulting in success ramie in 89%.
