      • 서울市內 高等學校 學生들의 食生活 實態와 그 形成要因에 관한 硏究

        This investigation revealed not only the high school student's actual condition of dietary habits, but also the factors related to the formation of them. The subject were 260 male and 302 female high school students in Seoul. The results were as follows : 1. Actual condition of dietary habits, especially those of the female students were generally not satisfactory. 2. Itwas observed that the home discipline, the school condition and their consciousness were all related to the formation of their dietary habits. 3. All students participated in this research were grouped in three classes ; low, medium and upper classes. With analysis and various factors of dietary habits, the two important factors indicates as follow; 1) Student's concerns in dietary food were clearly different from mother's cooking method, care and table manner.

      • 우리나라 쌀의 品種別 無機質 含量

        우리나라에서 재배되고 있는 쌀 중에서 일반계 쌀 34종과 다수확계 쌀 25종, 모두 59종의 無機質 含量을 玄米와 白米로 구분하여 分析하였다. 各種 無機質 含量의 平均値는 玄米 100g당 Ca 14.22㎎, P 316.20㎎, Mg 115.08㎎, K 246.61㎎, Fe 3.00㎎, Cu 0.50㎎, Mn 3.33㎎, Zn 2.64㎎이며, 白米 100g당 Ca 7.18㎎, P 149.71㎎, Mg 42.71㎎, K 111.53㎎, Fe 0.95㎎, Cu 0.65㎎, Mn 1.21㎎, Zn 1.50㎎으로서, 전체적으로 볼 때, 일반계와 다수확계 간에는 큰 差異가 없었으나 玄米에 含有된 無機質量에 比해 Cu를 제외하고는 白米에 含有된 量이 절반 정도였다. The basic and analytical study of mineral content of Korean rices ; 34 traditional and 25 high-yielding rices. The average mineral content of brown rice per 100g were Ca 14.22㎎, P 316.20㎎, Mg 115.08㎎, K 246.61㎎, Fe 3.00㎎, Cu 0.50㎎, Mn 3.33㎎, Zn 2.64㎎ and white-milled rice were Ca 7.18㎎, P 149.71㎎, Mg 42.71㎎, K 111.53㎎, Fe 0.95㎎, Cu 0.65㎎, Mn 1.21㎎, Zn 1.50㎎. No significant differences in mineral content were found between 59 rice varieties. But mineral content of white-milled rices were half than brown rices exept Cu.

        본 조사분석은 보다 바람직한 대학생들의 서클활동지도를 위한 기초자료를 얻기위해 이루어진 것으로서 본 대학 학생처에 비치되어 있는 서클에 관계된 여러 자료를 참고로 하여 써클활동에 관한 조사를 한 것이다. 써클활동은 그 목표가 뚜렷이 세워져야하며 많은 학생들의 요구에 만족을 줄 수 있도록 하므로서 학생들이 자발적으로 참여하여 민주적인 집단과정에 의해 자율적으로 운영되어야 하며, 정규교육과정과 균형을 이룬 상태에서 학생들에게 지나친 경비를 부담시키지 않도록 하고, 학교에서는 써클과의 계속적인 협력하에 써클활동을 평가하고 여러가지 조건을 고려하여 써클활동을 지도해 나가야 하겠다. 또한 지도교수는 적극적으로 써클지도를 하고 학교는 써클에 관한 여러가지 자료를 수집, 보관하므로서 써클활동지도와 지원을 원활히 할 수 있도록 하여야겠다. 본 대학에서 현재 활동중인 써클이 총 34개이며 전체학생의 약 56%가 써클활동에 참가하고 있다. 내용별로 보면 총활동건수 346건중 거의 친목ㆍ회의가 많앗으며, 1개 써클당 1년간 평균 10회의 집회를 갖고 있으며 학생들의 참가율은 등록된 학생수의 약 73%였다. 도한 집회일이 토요일과 일요일인 경우가 약 32%로서 많은 편이었다.

      • 退溪의 活人心方을 活用한 韓國的 民俗體操의 開發에 關한 硏究

        This study attempts to reorganize traditional Korean exercises to provide alternatives to meet modern concerns about leisure and health. The development of five folk gymnastics is based on traditional Korean movements to review and modernize the historical values of the Hwalinshimbang which was created by Toegye of the Chosen dynasty as a kind of gymnastics. The Toegye's Hwalinshimbang was associated with Korean thought, whose principle and form has Ghi (spirits) exercise of static movement and Chun, Jee, In (Heaven, earth, and man)'s thought, the principle of the natural exercise. Traditional Korean play, martial arts, and dance consisted of scientific movements which are a function of aerobics and physical improvement. The form and principle of five folk gymnastics is gymnastics 1 (G1), gymnastics 2 (G2), gymnastics 3 (G3), gymnastics 4 (G4), and gymnastics 5 (G5). We researched the effectiveness of these gymnastics compared to aerobics or stretching gymnatics through the muscular transmission and the exercise intensity. The maximum exercise intensity was in this order ; G3, G4, G5, G2 and G1, G3 was the highest exercise intensity with its pulse average being 143.10±4.058bpm and % HRmax. 58.12±3.924%, The maximum energy consumption was in this order ; G4, G3, G1, G2, and G5, G4 had the highest energy consumption : about 16.680 kcal/min. The maximum muscular contraction skewed a significant difference between the gymnastics' use of major muscle groups and their contraction intensity. G5, especially revealed that the femoral muscle has a contraction percentage of 81.8±9.87%. This was the highest degree of efficiency of the stretch. The motion of these gymnastics showed balanced muscular efficiency as a muscular measurement and is thought to be a desirable gymnastics.

      • 入試에 있어서의 實技 Test에 관한 연구

        Purpose of the Study : The purpose of this study was to investigate an effective method for the sports skill tests of the entrance examination for physical education majors at Yonsei University. Methodology : The subjects for this study were male students who enrolled in the first semester 1971. At the beginning of the semester, three groups of twelve (basketball players, physical education majors and management majors) each were randomly chosen as subjects for this study. All subjects were tested using Johnson Basketball Ability test, Knox Basketball Test and Scott Basketball Test. Data were analyzed. Conclusion and Recommendation : The evidence obtained from the analysis of the data indicated that the basketball players group performed significantly better than other two groups. It is recommended that appropriate sports skill testis will be used as partial tests of the entrance examination for physical education majors.

      • 圓佛敎 胎中敎育에 關한 硏究

        There has been a theory that human education was performed from prenatal period. It was called prenatal education. It was believed that nature that human beings have from birth is formed by prenatal education. So prenatal education has being widely conducted from our traditional society as well as China. The article. as above. aims to research what position Won Buddhism take in prenatal education. to research what its features isfrom references and related research matelials. In Our traditional society prenatal education can find its originative begining source in forms of folk customs, taboo. etc. From now on. there have been various discussions about prenatal education in many directions. For example. with knowing interest in physiological aspect prenatal education was discussed in Don U Bo kam, Our traditional medical book. and western medical sciense is too paying attention to the physiological aspect of prenatal education. In addition, religious doctrines of many religions can't be indifferent to prenatal education. But buddhism that early affected to our culture presents indirect suggestions to prenatal education, doesn't remain direct religious doctrines. It is difficult to find concrete religious doctrines about prenatal education in christianity that was introduced at the dawning of modern culture. Only in confucianism, because of its meaning of getting excellent descendants for the prosperity of a family, of putting importance to human education, prenatal education has been emphasized, So its concrete methods were remained. As Chondokyou, morever, based on the idea of In Nai Cheon (idea that man is heaven) assert the idea of respecting human beings Chondo kyou has suggested tne imported tne importance of prenatal education and its concrete methods. A common purpose of prenatal education researched above is to bring up excellent human beings. But according to where to find the foundation of human nature, the types of prenatal education can be fairly differed. Won Buddhism regards the human nature in tne same light with the nature of II-Won, that is, the origin of universe and human. And Won Buddhism emphasizes the study to restore human to the original nature of II-Won. Tnerefore the striking feature of Won Buddhism in the prenatal education is that an endeavor to believe the truth of II-Won and practice it is directed to the prenatal education and to the way to restore to the original nature of II-Won. And Non Buddhism differs from Buddhism and christianity in point of suggesting the detail methods of this prenatal education. In short there are several striking features of Won Buddhism in the prenatal education The first, an unborn child has spiritual consciousness. The second. the prenatal education can be possible from an ordinary practice everyday. The third, they put great emphasis on the rationality of methods. The fourth, they simultaneously do the religious prenatal education; prayer, Observation of commendments, listening to sermons. But there should be an examination in point of actual proof and modern medical science in order to get the practical effect of detail methods for more people. you has suggested the importance of prenatal education and its concrete methods. a common purpose of prenatal education researched above is to bring up excellent human beings. But according to where to find the foundation of human nature. the types of prenatal education can be fairly differed. Won Buddhism regards the human nature In the same light with the nature of II-Won. that is, the origin of universe and human.
