체육지도자 자격개편에 따른 역량모델 평가 지표 개발 및 적용성 검증

이 연구는 체육지도자의 자격개편에 따른 역량모델 평가지표에 대한 모형의 적용성 검증을 목적으로 수행되었 다. 이에 체육지도자 육성과 관련된 전문가 집단을 대상으로 심층면담 기법을 이용하여 체육지도자의 지도역량모델 개 발을 위해 기 개발된 내용을 토대로 상대적 우선순위를 선정하였고, 이에 대한 적용성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 체육학전공교수 9명, 역량교육전문가 9명, 체육지도자 현장전문가 9명 총 27명을 유목적 표집(purposeful sampling) 하였다. 이러한 연구방법을 통한 결과는 다음과 같이 수렴되었다. 첫째, 체육지도자의 지도역량 평가모델 개발을 위한 전제조건으로 지도자전문성, 지도신념, 자기조절, 사회적 관계 역량으로 선정되었고, 그 중 평가항목의 우선순위는 대 인관계, 개인관리, 수업능력, 감정조절, 팀 리더십, 목표의식, 자신감, 건강관련 지식, 체육 전반적 지식, 가치관순으로 위치화 되었다. 둘째, 체육지도자의 지도역량 평가모델 개발을 통한 적용성 검증에서는 4개요인 총 33개 항목이 통계적 수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타나 그 적용 검증성이 확인 되었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the applicability of the model to the competency model evaluation index according to qualification reform of physical Physical Instructor. In this study, we used the in - depth interview technique for the professional group related to physical education teacher training, and selected the relative priority based on the contents developed for the physical education instructor 's competency model. The purpose of this study was a purposeful sampling of 9 students of physical education major, 9 of competency education specialists, and 9 of field instructors. The results of these research methods converge as follows. First, as a precondition for the development of the competency evaluation model of physical education leader, it was selected as leader professionalism, guidance belief, self control, social relation competence. Among them, priority of evaluation item is interpersonal relationship, personal management, , Team leadership, goal consciousness, self - confidence, health related knowledge, physical education overall knowledge, value. Second, in the verification of applicability through the development of the competency evaluation model of physical education instructors, 33 items, which are 4 outlines, were significant at the statistical level and the applicability was verified.

한국형 축구클럽 디비전 구축을 위한 귀납적 연구

이 연구는 한국형 축구클럽 디비전 구축을 위한 귀납적 연구로서 디비전 전제 조건을 탐색하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이상과 같은 연구목적의 달성을 위해 이 연구에서는 2020년 디비전 K4와 디비전 K5에 참여하고 있는 관계자 38명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 내용 산출을 위해 관련 정보들을 전사화 하여 컴퓨터에 개별 입력하고 빈도 분석을 시행하여 결과를 도출하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법을 적용하여 나타난 결론은 다음과 같다. 한국형 축구클럽 디비전 구축을 위한 귀납적 연구에서는 전제 조건으로 가장 많은 요인으로 묵음화된 것은 시스템 조건(140개, 39.3%)이었으며, 다음으로 예산 조건(101개, 28.3%), 시설 조건(67개, 18.7%), 끝으로 도출된 요인은 홍보 조건(49개, 13.7%) 순으로 나타났다. This study was conducted with the aim of exploring the divisional prerequisites as an inductive study for the establishment of the Korean football club division. In order to achieve the above-mentioned research objectives, 38 people participating in the 2020 Division K4 and Division K5 were selected as participants in the study. For content production, relevant information was transcribed into the computer, individually inputted, and frequency analysis was conducted to produce results. The conclusions presented by applying the above research methods are as follows: In a inductive study for the establishment of the Korean soccer club division, system conditions (140 and 39.3%) were silent, followed by budget conditions (101, 28.3%) and facility conditions (67, 18.7%) and promotion conditions (49, 13.7%) were found.

장애인체육회 직원들의 직무요구와 직무자원이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to identify the job requirements and job resources of disabled sports association employees and their impact on organizational effectiveness. The following conclusions were accumulated through the results of the analysis after collecting data using structured questionnaires. First, role conflicts and role-ambiguity showed a negative (-) impact on organizational satisfaction. Role overload effects positive (+) impact on role conflict and negative (-) impact on role ambiguity. Second, the job autonomy and feedback have a positive (+) impact on organizational satisfaction and organizational commitment. The satisfaction and commitment of the organization have an imapct on organizational effectiveness. Therefore, the managers of the Disabled Sports Association must have accurate job requirements and job resources for the guidelines of the management. 이 연구의 목적은 장애인체육회 직원들의 직무요구와 직무자원이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적 달성을 위해 구조화된 설문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집한 후 자료처리를 하여 분석한 결과를 통하여 다음과같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 직무요구의 하위요인 중 역할갈등과 역할모호성은 조직만족에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났으며, 조직몰입에는 역할 과부하는 양(+)적인 영향을 역할갈등과 역할 모호성은 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무자원의 하위요인 중 직무자율성과 피드백은 조직만족과 조직몰입에 양(+)적인 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해서 직무요구와 직무자원이 조직유효성인 조직에 대한 만족과 몰입에 영향을미치기 때문에 장애인체육회의 관리자들은 직원들의 관리를 위한 정확한 직무요구와 직무자원에 대한 지침을 갖춰야할 것이며, 정기적인 교육을 실시하여 모든 구성원들이 정확하게 파악할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 특히 역할에 대한갈등과 모호성 등은 조직에 대한 만족과 몰입에 부정적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 각자의 역할에 대한 명확한 정립이 필요할것이다.

내, 외부 환경 분석을 통한 축구 디비전 구축 선행 조건 탐색

본 연구는 축구 통합 디비전시스템의 구축을 위한 선행 조건을 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 2019년 현재 축구 디비전 시스템을 운영하고 있는 실무 담당자 60명, 축구클럽 디비전 전문가 12명, 그리고 대한체육회 5명, 대한축구협회 관계자 5명 총 82명이 참여 하여, 총 3회에 걸쳐 결과 내용에 대한 타당도를 검증 받고 어느 정도 실효성을 보유하고 있는지를 확인하기 위하여 재차 전문가 집단의 조언을 얻어 최종적인 SWOT자료로 활용하였다. 이상과 같은 연구 방법을 적용하여 도출된 연구결론과 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내부 환경 분석결과 강점 5개요인과 약점 6개 요인이 도출되었다. 둘째, 외부환경 분석결과 기회 6개요인과 위협 6개 요인이 도출되었다. 셋째, 내⋅외부 환경 분석을 통한 전제조건 중 ST전략에서는 디비전의 고도화, 지자체 협조, 맞춤형디비전, 홍보 명문화된 예산 체계로 구성되었고, SO전략은 차별화된 프로모션, 국가차원의 홍보, 인적 쇄신, 대응투자, 선별적 예산지급으로 탐색되었 으며, WO전략에서는 디비전문화형성, 매뉴얼개발, 홈페이지개선, 풀뿌리교육, 유소년 팜시스템으로 구성되었으며, 끝 으로 WT전략은 자긍심 및 매너교육, 홈페이지연동, 선진문화탐방, 순회형 교육, 무분별한 대회 유치 방지가 전제조건이 탐색 되었다. This study was conducted to explore the prerequisites for the establishment of the soccer integrated division system. To achieve this goal, a total of 82 participants, including 60 working-level officials, 12 soccer club division experts, five KOC officials, and five KFA officials, participated in the project in 2019 to verify the validity of the results on three occasions and utilized the results as the final SWOT data after obtaining advice from experts. The research conclusions and suggestions derived by applying the above research methods are as follows. First, five factors of strength and six factors of weakness were derived from internal environmental analysis. Second, six factors of opportunity and six factors of threat were derived from analysis of external environment. Third, the prerequisites through the analysis of the internal and external environment were composed of the budget system, which was established under the ST Strategy, which was developed through the promotion of the devision, cooperation of local governments, customized vision, promotion of the national level, personnel reform, response investment, selective budget payment, and the WO Strategy consisted of the development of the division culture, manual development, homepage development, grassroots education, and WT based education.

해양레저스포츠 안전교육을 위한 가상현실(VR) 프로그램의 효과성 검증

This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the satisfaction, re-participation, and safety consciousness effects of marine leisure sports safety education and virtual experience programs In order to achieve the above research purpose, the data were analyzed using a questionnaire for 300 students who took marine leisure sports-related subjects. Data collection was conducted for students who attended marine leisure sports by visiting each university in person to pre-process virtual reality-based programs from April to May 2022. 249 copies of data obtained through the data collection process were processed using the SPSSWIN 23.0 program. First, descriptive statistics were conducted to analyze the demographic characteristics of the study participants, and reliability verification was performed by exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach's α coefficient to verify the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. In addition, Pearson's correlation analysis was conducted to confirm multicollinearity between each variable, and a hierarchical regression analysis was performed to verify effectiveness. The conclusions drawn through the application of the above research method are as follows. First, the virtual reality experience program had the highest influence on the satisfaction and re-participation of the actual experience program, the pre-education effect and experience immersion of the actual experience program were high, and the faculty group was more satisfied and had a great influence on re-participation. Second, it was reported that virtual reality experience has a significant effect on the development of marine safety awareness in real life and virtual reality programs, so virtual reality experience is an important factor in fostering marine safety awareness, and the pre-safety effect of real life experience and the marine safety awareness recognized by parents. -

공공 스포츠클럽 활성화를 위한 중요도 우선순위 산출

This study was conducted with the aim of calculating the priority of importance for revitalizing public sports clubs in which public funds are injected. In order to achieve this research purpose, detailed factors were derived through in-depth interview and open-ended questions from 120 people who run public sports clubs from March 2022 to September 2022, and the conclusions derived using the EC-2000 program, a hierarchical analysis tool, are as follows. First, the priority of importance for revitalizing public sports clubs was found to be a total of three areas. Specifically, it consisted of local government cooperation, self-sustaining power construction, and specialized program factors. Second, the priority of the evaluation items was first to secure facilities, budget support, and promotional support. Second, the self-sustaining factors were price elasticity, corporate sponsorship, and continuous support, and finally, specialized programs In was derived in the order of school sports linkage, various events, and provision of customized programs. 이 연구는 공적 자금이 투입되는 공공 스포츠클럽 활성화를 위한 중요도 우선순위를 산출하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위해 2022년 3월부터 2022년 9월까지 공공 스포츠클럽을 운영하는 담당자 120명을 대상으로 심층 면담과 개방형 질문을 통해 세부요인을 도출하였고, 최종 도출 자료를 기초로 하여 위계적 계층구조분석의 도구인 EC-2000 프로그램을 사용하여 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공공 스포츠클럽 활성화를 위한 중요도 우선순위는 총 3개의 영역으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보자면, 지자체 협력, 자생력 구축, 특화 프로그램요인으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 평가항목의 우선순위는 가장 먼저 지자체 협력요인은 시설확보, 예산 지원, 홍보 지원 순으로 나타났고, 두 번째로 자생력 구축요인은 가격탄력성, 기업후원, 지속적 지원으로, 끝으로 특화 프로그램요인은 학교체육연계, 다양한 이벤트, 맞춤형 프로그램 제공 순으로 도출되었다.

대한당구연맹(KBF) 디비전 리그 운영을 위한 중요도-만족도 분석

This study was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the importance-satisfaction for the operation of the KBF Division League to prepare basic data on efficient league operation and other sports expansion in the future. As for the research participants to achieve such research objectives, 539 people participating in the KBF League in 2021 were selected as a purpose sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using questionnaires, and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and technical statistics were performed using SPSS 23.0 and Excel (2016), and IPA analysis was performed based on the average value of each question. The results derived by applying the above research method are as follows. First, programs and items were the highest in the importance item, and budget items were the highest in the satisfaction item. In addition, in the importance analysis, managers, systems, and facility environments were high in order, followed by promotion, budget, communication, and motivation. Next, in the satisfaction survey, motivation, promotion, program, manager, facility environment, system, and communication were in order. Second, public relations, managers, and programs were located in the first quadrant, and it was found that they were highly perceived in terms of importance and satisfaction, and facilities and systems were found in the second quadrant. In addition, the third quadrant appeared as communication and motivation, and the fourth quadrant appeared as a budget. 본 연구는 KBF 디비전 리그의 운영을 위한 중요도-만족도 분석하여 향후 효율적인 리그 운영과 타 종목 확대에 대한 기초자료를 제사하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이와 같은 연구목적 달성을 위한 연구 참여자는 2021년 KBF 리그에 참여하는 539명을 유목적 표집 방법으로 선정하였다. 자료 분석은 설문지를 이용하였고, SPSS 23.0과 Excel(2016)을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 기술통계를 실시하였고, 각 문항의 평균값을 토대로 IPA 분석을 하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법을 적용하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중요도 항목에서는 프로그램, 항목이 가장 높게 나타났고, 만족도 항목에서는 예산 항목이 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한, 중요도 분석에서는 관리자, 시스템, 시설환경 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 홍보, 예산, 소통, 동기 부여 순으로 나타났다. 그다음으로 만족도 조사에서는 동기 부여, 홍보, 프로그램, 관리자, 시설환경, 시스템, 소통 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 제1 사분면에 해당하는 항목으로는 홍보, 관리자, 프로그램이 위치되었으며, 중요도와 함께 만족도에서도 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났고, 제2 사분면에 해당하는 항목으로는 시설, 시스템으로 나타났다. 그리고 제3 사분면은 소통, 동기 부여로 끝으로 제4 사분면은 예산으로 나타났다.

학생선수 학습권 보장의 한계와 지향 탐색

이 연구의 목적은 2019년 학교스포츠 정상화 권고안을 중심으로 학생선수 학습권 보장의 한계와 지향을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 유목적 표집을 활용하여 2020년 대한체육회에 등록된 선수와 지도자 그리고 학부모와 정책 수립자를 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 자료는 심층 면담으로 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 귀납적 범주분석을 통해 분석되었다. 그 결과, 학생선수의 학습권 보장을 위한 정책을 실현하기 위해서는 첫째, 현재 우리의 스포츠육성시스템의 이상과 학생선수 가 지향하고 있는 현실의 간극을 면밀히 검토해야 한다. 둘째, 스포츠 현장에 대한 면밀한 검토와 현장의 조건에 맞는 제도의 도입과 개선, 그리고 종목의 특성이 반영된 정책 요소를 개발해 적용해야 한다. 셋째, 일원화를 위한 관리체계를 정립하고, 학원스포츠 운영주체가 일원화의 비전과 목적을 받아들일 수 있도록, 그들의 인식을 개선시켜야 한다. 넷째, 중요타자의 역할이 필요하다. 운동부 지도자와 학부모가 학습권 보장의 목적을 명확하게 이해하고, 교육의 범위 안에서 학생선수를 지도할 수 있도록 해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to explore the limitations and orientation of guaranteeing the right to learn student athletes, focusing on the recommendation for normalization of school sports in 2019. To this end, athletes, leaders, parents, and policymakers registered with the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee in 2020 were selected as research participants using purposeful sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, and the collected data were analyzed through inductive category analysis. As a result, in order to realize policies to guarantee student athletes' right to learn, first, it is necessary to closely examine the gap between the current ideal of our sports development system and the reality that student athletes are aiming for. Second, a close review of the sports field, the introduction and improvement of the system suitable for the conditions of the field, and policy elements reflecting the characteristics of the event should be developed and applied. Third, it is necessary to establish a management system for unification and improve their perception so that the operator of academy sports can accept the vision and purpose of unification. Fourth, the role of an important others is needed. It is necessary to clearly understand the purpose of guaranteeing the right to learn and to guide student athletes within the scope of education.
