수업평가 결과의 활용, 수업평가 방식의 타당성과 객관성의 여부, 각 교과별 수업평가의 특성에 대한 수업평가와 관련한 연구들이 교육행정, 교육평가 영역에서 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그럼에도 수업을 본질적으로 이해하고 이러한 이해를 바탕으로 한 수업평가의 목적과 내용에 대한 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 교육과정 영역으로서 수업평가의 개념과 목적을 재조명하고 이를 토대로 수업평가의 성격과 방식을 본질적 관점에서 밝히고자 하였다. 수업평가와 교육과정 실행 평가는 그 목적과 성격상 각각 다른 의미로 이해되기보다는 수업의 질 향상이라는 같은 목적을 공유하고 있기 때문이다. 그럼에도 현재의 평가 방식은 수업 개선을 위한 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보하기 위한 노력보다는 아직까지 결과적, 실증적, 기술적 측정 방식에 머물러 있는 실정이다. 따라서 교육과정 실행 평가에서 추구하고 있는 과정적, 해석적, 대화식 방식의 도입과 함께 이를 현장에 적용할 수 있는 구체적 평가 준거와 도구의 개발이 시급하다. Almost studies concern with teaching evaluation were that focused on educational administration, teachers` result except students` learning result. But, The studies that teaching evaluation in curriculum`s area can`t find it. So, The purpose of this study is to classify about the concept and aim of teaching evaluation in curriculum`s area. The result of this study were as following; First. Teaching evaluation focus on summative evaluation about development area of teachers` instructional behavior. Second. Through reflection thinking, included teachers` attitude and positive effort for professional growth(instructional development) in evaluation criteria. Third. For professional growth, composed evaluation area by instruction step and apportion to detail to the evaluations` criteria and then established validity and reliability of evaluations` criteria.

이 연구는 효과적인 수업컨설팅을 저해하는 주요 요인이 무엇인지를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌고찰을 통해 탐색된 하위요인과 설문에서 추출된 응답 결과를 토대로 「초ㆍ중등학교 수업컨설팅 저해 요인 검사」를 개발하였다. 개발된 검사를 초등학교 교사 200명에게 실시하였고, 그 결과를 토대로 요인 분석을 실시하였다. 요인 분석 결과, 수업컨설팅 저해 요인으로 컨설턴트의 대인 관계 기술 능력 부족, 수업컨설팅에 관한 업무 부담, 컨설턴트의 수업컨설팅 관련 전문성 부족, 수업컨설팅 방식의 구조적 문제, 수업컨설팅 효과 미비, 수업컨설팅을 위한 준비 미흡, 수업 컨설팅에 대한 부정적 인식과 태도, 수업컨설팅에 관한 이해 및 홍보 부족, 수업컨설팅에 관련된 행정시스템의 비효율성 등 10개 요인이 분석되었다. 본 연구는 효과적인 수업컨설팅에 부정적 영향을 주는 요인을 실증적으로 분석했 다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한, 이 연구 결과는 향후 수업컨설팅 모형 개발이나 수업컨설팅 실제, 교사연수 그리고 행정적ㆍ제도적 영역 개선에 도움을 주는 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study is aim to investigate the major hindrance factors of effective teaching consulting. In order to attain this purpose, this study developed「survey on the teaching consulting hindrance factors of the elementary-middle school」based on sub-elements inquired through the literature reviews and request results extracted in the survey. It was carried out by 200 elementary teachers and based on the results factor analysis was done. The results for hindrance factors of teaching consulting could be arranged as follows : There were 10 factors such as the lack of human relationship skills, job burden on related teaching consulting, consultant s lack of professionalism, structural problems of teaching consulting ways, the lack of teaching consulting effect, insufficient preparation for teaching consulting, the consultant s lack of interpersonal skills, ability, negative perceptions and attitudes of teaching consulting, the lack of understanding and promoting of teaching consulting, inefficiency of the administrative system related to the teaching consulting. This study is significant in the sense that the empirical analysis of the factors have a negative impact on effective teaching consulting. In addition, the results of this study can be utilized as a basis on the teaching consulting model development or actual teaching consulting, teacher training, and administrativeㆍinstitutional areas.

Given the fact that there is a lot of influx of returned oversea students and immigrant families, the number of bilingual dramatically goes up. Therefore, this study is focusing on the understanding of them and debating educational policy for them. Although many linguists have been having negative perspectives of bilinguals, this study not only refers to advantages of social and cognitive aspects to of bilingual but emphasizes the proper understanding of phenomenon for them. As code-switching is one of the most common phenomena in bilingual, the code switching also is accepted without any prejudice. Code-switching even can be an effective educational method of bilinguals. Plus, it could be educational by far the most important tool. In particular, this study is focused on Huaqiao in Korea. In addition, they are experiencing a lot of changes currently because of Korean Huaqiao’s diversifying(i.e. old Korean Huaqiao who still hold Taiwan passports; new Chinese from China mainland;, Korean returned students from China, and other various nationalities) There would be more increasing in international immigration in Korean society. For that, it should make the educational system for bilingual. For that is based on the interest in bilingual and understanding. 본 연구는 최근 이민가정과 국제 결혼 등으로 인한 국내 다문화 가정의 증가로 인한 이중 언어 사용자가 급증함에 따라 이들에 대한 언어적 특성에 대한 이해와 이들을 위한 효과적인 언어 교육방법에 대해 논의하고자 하였다. 2016년 3월부터 12월까 지 9개월의 기간동안 한국 화교 학생들을 심층면담한 결과와 기존 연구결과를 토대로 이중 언어 사용자의 언어 사용에 있어 부정적인 측면과 긍정적인 측면을 다루었다. 또한, 이중 언어 사용자에게서 흔히 나타나는 코드스위칭의 심층 탐색을 통해 다 문화시대 학습 효과성과 효과적인 언어습득 방법으로서의 코드스위칭의 가능성을분석하였다. 이에 더해 이중 언어 사용이 이중 언어 사용자뿐만 아니라 단일 언어 사용자에게도 사회적, 인지적 측면에서 긍정적인 변화를 줄 수 있다는 시사점을 언급 하면서 이중 언어 사용자의 언어 현상에 대한 이해가 제대로 이루어 져야 한다는 점을 강조하였다. 더불어 코드 스위칭이 언어 학습에 적용하는 과정에서 중요한 교육적 도구가 될 수 있는 가능성을 제시하면서 이중 언어 사용에서의 학습 과정이 실제 언어 학습에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 밝히고 있다.
