        공중이용 화장실의 미생물 분포 조사

        Objective: This study was performed to assess bacterial distribution concerned in sanitation management of public lavatory in Seoul. Methods: In this research, bacteriological investigation on public lavatory was accomplished for bidet water, bidet nozzle, washbowl and lavatory stool in the 50 public facilities such as public institutions, subway stations, cinema, department stores, large-scale buildings and hospitals amount to 374 specimens. Results: The geometric mean of colony forming unit(CFU) in total aerobic colony count were analyzed as follows; $5.2{\times}10^2/100cm^2$ on lavatory stool, $7.2{\times}10^3/ea$ on bidet nozzle, $7.8{\times}10^3/ea$ on center ring of washbowl, $1.4{\times}10/mL$ in bidet water (ml) and 7.0/ea on doorknob. Opportunistically pathogenic germs such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter cloacae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated in 3.7%, 5.9%, 3.2% and 1.9% of total specimens, respectively. Conclusion: The result of this study shows that there were some facilities where the pathogenic germs were detected to may cause urological infection. And the CFU of general bacteria as the representative indicator of disinfection and lavatory cleaning were high enough to imply the improvement of sanitation management of public lavatories should be contrived.

      • 안산시 서식 빨간집모기(Culex pipiens pallens)에 대한 살충제 감수성 및 가열연막 효과에 관한 연구

        Studies on the insecticides susceptibility of adults females Culex pipiens pallens were carried out in 2003. The pupae were emerged originated wild-caught larvae in Ansan city, Korea. The test methods employed, using 7 organophosphorous insecticides, four synthetic pyrethroides, and fipronil penyrazole were evaluated. The following results were obtained<br/> 1. Fipronil has showed the most strong value in LD_(50) 0.00075㎍/female, out of 12 kind of insecticides, and followed by deltamethrin 0.0071, δ-cyhalothrin 0.008, profenofos 0.0082 and β-cyfluthrin 0.0088, respectively.<br/> 2. The killing effect of lambdacyhalothrin and profenophos against adult females Culex pipiens pallens was examined using thermal fogging. The mortality rate were lambdacyhalothrin 41.1% and profenophos 50.7%, respectively. The killing effect of thermal fogging was highly effectiveness to distance 6m from nozzle.

        The extract with the dilution of 50% ethanol and treatment of 121℃ for 15min were inhibited highly the growth of staph aureus, Ent cloacae, Sh sonnei, A hydrophila, B. subtilis, St. faecalis and L casei. of food samples, red-bean dregs with addition of extact of smilax china. leaves or sorbic acid took the similar inhibition effect to microorganisms for the early storage days(1- 3days).<br/> There was inhibited the growth of microorganisms in strawberry Juice added to 20ml of 1% extract solution for one storage day in comparison with no addition of smilax china L.<br/> Over all with growth inhibition capability to microorganisms and foods, it was believed that the effect and value as the natural food preservatives and the extracts like as this natural plant material took the food safety and it was capable to develop the natural food preservation

        임야지역 지적재조사를 위한 KLIS 데이터의 활용 가능성 연구

        임야지역은 지역적 특성상 토탈스테이션, RTK-GPS 측량 등의 지상측량 방법으로는 지적재조사 측량에 한계성이 있다. 그렇기 때문에 기존 지적재조사 측량 방법들로 제안되고 있는 방식과는 다른 새로운 방법들이 모색되어야 할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 임야지역을 효율적으로 재조시할 수 있는 방법으로서 현재 KLIS에서 이용되고 있는 임야도 전산파일의 이용기능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 가장 중요한 면적오차는 대체적으로 오차범위 이내의 성과를 보였다. 따라서 위치정계선 조정을 위한 현황 참조 데이터와 KLIS 데이터를 연계하여 이용한다면 향후 지적재조사시에 충분한 활용가능성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. The case of a forest area has some limitations of adopting a ground surveying like as TS (Total Station) and RTK-GPS (Real Time Kinematic-GPS) due to the specificity of the forest area. Therefore, the new method, is different from exist the cadastral re-surveying method in a metro area and a cropland, is applicably considered in the forest area. In this paper, we suggest the applicability of the digital cadastral map of forest which is used at KLIS. According to the result of study, the most important area en-or value for adopted in the cadastral re-surveying is almost contained the error tolerance. Therefore, KLIS data, if it is related with the actual reference data for adjusting the location boundary, is suitable to be adopted in the cadastral re-surveying.

        石村湖의 營養醒類및 水質의 動態에 관한 調査硏究

        This study was performed to investigate a seasonal and vertical variation of the nutrients, water temperature, pH, DO, BOO, COO in Sukchon lake from May 1985 to Jan. 1986. ’rhe results were as follows. 1. Vertlcal descent of water temperature was the remarkable situation on Jul. and difference between surface layer and bottom layer was 3.50 C. 2. The value of pH was average 8.0 in both lake. The value of pH in the winter was average 7.6, and Summer was average 8.3. 3. ’rhe contents of dissolved oxygen was the hi뱅est value (1 3.0rngj~) in surface layer on Jan. and the lowest v외ue (8.1rngjQ) in bottom layer on Ul. 4. ’rhe contents of P04-P, NHa-N~ NOa-N and T-N were 0.03-o.17mgjQ, O .l 2 -o .34mgj~ ,0.36.91rngjQ and 0.76-1.37mgjQ, resctively.

      • 서울지역 학교 교실의 실내환경 조사연구

        In 15 schools where were chosen each location (East, West, South, North, Central) of Seoul area, 9 items were measured such as thermo circumstance(temperature, relative humidity, air current, intensity of illumination) particulate matter, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen dioxide being based on the school indoor environment standard.<br/> It was showed that indoor temperature, relative humidity and air movement were suitable in comparison with school indoor environment standard. Intensity of illumination was suitable in comparison with all schools, only exception 2 schools. In all investigated schools were adequate for carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide, in which each ind(~)f<br/> environment standard (10ppm, 0.25ppm/hr, 0.15ppm/hr)but in 5 schools the carbon dioxide<br/> were exceeded for standard limit 1.000ppm of Korea. Indoor concentration of dust(PM-10) induced from respiration dust the standard of Korea (l50㎍㎥) at all schools.

      • 홍삼 투여가 TBTO의 성호르몬 활성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study finds out the effect of red ginseng extract (1.0g/㎏) on TBTO (10, 20, and 40mg/kg) which poisons against some organs like thyroids gland, liver, kidney, testis, ovary, sex hormone activity of rats are examined by gastric tubing for 3 weeks. The weight of each organ in treated group were increased, especially liver in female and those of testis in males were significantly increased at 10, 20 and 40㎎/㎏ (P<0.05, P<0.0l). In case of sex hormone activity of each sex, the estradiol activity of female and testosterone activity of males were significantly decreased rather than the control group (P<0.05, P<0.0l) According to between the TBTO treated group and 10+rGe group of the testosterone activity each sex were significantly increased (P<0.01).

        GWNU(강릉원주대학교) 학생들이 학사정보나 공지사항, 기숙사 등 학교에 대한 정보를 대부분 홈페이지에서 얻는다. 하지만 종종 홈페이지에 들어가서 본인이 원하는 정보를 찾는데 어디서 찾아야 할지 잘 모르거나 시간이 걸리는 경우가 많이 발생한다. 따라서 학생들이 원하는 정보를 찾는데 걸리는 시간을 단축하고, 편리하고 빠르게 정보를 얻을 수 있는 방법으로 GWNU 챗봇을 개발하였다. 시험 결과 대학 홈페이지, 인트라넷, 해람인, 도서관 관련 질문에 대하여 정확한 답변이 이루어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Most of GWNU(Gangneung-Wonju National University) students get information about the school, such as academic information, notices, and dormitories, from the website. However, they consume often much time or don’t knowing where to find the information that they you are looking for by visiting the website. Therefore, we developed the GWNU chatbot as a way to shorten the time to find the information they want and to obtain information conveniently and quickly. As a result of the test, it was confirmed that accurate answers to questions related to the homepage, intranet, haeramin, and library were made.

        두충엽을 이용한 유기미량물질 흡착에 관한 연구

        The removal of organo-mineral ions from synthetic water contaning heavy metals and pesticides using Eucommia ulmoides leaves were studied varying time, timperature, concentration, pH and adsorbent amount. The removal rate of organo-mineral ions according to varying time were invariable detected only Cr and parathion and its was adsorption removal rate respectively 95%, 86.4%. The removal efficiency of organo-mineral ions according to varying temperature was decreased only Zn. As the heavy metals concentration increased, the removal efficiency of adsorbent was not invariable ratio and pesticide in 2.0 mg/l(parathion, diazinon, malathion) was maximum adsorbted respectively 91.3%, 88.2%, 59.2%. The removal efficiency according to varying pH was maximum adsorpted in pH 7. The injected adsorbent in which 2.0 g was maxium adsorpted and the removal of Pb was found to have the best removal efficiency.
