We have investigated how to increase customer satisfaction(CS) through leaders' coaching. For the purpose of increasing CS we examined how coaching behaviors affected organization members' competence and willingness. Then we examined how those affected employee satisfaction(ES) and CS. The four elements of coaching are Direction, Development, Accountability, and Relationship. The results have been quite astonishing. We have found that relationship is the most powerful coaching element among others in terms of the scope of the influence. Other words, relationship affects both competence and willingness for the members in the organizations. It is the author's conclusion that in order to have many satisfied customers the leaders of the organizations need practice more coaching as the training tools. This will bring about result in better financial and non-financial performance and other ways, such as quality and morale, for the organizations.

In this article, Lingqi Jing (靈棋經) was examined according to philological methods. Firstly, the time of its composition and its content structure was reviewed. It appeared that Lingqi Jing was written as early as the 3rd century, but not later than the Tang Dynasty. This work allocates directions to each of the trigrams, and its rules follow the postnatal eight trigrams. Secondly, Chinese records documenting the utilization of Lingqi Jing was explored. Through this, it was confirmed that the publication dates of commentaries on Lingqi Jing and the timeline of the author's lives do not contradict each other. Thirdly, by examining its usage in the Korean Peninsula, attempts were made to deduce which edition was in circulation in Korea, as well as when it was acquired. In Korea, Lingqi Jing was utilized before making significant political decisions such as rebellions and impeachments. Although it cannot be made absolutely certain due to limitations in the available data, a hypothesis was formulated suggesting that an edition printed in the Ming Dynasty in 1515 (10th year of the Zhengde 正德era) entered the Korean Peninsula and became popular in the late 1500s. Through this research, the utilization patterns of divination of Yi Jing (周易) during the late Joseon period can be seen. Furthermore, it could be helpful in studying similar divination texts.

모바일 인스턴트 메신저 시장이 점차 커지고 있다. 국내에서도 카카오톡, 라인 등의 모바일 인스턴트 메신저의 해외 진출이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 상황이다. 국내의 경우 모바일 인스턴트 메신저의 이용에서 카카오톡이 독보적인 상황이다. 카카오톡이 선점 효과를 통해 압도적인 이용자를 확보하고 있지만 모바일 인스턴트 메신저 시장의 경쟁은 점점 치열해지고 있고 사용자의 선택의 폭 역시 다양해지고 있다. 이는 모바일 인스턴트 메신저에 대한 사용성 분석의 필요성이 높아 졌음을 의미한다. 본 연구는 사진 전송과 이모티콘 기능을 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 사진 전송 기능의 구조적 효율성에서 차이가 있고, 이모티콘 구조에 대한 선호도가 실제 이용률과는 차이가 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 국내의 모바일 인스턴트 메신저의 사용성 분석을 통해 유저 편의를 위한 인터페이스 개선을 제안한다. Since the introduction of smartphones, the market for mobile instant messenger (MIM) is rapidly growing. The domestic market has been already saturated, and Kakao Talk and Line have launched their services abroad. Although Kakao Talk is maintaining its dominant status in the local market, competition is getting intense as new services are added to MIM and users experience more freedom in their choice of MIM. Although membership count is most important factor to MIM, usability has become another important factor with more competition and options to users. Among many frequently used functions of MIM, this research investigated picture transmission and emoticon array. The results indicated that there was a large difference in picture transmission time depending on task structure and diverse user preferences were revealed in the structure of emoticon array. These results demonstrate the necessity of UI improvement and further research on this topic.
