본 연구는 Schizosaccharomyces pombe의 단백질2황화물이성질화효소 2 (Pdi2)가 수은 독성에 대한 저항성에 관여하는지를 입증하기 위하여, Pdi2 과잉 발현 재조합 플라즈미드 pYPDI2와 대응되는 벡터플라즈미드인 pRS316을 사용하여 수행되었다. 염화제2수은($25{\mu}M$, $50{\mu}M$, $200{\mu}M$)에 노출되었을 때, pYPDI2 포함 S. pombe 세포는 벡터 포함 대조 세포보다 훨씬 더 잘 성장하였다. pYPDI2 포함 S. pombe 세포는, 6시간 동안 염화제2수은과 같이 배양하였을 때, 벡터 포함 대조 세포보다 낮은 세포 내 활성산소종과 일산화질소 수준을 나타내었다. 반면, 같은 배양 조건에서, pYPDI2 포함 S. pombe 세포는 벡터 포함 대조 세포보다 높은 수준의 총 글루타치온 및 수퍼옥시드 디스뮤타아제을 나타내었다. 그러나, pYPDI2 포함 S. pombe 세포는 벡터 포함 대조 세포와 비슷한 수준의 글루타치온과산화효소 활성을 보여 주었다. 종합하면, S. pombe Pdi2는 총 글루타치온과 수퍼옥시드 디스뮤타아제 활성을 증가시켜, 그에 따라 활성산소종과 일산화질소의 상승을 억제함으로써 수은 독성에 대한 저항성에 관여한다. The present work was undertaken to address the role of protein disulfide isomerase 2 (Pdi2) in the mercury-tolerance of Schizosaccharomyces pombe, using the Pdi2-overexpressing recombinant plasmid pYPDI2 and the corresponding vector plasmid pRS316. When exposed to mercuric chloride, the PDI2 overepxression cells grew significantly better than the vector control cells. They revealed the lower levels of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) and nitric oxide (NO), when incubated with mercuric chloride for 6 h, than the vector control cells. The PDI2 overepxression cells contained the higher levels of total glutathione (GSH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity than the vector control cells, after 6 h of incubation in mercuric chloride. However, the PDI2 overepxression cells contained similar levels of glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activities, compared to those of the vector control cells. Taken together, the S. pombe Pdi2 promotes the tolerance against mercury toxicity through up-regulating total GSH and SOD and subsequently attenuating ROS and NO elevations.

Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of lower trapezius muscle strengthening exercises on pain, disability in Shoulder Pain Patient with Rounded Shoulder Posture. Method: Following baseline measurements, the subjects (n=30) with unilateral Shoulder Pain Patient with Rounded Shoulder Posture were randomized into one of two 8 weeks exercise intervention groups: a experimental group (EG, n=15) that received strength training of the lower trapezius muscles or a control group (CG, n=15) that received stretch training of the upper trapezius muscles. Each group participated in the intervention for 35 minutes, 3 times a week, for 8 weeks. two patient were assessed by: Visual analog scale (VAS), Simple Shoulder Test(SST), Ultrasound imaging(UI). Results: The results of this study are as follows: 1) In both control and experimental groups, VAS, SST, LTT were decreased significantly according to intervention period. There was significant difference between VASs of two groups. Conclusion: These results suggest that a lower trapezius strengthening exercises reduce shoulder pain and shoulder disability in patients with Shoulder Pain Patient with Rounded Shoulder Posture.

본 논문에서는 아두이노를 이용하여 유아용전동차가 실제 도로와 유사한 환경의 트랙을 자율주행할 수 있는 방법을 찾고자 한다. 라이다와 카메라를 이용하여 차선을 따라 주행하고, 장애물을 회피하고 신호등의 지시에 따라 정지하고 출발하며, 후진 주차를 완수하는 알고리즘을 완성하였다.

임파워링 리더십이 혁신적 업무행동에 미치는 영향 : 장인적 학습의 매개효과와 일의 의미의 조절된 매개효과

이 연구는 임파워링 리더십과 혁신적 업무행동 간의 관계에서 장인적 학습의 매개효과와 일의 의미 의 조절된 매개효과를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 다양한 직종, 직 무, 연령대의 직장인 남녀 1,563명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 장인적 학습은 임파워링 리더십과 혁신적 업무행동의 관계를 부분 매개하였고, 둘째, 일의 의미는 임파워링 리더십 과 장인적 학습 관계를 조절하였으며, 셋째, 일의 의미는 임파워링 리더십에서 장인적 학습 그리고 혁신적 업무행동으로 연결되는 간접효과 과정에서 정적인 조절된 매개효과를 보여주었다. 본 연구 결과는 조직구성원들이 장인적 학습을 실천하는 것과 일의 의미를 인식하는 것이 임파워링 리더십의 효과를 높이고 혁신적 업무행동을 고취하는데 필요한 요소임을 보여준다. 더불어 이 연구는 일의 의미, 장인적 학습이 혁신적 업무행동에 미치는 영향의 관계구조에 대한 실증적 분석을 처음으로 시도 한 것에 그 의의가 있다. This study investigates the mediating effect of masteristic learning and the moderated mediating effect of meaningful work on the relationship between empowering leadership and innovative work behavior. A survey data collected from 1,563 workers from various occupations, jobs, and age groups were used for our investigation. The regression results show that, first, masteristic learning mediates the relationship between empowering leadership and innovative work behavior. Second, meaningful work moderated the relationship between empowering leadership and masteristic learning. Third, meaningful work had a significant and positive moderated mediation effect on the relationships among empowering leadership, masteristic learning, and innovative work behavior. This study broadens our understanding of the process of empowering leadership that leads to innovative work behavior, especially by demonstrating the mediating effect of masteristic learning and moderated mediation effect of meaningful work. As the first of its kind, this study empirically examined the effects of masteristic learning which opens a possibility of exploring its effects on various workplace contexts. Implications on theories and practice were discussed in depth.
