        바이오필릭 디자인 기반 교실 디자인 설계

        This study aims to suggest a Biophilic classroom design of high school to obtain attention restoration for students. The learning space for youth in the modern society is composed of dry artificial structures. This space is considered to be a space that can not relieve stress caused by learning. "The Attention Restoration Theory" is divided into "Directed Attention" of humans, which is the cause of fatigue and stress, and "Involuntary Attention" as a solution to it. "Involuntary Attention" takes place in a rest state and helps the brain recover when exposed to nature. And the core of "Biophilic-Design Theory" is that humans can recover physical and mental conditions when exposed to nature. The purpose of this study is to apply "The Biophilic-Design Theory" that emphasizes the importance of exposure to nature to the educational space and plan the space where the 'Attention Restoration' can be achieved. The research method is as follows. First, we review previous studies related to "The Biophilic-Design Theory" and "The Attention Restoration Theory". Second, we analyze the application examples of "The Biophilic-Design Theory" and "The Attention Restoration Theory" in domestic and foreign educational spaces. Third, the concept of educational space is set up based on the elements derived from previous studies. Finally, we propose the planning direction of classroom design based on Biophilic-Design. The following conclusions were drawn. First, The creation of the education space to restore the learner's attention requires a visual space plan that utilizes natural elements such as natural light, artificial light, plants, and natural materials that can directly experience nature. Second, the direction in which students in the classroom can be "The Attention Restoration Theory" should consider the use of indirect natural elements that bring the surrounding natural landscape into the interior. This study will be used as the baseline data for the spatial design and planning of education facilities based on Biophilic-Design.

      • 쥐의 간 시토졸 Aldehyde dehydrogenase의 정제 및 특성에 관한 연구

        쥐의 간 시토졸 Aldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH)를 황산 암모늄 처리, DEAE-Sephacel, CM-cellulose, Sephacryl S-300, 5'-AMP Sepharose 4B chromatography 순으로 정제 하고 TSK G3000SW column을 이용하여 HPLC로 분석한 결과 순수한 단일 peak를 얻었고, Sephacryl S-300 chromatography 방법으로 측정된 분자량은 217,000 dalton이었으며 SDS-PAGE를 행한 결과 분자량이 53,000인 subunit로 구성된 homotetramer임이 밝혀졌다. 이 효소의 pI값은 6.75, 최적 pH는 9.5이며 dehydrogenase활성 뿐 아니라 esterase활성도 나타내었다. Acetaldehyde에 대한 $K_m$값은 $1.06{\times}10^{-3}M$이지만 indole 3-acetaldehyde에 대한 $K_m$, 값은 $10^{-6}M$이하, benzaldehyde에 대한 $K_m$값이 $(1.59{\times}10^{-5}M)$로 낮은 값을 나타내는 것으로 보아 시토졸 ALDH는 주로 biogenic aldehyde나 aromatic aldehyde 대사에 관여하는 것으로 생각된다. Cytosolic ALDH of rat liver was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-Sephacel, CM-cellulose ion exchange chromatography, Sephacryl S-300 gel filtration, and 5'-AMP Sepharose 4B affinity chromatography. The molecular weight was determined by Sephacryl S-300 gel filtration and found to be 217,000 dalton. SDS-PAGE showed that it was homotetramer consisting of four identical subunits whose molecular weight was 53,000 dalton. Optimal pH of this enzyme was 9.5 and pI value was 6.75. $K_m$ value of rat liver cytosolic ALDH for acetaldehyde was $1.06{\times}10^{-3}M$, but those of indole-3-acetaldeghyde(<$10^{-6}M$) and benzaldehyde $(1.59{\times}10^{-5}M)$ were extremely low. These results suggested that rat liver cytosolic ALDH might be primarily involved in the oxidation of aromatic aldehyde including biogenic aldehyde.

        Chemical modification experiments suggested that cysteine, serine, glutamate residues might participate in the catalytic role and it was suggested that a probable reaction mechanism of ALDH through substrate activation, chloral hydrate inhibition and disulfiram inhibition behaviors towards ALDH activity.

        쥐의 간 미토콘드리아 Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 의 분포와 특성에 관한 연구

        Separation of inner membrane, outer membrane and matrix were accomplished by treating rat liver mitochondria preparation with digitonin followed by differential centrifugation. Mitochondrial ALDH isozymes were founded to be located in outer membrane as well as matrix fraction. Soluble low K_m ALDH in matrix had a very low K_m ($lt;10^(-6)M) for acetaldehyde, but the K_m of soluble high K_m ALDH in the matrix was 9.8 × 10^(-4) M, outer membrane bound ALDH showed a relatively high K_m, 1.4 × 10^(-2)M. The outer membrane bound ALDH was purified and characterized. Optimal pH was 9.5 and pI was 6.1. Subunit molecular weight was determined by SDS-PAGE and found to be 55,000. These results suggest that the soluble low K_m ALDH might be primarily response for the oxidation of acetaldehyde in rat liver, but the outer membrane bound ALDH will serve as barrier when the concentration of acetaldehyde in cytosol is high.

        정제된 쥐의 간 시토졸 aldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH)의 활성부위를 화학변형 시약을 이용하여 검색한 결과 cysteine, serine 및 glutamate 잔기가 활성에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 생각된다. 또한 ALDH의 기절 활성화 특성과 chloral hydrate에 의한 억제양상 및 disulfiram에 의한 억제양상으로부터 ALDH의 반응 메카니즘을 추정하였다.         In this paper, we propose an adaptive channel estimation scheme for IEEE 802.11p, in which the channel estimation scheme is adaptively selected between STA and TRFI scheme in every data symbol period. Simulation results demonstrate the proposed scheme can select the optimal channel estimation scheme at each data symbol, and thus shows the excellent performance over the whole SNR regime.

      • 교육공간의 바이오필릭디자인 패턴 적용에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to propose a planning direction based on the biophysics theory of educational space to maintain healthy life of children. The research method is to grasp the meaning of the theory of restoration of the state of the education space through literature review. Also, I will look at the biophysics theory. The results of the analysis are as follows. In cases 1, 2 and 3, no water patterns were seen. And Case 1 did not show the natural pattern. In the analyzed cases, the pattern of the biophilic design showed a uniform appearance except a few patterns. Therefore, it can be seen that the present educational space is planned in such a way that "the state of restoration of the state" can be realized. In future research, we should study the directions that can reflect the needs of students by studying the biophilic design according to the spatial composition of educational space.

        Recently, in the field of architecture and environment that considers children, immersive technology-based contents are introduced and used for education. In addition, the Ministry of Education is promoting a green smart future school planning strategy. Immersion skills in educational spaces are developing with learning goals. Interest in "Biophilic Design", which maximizes natural immersion for children, is seeking ways to use various immersion techniques to provide positive experiences for nature. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to derive the items of natural immersion in educational spaces for school-age children and to propose a natural immersion plan according to the characteristics of the applicable main spaces. The method of this study is as follows. First, we look at immersion technologies such as IOT, AI, AR/VR, HR, etc. that can realize natural immersion. Second, we derive items that can apply Natural immersion technology based on Biophilic Design pattern. Third, analyze the items of natural immersion based on the previously set major educational spaces. The conclusion is as follows. According to the characteristics of each classroom space, the natural immersion technology of the corridor space should be applied. In the case of "MMR+HW", which conducts music education, sufficient auditory stimulation has been sustained, so the auditory stimulation should be planned in a direction to take a rest. and ‘PR+HW" should apply the nature immersion item to provide a sense of physical and emotional stability that is elevated through dynamic activities. From the perspective of Biophilic design, it can be used as basic data for planning and design to apply Natural immersion in educational spaces.
