The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of rowing athletes team cohesion on the behavior fit between coach-athletes and ath athletic performance. For this purpose, 288 rowing athletes were selected as research subjects and a survey was conducted. The survey questions consisted of content on team cohesion, behavior fit between sports coach - athletes, and athletic performance. Statistical analysis was performed on the collected data using SPSS 22.0 program. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify the effect of team cohesion on behavior fit between sports coach - athletes and athletic performance, and the significance level was set at .05. As a result, first, team cohesion was found to effect the behavior fit between sports coach - athletes. Second, team cohesion was found to effect on athletic performance. It is believed that the results of this study will have a positive impact on recognizing the importance of team cohesion among rowers and improving relationships with coaches and athletic performance.

프로골프선수들의 심리기술훈련이 심리상태 및 경기 성과와 의 관계

This research was conducted with the purpose of providing the basic document on the effectiveness of psychological skills training on professional golfers. The researchers conducted 8 week psychological skills training on skilled golfers preparing to be professional golfers, analyzed the changes in their psychological states before and after the training and measured their performances. 1. Changes in the psychological state The change in the level of Challenging Spirit during the 8 week training indicated no difference in the training results between the training group and the control group. The change in the level of Imagery, Self-confidence, and Concentration after the 8 weeks training showed meaningful difference and indicated the higher levels for the training group. The change in the level of Arousal Score during the 8 week training showed not significant in the training group in comparison with the control group. 2. Performances The changes in the number of strokes after 8 weeks training showed statistically meaningful difference between the training group and control group. And verification between groups after 8 weeks also showed a statistically meaningful difference. Among potential internal/external factors which affect golf performance, psychological factors are considered to be the most critical elements on overall golf performance for both skilled and unskilled golfers. And this requires an effective training method for psychological skills. In addition, psychological skills training programs to meet the needs of both skilled and unskilled players need to be systematically developed and applied.

축구 지도자의 리더십 유형이 리더십 효율성과 스포츠 성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of leadership styles on leadership effectiveness and sport performance in soccer. In order to accomplish it, this study attempted to apply transactional and transformational leadership theory developed by Bass & Avolio(1995). Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire(Bass & Avolio, 1995) was used to measure the levels of both leadership styles and leadership effectiveness of soccer coaches, and Sport Performance Inventory(Jones, Neuman & Dreschler, 2001) was employed for sport performance measurement. With convenience sampling method, a survey was conducted with 420 soccer players participating in a national soccer competition. Thus, 370 complete questionnaires were analyzed through descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. Accordingly, the following findings were derived from the current study. First, according to descriptive statistics, soccer coaches had positive management by exception and charisma leadership styles as prevailed. Second, transactional and transformational leadership styles of soccer coaches had significant effects on leadership effectiveness and influential leadership factors on it included individual consideration, contingency rewards, intellectual stimulation, charisma and positive management by exception factors in order. Third, transactional and transformational leadership styles of soccer coaches also had significant effects on sport performance of soccer players and influential factors included individual consideration, contingency rewards, charisma, intellectual stimulation and positive management by exception. Finally, findings were profoundly discussed on previous research along with providing future research ideas.

골프선수의 스포츠 심리기술과 경기력에 미치는 정서지능의 기여도

[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to verify the empirical relationship between emotional intelligence, sports psychology, and performance of golf players [Method] For this purpose, the national golf players were set as the population and the total 298 pieces collected through the convenience sampling method were used for the research. The collected data were verified by construct validity, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. [Result] First, there was a difference in sport psychology according to the gender of the golf players, and emotional intelligence and sport psychology were different according to the exercise career. Second, in the relationship between emotional intelligence and sports psychology, emotional intelligence has a statistically significant effect on sports psychology. Third, emotional evaluation of emotional intelligence, emotional utilization, and social skill had a statistically significant effect on emotional intelligence. [목적] 이 연구의 목적은 골프선수들의 정서지능과 스포츠 심리기술 및 경기력과의 실증적인 구조관계를 검증하는데 있다. [방법] 이러한 목적에 따라 전국의 골프선수를 모집단으로 설정한 다음 편의표집법을 통해 수집된 총 298부의 자료를 연구에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 및 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 정규성 검증과 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 신뢰도를 분석을 통한 구성타당도를 검증한 다음 독립표본t검증 및 일원변량분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 이러한 방법에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다 첫째, 골프 선수들의 성별에 따라 스포츠 심리기술의 차이가 나타났으며 운동경력에 따라서는 정서지능과 스포츠 심리기술의 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 선수들의 정서지능과 스포츠 심리기술의 관계에서는 정서지능이 스포츠 심리기술에 대하여 통계적으로 유의한 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프 선수들의 정서지능과 경기력의 관계에서는 정서지능의 본인정서평가와 정서활용 및 사회적 기술이 경기력에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프 선수들의 스포츠 심리기술과 경기력의 관계에서는 스포츠 심리기술이 경기력에 유의한 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

골프 코치의 지도행동과 자기평가 및 동기의 관계

[목적] 이 연구는 골프 선수들의 자기평가와 동기에 대한 코치의 지도행동의 영향력을 규명하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. [방법] 이러한 목적에 따라 전국의 골프 선수를 모집단으로 설정한 다음 편의표집법을 통해 수집된 총 400부의 자료를 연구에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 및 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 정규성 검증과 탐색 적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 신뢰도를 분석을 통한 구성타당도를 검증하였다. 골프 코치의 서번트 리더십과 핵심적 자기평가, 기본적 심리욕구 및 스포츠 동기의 관계는 AMOS 18.0을 이용한 구조모형분석(Structural Equation Model Analysis)을 통해 요인 간 관계를 규명하였다. [결과] 이러한 방법에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 째, 골프 코치의 서번트 리더십은 핵심적 자기평가에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 코치의 서 번트 리더십은 기본적 심리욕구에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프 코치의 서번트 리더십은 스포 츠 동기에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프 선수들의 핵심적 자기평가는 기본적 심리욕구에 정 적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 골프 선수들의 기본적 심리욕구는 스포츠 동기에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among coaching style, Self-evaluation, and sport motivation on golf player. [Method] In compliance with the purpose, 400 copies of data were collected utilized in study, using of convenience sampling method. To comply with the purpose, the construct validity and the reliability of measured data were verified by using of SPSS 18.0 & AMOS 18.0 program. In addition, for the relationships among the related factors were analyzed by covariance structure analysis. [Result] The results were as follows: First, for the relationship between servant leadership and core self-evaluation of golf player, servant leadership of golf coach had positive effect on core self-evaluation. Second, for the relationship between servant leadership and basic psychological need of golf player, servant leadership of golf coach had positive effect on basic psychological need. Third, for the relationship between servant leadership and sport motivation golf player, servant leadership of golf coach had positive effect on sport motivation. Forth, for the relationship between core self-evaluation and basic psychological need of golf player, core self-evaluation had positive effect on basic psychological need. Fifth, the relationship between basic psychological need and sport motivation of golf player, basic psychological need had positive effect on sport motivation.

한국재래돼지 브랜드 돈유 원산지 검증을 위한 유전자 감식기법 활용 연구

Identification of animals has been used with an ear tag with dummy code and blood typing has been used for paternity and individual identification in live animals. Various genetic markers are different for breeds of pig and hence, it is necessary to identity the discrete genetic marker in korean native pig. A total of 240 pigs were used to find korean native pig population specific markers that expressed in population of korean native pigs. To identify the individual traceability, 20 animals were randomly chosen and tested for a whole process from being live to slaughter stages. The candidate genetic marker used in the study were 18 DNA microsatellites which were identified in pig genome. The number of alleles of those DNA microsatellites ranged form a minimum of 3 to maximum of 6. The heterozygote frequency ranged from 0.44 to 0.69. Effective number of alleles for each DNA microsatellotes were 2 to 4. By choosing 6 candidate genetic markers among all, the traceability of individual identification was estimated as accurate as 99.99%(p>0.0014), nearly. 가축의 개체식별은 일반적으로 암호화된 코드를 부여한 이 표를 활용하고 있으며 또한 생체에서 친자확인 검증을 위해 개체 혈액형 등이 활용되어 왔다. 그러나 생체 상태에서의 완벽한 개체 확인을 위한 수단으로 최근 유전자감식 기법이 널리 활용되고 있다. 이때 사용되는 유전자 표지는 재래 돼지의 품종에 따라 매우 다양하게 발현되어 개체 확인 정확도를 높이기 위해 재래 돼지 집단에서 대상 유전자 표지의 유전자형 발현 양상을 분석하여 최적의 표지 유전자 표지를 설정하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 재래 돼지의 원산지 추적 및 개체식별 검증 시스템에서 절절히 사용할 수 있도록 생체 유전자 감식법에 소요되는 유전자 표지(genetic marker)를 선정하고 이들 유전자 표지의 활용 가능성 모색을 위해 수행되었다. 공시재료로는 후보 유전자 표지의 광범위한 재래 돼지 집단 발현특성의 분석을 위해 재래 돼지 32두(축산연구소 보유)를 활용하였으며 도축되기 전 단계의 생축에서 분석된 유전자형과 도축 후 유통과정에서 분석된 유전자형을 이용한 개체 확인 여부의 검증을 위해 국내 돼지 농가로부터 출하된 20두를 분석에 공시하였다. 후보 유전자 표지는 돼지 유전체(Genome) 확인되어 보고된 18종의 초위성체 DNA(Microsatellite : MS)의 염기서열 정보를 이용하였다. 재래 돼지집단에서 나타난 각각의 대상 유전자 표지의 유전자형 분석결과를 보면 대립유전자는 최소 3개에서 최대 6개였으며 이형접합체 발현율은 0.44~0.69였다. 유효대립유전자수는 각각의 대상 유전자마다 2~4의 범위를 보였으며 이들 중 6개의 유전자 표지를 설정하여 개체 확인을 실시할 경우 매우 높은 정확도(p>0.01)가 나타난 것으로 추정되었다.

프로골프대회의 물리적 환경이 갤러리 만족 및 타이틀 스폰서이미지에 미치는 영향

[Purpose] In this research, the physical surroundings of the professional golf tournament is satisfied with spectators and presents the significance of participation of the company as a title sponsor through investigating the influence on the image of the title sponsor, and its purpose is to expand its participation. [Method] It surveyed 350 male and female spectators over the age of 20 at KLPGA tournaments and the remaining 293 samples are used as valid samples, except for insincere and incomplete 57 samples. Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) and Structural Equation Model Analysis(SEM) are conducted to derive results by using of SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. [Result] The results are as follows. First, accessibility and aesthetics among physical surroundings are significantly influence upon spectator satisfaction. Second, spectator satisfaction is meaningful influences on title sponsor image. Third, accessibility, aesthetics and displays among physical surroundings are positively influence upon title sponsor image. [Conclusion] Therefore, in order to improve its image, physical surroundings, especially accessibility, aesthetics and displays, need to careful consideration. From this point of view, the results of this research can be used as a basis. [목적] 본 연구는 프로골프대회의 물리적 환경이 갤러리 만족 및 타이틀스폰서 이미지에 미치는 영향 규명을 통해 타이틀스폰서로써의 기업참여의 유의성을 제시하여 그 참여의 확대에 그 목적이 있다. [방법] 본 연구를 위해 대한민국 프로골프대회 중 KLPGA의 공식 대회에 관람객을 모집단으로 선정하였으며 그 중 직접 참석한 20세 이상의 성인남녀 갤러리 350명으로부터 설문지를 수거하였으나, 이중 불성실하거나 설문의 응답이 완료되지 못한 57부를 제외한 293부를 최종 유효 표본으로 사용하였고, 결과 도출을 위해 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석 등을 실시하였다. [결과] 연구결과, 첫째 물리적 환경의 접근성과 심미성 요인은 갤러리 만족에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 갤러리 만족은 타이틀스폰서 이미지에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 물리적 환경의 접근성, 심미성, 전광판 요인은 타이틀스폰서 이미지에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 타이틀스폰서 이미지 제고 위해서는 물리적 환경, 특히 접근성과 심미성, 전광판에 대한 고찰이 필요하며, 이러한 관점에서 본 연구 결과가 하나의 근거로서 활용될 수 있다고 본다.

스크린 골프연습장의 고객만족도 분석

The customer satisfaction of driving range users is gradually being attached great importance. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to present basic data, applicable to the marketing strategy of driving ranges, through ascertaining the actual condition of using the driving ranges having screen simulators and customer satisfaction measurement. The 378, living in Daegu, who live in Daegu, Korea and frequently use driving ranges, were question naired and their satisfaction measurement and the intention of reuse were analyzed. The followings are research results. First, gender-based customer satisfaction measurement and the intention of reuse were not statistically significant in all subordinate variables, and the respondents who are in their thirties and fifties, who are well-educated, who have large incomes, and who are unmarried showed high satisfaction measurement respectively in the subordinate variable of marketing mix. Second, the expend of using driving ranges and monthly rounds were not statistically significant. Third, the group, who uses between three and five times a week, showed the high satisfaction measurement irrespective of the screen simulator. Likewise, the groups who uses it one or two hours every time, who expend between 100 and 150 dollars in using driving ranges, who are monthly membership, who uses it among friends or associates, who make much of practice condition, who mostly use between 06:00pm and 10:00pm, who use it with an introduction from the same member, and who decided to join it by the influence of friends showed the highest satisfaction measurement. Forth, programs, trainers, facilities and services did not show significant differences statistically. With regard to the intention of reuse, a statistical significance was observed within 1 percent. The satisfaction measurement showed high value in the driving ranges in which screen simulators are not equipped. Fifth, it was known that customer satisfaction measurement has a significant influence on the intention of reuse statistically. Specifically, trainers (β=.513), facilities (β=.242), programs (β=.127) exerted positive influences in order (p<.001). Considering the explanatory proportion of the customer satisfaction measurement of driving ranges related with the variable of the intention of reuse, it accounted for 51.1%(R2=.511).

The purpose of this research was conducted aiming to present academic basic data to follow-up researchers by verifying the validity of whether the same measure can be applied to different genders in using leisure attitude questionnaires to professional golfers, and based on the results of this, the following conclusions were derived. The leisure attitude measure composed of factors 4 was made up of universal questions that can be used commonly to both genders. Accordingly, the conclusion that there is no problem with generalizing the information about the leisure attitude of professional golfers without distinguishing between genders was obtained. And also the conclusion that, since there is a statistical problem of measurement error in the traditional statistical techniques used to establish the difference between the groups, it can raise the efficiency of interpretation to interpret by applying effect size or to analyze by applying latent means analysis was obtained.
