신재생 에너지를 활용한 부도등대 유류비 절감에 관한 연구

부도등대는 무인도서로 조류신호소 및 등대 운영에 필요한 전력을 발전기로 생산하고 있어 많은 유류소모 발생으로 저탄소 녹색성장의 정책방향에 따라 태양광에너지 이용을 확대하고, 발전기 가동시간을 최소화하여 유류비 절감하고자 함, 최근 3년간 발전기 유류를 월평균 $4,600{\ell}$ 수식 이미지 사용했으나 전원시스템 개량이후 월평균 $1,300{\ell}$ 수식 이미지 이하로 줄여 년간 유류비 예산 약 69,000천원 절감되었다.

在滿 朝鮮革命軍의 抗日武裝鬪爭 硏究 : 梁世奉司令官의 活動을 中心으로

This study observed the armed struggle against Japan of Korean Revolutionary Army(朝鮮革命軍) in the particular commander Yang Sei Bong s(梁世奉) activity. After 1910, when Japan robbed Chosun of sovereignty, an independent armed movement was the impossible. Therefore Manchuria became powerful in a base of a resist-Japan movement. From the latter half of 1910 s, in this area, many resist-Japan groups developed an organized movement with arms. Among them, at dongbiandao(東邊道) in Manchuria, Korean Revolutionary Army(朝鮮革命軍) persisted in its wide nationalism for a decade. It developed an armed struggle against Japan which had an analysis of the situation, a political principle, and a system, and it obtained excellent results. Yang Sei Bong(梁世奉) jointed chonmasan Mountain(天摩山部隊) after coming to Manchuria. And he took part in the General Commander of Restoration Army(光復軍總營)․Daehantongeuibu(大韓統義府)․Jungeuibu(正義府)․ Gukminbu(國民府)․Korean Revolutionary Army(朝鮮革命軍), was consecutively occupied the commanderinchief of Korean Revolutionary Army(朝 鮮革命軍). He was a legendary person named Mars . Yang Sei Bong(梁世奉) was born a nationalist, but he rose above a nation and an ideology because he wanted to rob Chosun of Japanese imperialism. Yang Sei Bong(梁世奉) knew the geography of Manchuria. Then there were many way of a resistJapan movement, he knew Japanese chauvinism and insisted on the principle which held on to Manchuria and raised armed struggle. In Manchuria, the armed struggle against Japan by Korean people supported that by Chinese. After Manchurian Incident, Jang Gae Seck(蔣介石) ordered nonKorean people helped each other, and objected Japanese aggressor. Korean people found a struggle of hostility. Korean Revolutionary Army under command of Yang Sei Bong(梁世奉) removed an agitation of resistJapan groups. So their damage got the smallest. This encouraged the resistJapan spirit of Korean people. Through Manchurian Incident(滿洲事變) and Sinbin accident(新賓事件), when Korean Revolutionary Army was nearly disorganized, Yang Sei Bong(梁世奉) didn t shake at all, who encouraged Korean people in Manchuria. The farreaching combined operations reached the climax of the armed struggle against Japan. This functioned as keeping Koreanchinese amity. Chinese who resisted Japan and the combined operations developed to an international movement, so jointed the international antifascism front. The combined operations were an unheardofevent in history of an resistJapan struggle. They were not guerilla warfare in a small way but regular warfare, which stroke a fatal blow to Japanese Army. Also Japanese army couldn t penetrate into Manchuria by them, and they awaked colonial people. Therefore Korean people in Manchuria didn t abandon their hope of independence. They protected Korean people in Manchuria from Japanese Army and mounted thieves(馬賊團). According striving for peace of korean society, they made a certain base. There were two main bases on resistance in China. One was the provisional government of Korea(大韓民國臨時政府) which moved to Shanghai(上海) and Chongqing(重慶). The other was the antiJapanese mass party at the area of northeast where connected with Korea. The area had influenced upon many workers of the provisional government of Korea, and that did not only guerilla warfare against Japanese army but also selfgoverning administration. Both of them were leftwing and rightwing, which helped each other but were opposition from time to time. At that time Korean parties in Manchuria were treated as a source of supply the sinews of war. And they couldn t take part in an armed revolt, because they didn t know how to plan. So that they did guerilla warfare in a small way rather than regular warfare in a large scale. Korean Revolutionary Army(朝鮮革命軍) under command of Yang Sei Bong(梁世奉) conquered partially that limit.

최근 3년간 위성항법 보유 및 활용이 가능한 주요 국가들은 DGNSS 중파서비스를 중단하고 위성기반의 보정 서비스(SBAS) 제공 추세이다. 한국형 SBAS 서비스인 KASS가 개발 중에 따라 우리나라 해양분야 활용 가능성 검토 및 중파서비스에 대한 정책방향 연구가 필 요하다.

소스 피드백을 이용한 무선랜용 이중대역 저잡음 증폭기 설계

A dual-band GaAs FET low noise amplifier (LNA) with an input LC-tank circuit is designed using inductance source feedback for wireless LAN, and output matching is realized with low-pass Cheyshev filter impedance transforming circuit. Some design techniques for dual band LNA have been developed including input and output design equations. The measured results shows close agreement with the predicted performance. 본 논문에서는 무선 랜용 이중대역 GaAs FET 저잡음 증폭기를 설계하기 위하여 인덕턴스 소스 피드백을 이용하고 입력단에는 이중대역 LC 공진회로를 이용하였으며, 출력단에는 Cheyshev 필터의 임피던스 변환 회로를 이용하였다. 이중대역 증폭기의 입출력정합회로 설계에 필요한 기법 및 수식들을 유도하였으며 설계된 증폭기를 제작하여 측정한 결과 시뮬레이션 결과와 유사한 측정치를 얻을 수 있었다.

위성항법시스템(GPS)은 편리성, 활용도 등으로 인해 항법, 이동통신, 금융, 전력 등 여러 분야(측위․항법․시각)에서 사용하고있다. 위성이 지구로부터 약 2만키로미터 떨어져 있어 위성신호 수신 세기가 약해 외부로부터 전파간섭이나 교란 등 보안에 취약한 단점이있다. 주요국(미국, 유럽, 중국, 인도 등)은 보안을 강화하여 독자적인 위성항법 시스템을 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 우리나라도 지상기반(eLoran)과, 위성기반(KPS)의 항법시스템을 구축중이다. 시스템 구축이 완료되면 한층 강화된 국가 PNT 체계 구축으로 만일의 사태에 발생할 수 있는 상황에 대비할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지상기반, 위성기반의 항법시스템에 대한 핵심 기능과 추진계획을기술하였으며, 관련 연구개발을 통해 더욱 정밀한 서비스 제공으로 해양뿐만 아니라 자율주행 이동체, 무인기 등 여러 산업 분야에 서비스를 확대해 나갈 계획이다.
