        조선기자재 수출입물류 화물관리 실태분석을 통한 문제점 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 조선기자재 수출입 기업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수출입 물류에 관한 일반사항과 물류실태, 화물정보 제공, 화물 식별 및 분류, 화물 오배송 및 손상 등의 화물관리 상의 애로요인과 개선방안을 조사, 분석하여 조선기자재 수출입 물류에 있어서 화물관리의 문제점과 해결방안을 제시하였다. 조선기자재 수출입 물류가 원할히 이루어지기 위해서는 수출입 업체와 물류관련 업체 간의 화물상태와 위치에 관한 정보가 실시간으로 제공되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 수출입 화물의 지연과 소실 및 오배송을 줄이고 물류효율성을 제고하기 위해서는 표준 화물 분류시스템과 인식시스템의 제정이 시급히 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 조선기자재 전문 포워더의 육성과 전문성 강화가 필요하며, 이를 위해 포워더 담당자들에 대한 역량배양 교육을 수출입 업체와 물류업체가 공동으로 참여하여 조선기자재 제품 특성과 물류 특성을 모두 반영하여 수행하여야 할 것이다 This study investigates cargo management issues in the shipbuilding and marine equipment industry. Problems are analyzed concerning the absence of information about exact cargo location and condition, damage, loss, replacement, and transportation delays during the import and export process. Then, improvements are proposed to solve these problems. To illustrate, real time information about the status and location of cargo should be communicated between import/export and logistics companies to facilitate material logistics for shipbuilding & marine equipment. In addition, a standard cargo classification and recognition system should be established to reduce delivery delays and mistakes, so then enhancing logistical efficiency. Moreover, it is also necessary to nurture professional shipbuilding & marine equipment forwarders to strengthen their expertise with professional education and training.

      • 흰쥐에서 Paraquat 독성에 미치는 Selenium의 영향

        In order to investigate effects of selenium on paraquat-induced toxicities. we measured the enzymes involved in the glutathione metabolism, which Includes glutathione s-transferase, r-glutamylcysteine syntheatse and r-glutamyltranspeptidase, and the contents of glutathione in the paraquat-treated and paraquat plus seleniun-treated groups, respectively. 1. The survival rate was great)y diminished in paraquat plus selenium-treated group compared with paraquat-treated group. 2. The content of 81utathione in paraquat plus selenium-treated group was also reduced to 17.5% and 31.7% in liver and kidney, respectively as compared to the corresponding control values. 3 The activity of r-glutamylcysteine synthetase in paraquat-plus selenium group was significantly increased in liver but not affected in the kidney. 4. The activities of glutathione s-transferase in liver and kidney were not affected in both groups. 5. The activity of r-glutamyl transpeptidase in kidney in was increased to 54% in the paraquat plus selenium groups as compared to that of the control group. These results taken together suggest that the coadministration of selenium and paraqua enhances paraquat-induced toxicities, which appear to be associated with the decreased level of glutathione in liver and kidney.

      • 백서 적혈구에서 glutathione이 paraquat 독성에 미치는 영향

        The participation of superoxide in initiating tissue damage from administration of a xenobiotics is best illustrated by paraquat intoxication, in which it is known that one electron reduction of paraquat leads to the formation of radicals which react with molecular oxygen to give superoxide. In the present study, the effects of paraquat on the level of glutathione and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione reductase and glutathione stransferase were investigated in rat liver and erythrocytes. The contents of glutathione in liver and blood were sinificantly decreased by paraquat administration, but the activities of enzymes were unaltered. Incubation of the buffered aerobic mixture of erythrocyte in the presence of 5mM glucose, Paraquat and/or N-ethylmaleimide(NEM) resulted in the formation of lipid peroxide, the activities of various enzyme and the levels of glutathione were determined. The malondialdehyde(MDA) contents as a indicator of lipid peroxidation was decreased and the levels of total glutathione were not changed but the levels of oxidized glutathione(GSSG) were in creased in paraquat treated erythrocytes. The activites of ezyme were decreased in paraquat treated erythrocytes but in reduced glutathione(GSH) treated erythrocyte, the enzymes activities were less decreased by paraquat. These results suggest that paraquat toxicity was probably somewhat reduced by GSH, but paraquat-induced injury were not increased by GSH depletion in erythrocytes.
