        공동체화폐운동 참여자의 소비생활에서 나타나는 윤리적 소비 특성 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of ethical consumption in the Community Currency Movement participants daily life as a consumer. Qualitative research methods are used for the understanding about the participation activities and the daily lives as a consumer of Hanbat LETS participants. The characteristics of ethical consumption used for analysing of the Community Currency Movement are the subjective participation, production process-aware consumption, others care to consumption, sustainable consumption, voluntarily simple life. The major results of this study show that the Community Currency Movement is the alternative economic system practicing the ethical consumption. The Community Currency Movement increase the subject participation, realize the social responsibility and community society and the ecological value and voluntary simple life. This research get the meaning for considering the Community Currency Movement & the ethical consumption on the discriminatory perspective.

        목표기반 시나리오(Goal-based Scenario)를 활용한 의료윤리 e-러닝 콘텐츠의 개발과 적용

        본 연구는 목표기반 시나리오에 따라 의과대학생을 위한 의료윤리 e-러닝 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 개발된 e-러닝 모듈에 대한 학습자 만족도를 탐색하기 위한 것이었다. 이 콘텐츠들은 경험학습 원리에 기반하여 의과대학생의 비판적 사고와 자기주도 학습 및 높은 동기와 적극적인 학습을 증진시키기 위하여 설계되었다. 5명의 내용 전문가와 2명의 교수설계자들이 교육과정을 위한 요구분석을 실시하였으며, ‘임상시험에서의 연구자윤리’, ‘연명치료중단’, ‘장기기증과 매매’, ‘인공유산’의 4개 주제를 선정하였다. 목표기반 시나리오의 7개 요소인 학습목표, 미션, 커버스토리, 역할, 시나리오 활동, 학습자원 및 피드백 요소들을 개발하였으며, 한국의과대학 e-러닝 컨소시움의 홈페이지에 탑재하였다. 2014년, 대구소재 Y의과대학에서 의예과 학생들을 위한 의학개론 교육과정에서 이들 콘텐츠를 활용하였다. 53명의 학생들이 학기말에 e-러닝 모듈에 대하여 평가하였으며, e-러닝 모듈과 기존의 디베이트 모듈에 대한 만족도 간에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 그러나 ‘이해하기 쉬운 용어의 사용’ 항목을 제외하고 모든 항목에서 e-러닝 긍정집단과 부정집단 간 유의한 만족도의 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과에 근거하여 목표기반 시나리오에 따라 개발된 e-러닝 콘텐츠들은 의료윤리 교육에서 사전학습에 적합한 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 추후 의료윤리 교육에서의 경험학습 적용을 위한 장기적이면서도 통합적인 연구가 요구된다. The purposes of this study were to develop e-learning contents of Medical Ethics for students based on ‘Goal-based Scenario’(GBS) and to explore learners’ satisfaction in the e-learning modules. It was designed to improve the critical thinking, self-directed learning and high motivated and active learning of medical students based on ‘learning by doing’. Five content experts and two instructional designers conducted a need assessment for the curriculum and decided to develop four contents, namely, ‘research ethics’, ‘withdrawing life sustaining treatment’, ‘organ donation’, and ‘induced abortion’. We developed seven components of GBS: learning goal, mission, cover story, role, scenario operation, resource, and feedback, and up-loaded the contents onto the homepage of the e-learning consortium of Korean medical schools. In 2014, Y medical school in Daegu employed the contents as part of the introductory curriculum for pre-medical students. Fifty-three students evaluated the e-learning modules in the end of the semester. There were no significant differences between satisfactions of e-learning modules and debate modules. Except of ‘understandable terms’, there were significant differences in satisfaction levels between positive and negative groups of e-learning. GBS based e-learning contents could be compatible resources for pre-learning in medial ethics. The results suggest that longitudinal and integrated studies for applying ‘learning by doing’ in medical ethics need to be conducted.

        자기주도학습능력 계발을 위한 대학 ‘신입생 세미나’ 교육 프로그램의 개발

        본 연구는 대학생활 적응을 지원하기 위한 자기주도학습능력의 계발을 목적으로 T 대학 신입생 세미나 교육과정을 개발하고, 실천하여 그 효과를 살펴보고자 했다. 신입생 세미나 교육은 ADDIE 모형에 근거하여 개발하였고, 개발된 교육프로그램은 전문가 검토 후 주차별 교재로 개발되었다. 개발된 프로그램은 2학점 15주에 걸쳐 운영하였으며, 평가단계에서는 수강학생을 대상으로 수업만족도 조사가 수업 중, 수업말에 실시되었고 수강전후 자기주도학습능력의 변화를 살펴보았다. 전반적 만족도는 4.57점, 후배추천의향 4.59점이었고 내 생활에 적용해 보고 싶은 주제는 시간관리, 시험대비전략, 공부법 등의 순으로 나타났다. 수업에서 가장 인상적인 점은 팀프로젝트참여, 자기이해, 학습방법에 대한 실질적 지식습득, 팀별토의 수업이었다. 수강전후 자기주도학습능력의 변화는 동기를 제외한 인지와 자원관리에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 중심으로 신입생세미나 개발의 고려 점에 관해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate the seminar curriculum that can help first-year students develop self - directed learning capability and support their adaptation to college life. The freshman seminar training is developed in the five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis stage, goals are set based on the purpose of analysis and the contents of the training are analyzed. In the design stage, based on the results analyzed in the analysis stage, the weekly training contents are planned, and associated instructional goals and learning activities are designed. In the development stage, experts review the training scheme designed in the previous stage. Textbooks for weekly training are developed. In the implementation stage, the developed curriculum is implemented for 15 weeks (2 credit hours per week). In the evaluation stage, satisfaction surveys are conducted in the middle and at the end of a class. The differences in the self - directed learning capability before and after the training are examined. The results show that both overall satisfaction (4.57 points) and the intention to recommend the training for juniors (4.59 points) are high. Students indicate the preferred training subjects in the following order: time management, test preparation strategy, and study method. They also report that the most impressive experiences in training are team-project participation, self-understanding, practical knowledge achievement on how to learn, and team-level discussions. Furthermore, the results shows that there are statistically significant differences in the self - directed learning capability before and after training (specifically in the cognitive and behavioral factors). Based on the results of this study, the suggestions for the improvement of the freshman seminar training are discussed further.

        의과대학 이러닝 교수,학습 환경의 필요성 분석

        본 연구는 의과대학에서 실시되는 의학교육과정 중 임상실습의 효과성과 효율성을 향상시키기 위해 이러닝을 적용하는 방안과 그 가능성에 대하여 탐색하기 위한 것이었다. 이를 위하여 먼저 의학교육에서의 이러닝 적용 유형 및 성과에 대한 최근 연구들을 리뷰 하였다. 또한 의과대학 소속 교수(29명), 전공의(11명), 의학과 4학년생(71명)을 대상으로 현재 운영되고 있는 임상실습 및 웹정보관리시스템 도입과 관련된 조사를 실시하였으며, 이후 10명의 교수를 대상으로 추가적인 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 실습교육을 위한 교원 및 전공의의 시간과 보상이 부족하다고 주로 보고되었으며, 임상실습 운영 및 관리에 대한 지각에 있어서 운영진에 비하여 학생들의 만족이 낮고, 세 집단 간 유의한 차이(p<.05)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 웹정보관리시스템의 필요성에 있어서는 세 집단모두 평균 이상의 필요성을 인식하고 있었으며, 응답 교원 중 75%(21명)가 웹 기반 실습 지원 시스템의 사용에 동의하였다. 또한 심층 인터뷰 참여자 11명 모두가 시스템의 필요성과 활용성에 대한 안내와 예시 등을 제시받은 후에 모두 참여 의사를 밝혔다. 이러한 설문과 문헌연구 결과를 토대로 의과대학에서의 교수·학습을 지원하기 위한 이러닝 교수·학습 환경의 구축 필요성과 그 적용 방안 및 가능성에 대하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore a framework of e-learning implementation and possibility of e-learning in medical school in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency of medical curriculum. We, first, reviewed the recent literature on e-learning styles and achievement in medical education. Second, we conducted a survey on the clinical practice and web information management system of medical school. The subjects in this survey were 30 faculties and 11 residents in an academic hospital, and 71 senior students in medical school. Then we conducted in-depth interviews with 9 faculties. The result suggests that there were few time and rewards to teach and manage the clinical practices and there were significant differences between groups in the evaluation of the management of clinical practice. All three groups recognized a need of a web information management system, and 75% of the faculties agreed to use a web-based clinical practice assistance system. Also all the 11 faculties with in-depth interviews agreed on a need of the system and using it. Based on the results from the survey and interviews, a framework of e-learning implementation for medical school was suggested and the implications of the e-learning on the medical education were discussed.

        기혼여성의 블로그 소비자정보 생산활동에 관한 연구

        Recently a prevailing trend in marketing has been the use of consumer participations or prosumer activities and this has caused consumers to become skeptical in their treatment of information found on blogs. Therefore, these marketing practices can be usefully examined to ensure they represent a neutral source of information for consumers. This study thus investigated married women’s production activities of consumer information using personal blogs, their motives and experiences, and the characteristics of the information they produced. A qualitative study was undertaken using focus group interviews with two groups of sixteen married women in their 30’s and 40’s. Results suggested that personal bloggers’ information production activities were primarily initiated by businesses and that bloggers were paid for their activities either with money or through the products they reviewed. Although the information produced was, because of its basis in consumer experience, consumer friendly, its quality was limited in the sense because it primarily reflected the perspective of businesses. The bloggers, themselves, expressed ethical uncertainty about their practices. Implications for consumer education and policy were also discussed.

        ‘소비와 윤리’ 교과목 수강 대학생의 윤리적 소비에 대한 인식과 실천행동의 변화

        The purpose of this research is to investigate changes in ethical consumption practices after taking an undergraduate course Consumption and Ethics. Through Qualitative & Quantitative research methods, students’ pre-course and post-course attitudes were compared to understand changes in behavior. Before taking the course Consumption and Ethics, undergraduate participants displayed little regard for ethical consumption, instead displaying primary sensitivity to price and values based on self-centered and conspicuous consumption. After taking the course Consumption and Ethics, participants displayed a more altruistic awareness of consumption on society and the environment. In addition, participants displayed a stronger sense of pride as ethical consumer. These emerging values were contrasted with conflicting feelings resulting from the higher prices often associated with ethical products, feelings of regret resulting from ethically-based impulse purchases, and an inability to categorically evaluate the reliability of available information on the ethical products. However, participants demonstrated a willingness to practice ethical consumption and recommend ethical consumption to their friends and neighbors. Overall, participants in the study demonstrated a strong shift to be an ethical consumer as a result of taking the course Consumption and Ethics.

        의과대학·의학전문대학원생의 학업소진 양상과 관련 변인들과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of demographic data, academic demand, perfectionism, and academic failure tolerance on academic burnout of medical and graduate students at Yeungnam University. A mixed method study was conducted. Fourteen students participated in a focus group interview and 302 students, including 151 medical students and 151 graduate students, completed a survey, which addressed the factors of academic burnout, academic demand, perfectionism, and academic failure tolerance. There were significant differences in the academic burnout by age and year in school. The 2nd year medical & graduate students experienced significantly higher academic burnout than the other students. Multiple regression analysis revealed that academic burnout of medical and graduate students was significantly affected by academic demand (p<0.001), self-oriented and socially-prescribed perfectionism (p<0.001, p<0.01), and feeling and behavior, which were sub-factors of academic failure tolerance (p<0.05, p<0.01). It is suggested that comparative studies with other student groups, a longitudinal study of medical and graduate students, and a prospective study of coping styles and methods of preventing academic burnout need to be conducted.
