        규칙적인 수영운동과 taurine 섭취가 Seizure 유발 마우스의 해마에서 항산화 효소 및 caspase-3, 8 발현에 미치는 영향

        We investigated changes in the activity of inducing epileptic seizures with PTZ, changes in apoptosis-related factors and the antioxidant defense system in mice. The mice were divided into 4 groups (n=8 for each group) such as the control (PTZ) group, the carnosine-administered (Ca+PTZ) group, the exercise (Ex+PTZ) group and the mixed treatment (Ca+Ex+PTZ) group. The expression of caspase-3, 8 protein was a significant difference in the changes of protein expression between all groups. But the changes in the activity of antioxidant enzymes were significantly different only for SOD. Based on the results above, pretreatment of carnosine and exercise was found to have a positive effect on protection against oxidative damages and excitatory toxicity which is produced in large amounts in epileptic seizures. This study reported that especially the mixed treatment of regular aerobic exercises and carnosine administration reduced the level of seizure activities and mortality by reducing the protein level of caspase-3, 8 as well as increasing antioxidant enzyme activity.

        규칙적인 운동과 Alpha-Lipoic Acid 섭취가 중년 비만여성의 혈중 콜레스테롤 및 C-reactive Protein과 Homocystein의 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to combined effect of a 12-week aerobic exercise and alpha lipoic acid(ALA) supplementation on body composition, TG, LDL-C, TC, C-reative protein(CRP) and Homocystein(HCY). The subjects participated for this study were thirty two obese women, and then they were divided into control group(CON ; n=8), exercise group(EX ; n=8), ALA supplementation group(ALA-S ; n=8), exercise with ALA supplementation group(AE ; n=8). The exercise was performed at the level of 60% HRmax, and ALA (600㎎/day) supplemented every day for 12weeks. The results obtained were summarized as follows: The body weight and % body fat were significantly lower in the EX, ALA-S, EA groups compared to the CON. The TG, LDL-C, TC were significantly lower in the EX, ALA-S, EA groups compared to the CON. The HDL-C and CRP were significantly lower in the EX, EA groups in the CON. The HCY was significantly lower in the EA compared to the CON. These results suggest that exercise combined with alpha lipic acid supplementation during 12 weeks positively effects on body composition, blood cholesterols and CRP, HCY compared to the exercise or alpha lipoic acid supplementation in obese middle women.

        규칙적인 운동과 DL-α-Lipoic acid 투여가 노화 유도시 해마의 BDNF, Caspase-3 그리고 Apoptosis에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 D-galatose(50mg/kg) 투여에 따른 노화유도시 규칙적인 운동과 DL-α-lipoic acid 투여가 노화유도쥐의 해마에서 MDA 농도, BDNF, Caspase-3 단백질과 Apoptosis를 억제하는 효과를 규명하였다. 이를 위해 SD계 흰쥐 32마리를 노화 통제군(A-con; n=8), 노화 운동군(A-ex: n=8), 노화 lipoic acid 투여군(A-ala: n=8) 그리고 운동과 lipoic acid 투여를 병행한 노화 복합처치군(A-ea: n=8)으로 각각 무선배정하였다. 운동군(A-ex) 에게는 점진적 과부하의 원리를 적용시켜 주5일, 8주간 규칙적인 운동을 실시하도록 하였으며, lipoic acid 투여군(A-ala)에게는 단위 체중당 100mg의 lipoic acid를 투여하였다. 또한 복합집단군(A-ea) 에게는 규칙적인 운동과 lipoic acid 투여를 병행시켰다. 그 후 8주간의 실험처치를 끝내고 실험동물의 해마를 채취하여 실험에 필요한 변인에 대해 분석하여 결과를 도출하였다. 먼저 MDA 농도를 살펴본 결과 운동군, lipoic acid 투여군 그리고 복합군의 MDA 농도가 통제군에 비해 유의하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 BDNF 단백질 발현은 운동군, lipoic acid 투여군 그리고 복합처치군에서 통제집단에 비해 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, Caspase-3 단백질 발현은 운동군, lipoic acid 투여군 그리고 복합처치군에서 유의하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 더욱이 TUNEL assay를 통해 살펴본 apoptosis에서 운동군과 lipoic acid 투여군에서 유의하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 운동과 lipoic acid 투여를 병행한 복합처치시 그 효과가 배가되는 것을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면, 규칙적인 운동과 DL-α-lipoic acid의 섭취는 노화유도쥐의 해마 뉴런의 산화적 스트레스와 apoptosis를 억제함으로서, 해마의 기능저하를 예방하고 나아가 뇌질환을 예방하는데 긍정적인 효과가 있으며, 더욱이 이들의 병행은 그 효과를 배가시키는 것으로 나타났다. We investigated a combined effects of 8-week exercise training and DL-α-lipoic acid supplementation on biochemical makers of MDA, BDNF, Capase-3 and apoptosis in hippocampus of aging rats induced by D-galactose injection (50mg/kg dissolved in 0.1ml dilution water). The rats were ramdomly assigned to one of the following four groups (n=8 per group): 1) control group (A-con) 2) exercise training group (A-ex) 3) DL-α-lipoic acid supplementation group (A-ala) 4) exercise training with DL-α-lipoic acid supplementation group (A-ea). The exercise training program regime consisted of running on a treadmill at an increasing pace. DL-α-lipoic acid (100mg/kg) was supplemented orally every day for 8 weeks. MDA concentrations were significantly lower in the A-ex, A-ala, A-ea groups compared with A-con group. BDNF protein were significantly hegher in the A-ex, A-ala, A-ea groups compared with A-con group. Caspase-3 protein were significantly lower in the A-ex, A-ala, A-ea groups compared with A-con group. In addition apoptotic cell death were significantly lower in the A-ex, A-ala, A-ea groups compared with A-con group. These results suggest that regular exercise training with DL-α-lipoic acid supplementation can offer beneficial effects of preventing aging and hippocampal neuron secondary to oxidative stress and apoptosis in D-galactose induced aging rats.

        L-Carnosine과 규칙적인 운동의 항산화적 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of long-term L-Carnosine Intake and regular aerobic exercise on blood MDA concentration and SOD, GPx, CK, LDH activity, regarding oxidative stress during exercise test for 30min (running at 16-17min). The rats were assigned randomly to 4 groups (control, n = 7; camosine intake, n = 7; exercise, n = 7; exercise + camosine intake, n = 7). Each regimen was 8 weeks long. MDA concentrations in exercise + camosine intake group was significantly lower compared to control group. SOD activity in exercise + carnosine intake group was significantly higher compared to the groups. GPx activity in exercise + camosine intake group was significantly higher compared to control group. CK activity in exercise and camosine intake, exercise + carnosine intake groups was lower compared to control group. LDH activity in exercise + carnosine intake group was significantly lower compared to the groups. These results indicated that long-time regular aerobic exercise and camosine intake may inhibit lipid peroxidation to oxidative stress and increase activity of SOD and GPx, but not CK and LDH

        The purpose of this to induce to rear for the specific physical fitness which is needed to each volleyball plater according to the position and give a model abide by it For this, Attacker(36 people), Setter(14 people), Liebero(11 people) who are all of chief players of 7 Universities entered in 2001 S Fire Insurance Cup were Subjected. Measurement Item were fixed into 25 items with below conformities. - Professionalist's Subjective Judgement - Result of the Performing Game in Every Position - Application of Test which were Demonstrated with Existing Validity 1. Muscular Strength There were no Significant differencies within the Groups in the result of Grip Strength, Back Strength, Isokinetic(60 °/sec) test. 2. Muscular Strength Endurance There were no Significant differencies within the Groups in the result of Sit-ups, Burpee, 25 Shuttle Run, Isokinetic(180 °/sec) test. 3. Cardiorespiratory Endurance There were no Significant differencies within the Groups in the result of Max Vo2/㎏ test. 4. Power There were no Significant differencies within the Groups in the result of Standin Board Jump, 50m Sprinting Run, Hand ball Throw, Isokinetic(120 °/sec) test but in the Sargent Jump test the difference within the Groups were existed. 5. Agility There were no Significant differencies within the Groups in the result of 10m Shuttle Run, Side Step, Bumerang Run, Zag Zig Run test but in the Whole Body Reaction Movement Time test(Sound, Right), the difference within the Groups were existed. 6. Flexibility There were no Significant differencies within the Groups in the result of Trunk Extension, Bridge- Up, Shoulder-Wrist test but in the Trunk Flextion test, the difference within the Groups were existed. 7. Balance There were no Significant differencies within the Groups in the result of Foot Balancein Closed Eyes, Dynamic Balance(Left & Right, Front & Back) test. In the synthesis above results, the items in which the difference within the groups were not existed were needed with measurement items in the three groups, in the case of the groups within which the difference were existed, only the item is needed to rearing specific physical fitness in the subjected position. Therefore, Rearing specific physical fitness every player's position. Not for Volleyball player's but for other collective game and personal game, and the detailed physical fitness rearing, the appropriate position must be fixed after grasping physical distinction, and it is supposed that a training program to elevate physical fitness needed in the personal position will be provided, and it is thought that for an objective and scientific basic data, accurate measurement and valuation and appropriated conformity fixation about sports item should be achieved.

        Caspase-3 활성 억제를 위한 DL-α-lipoic acid 효과

        We investigated the effect of short-term supplementation with α-lipoic acid on MDA and vitamin E concentration and caspase-3 activity in gastrocnemius, during exhaustive treadmill exercise. Forty male SD rats were randomized to α-lipoic acid supplementation group(n=:rn and control group(n=20). α-lipoic acid(100㎎/㎏; Sigma, St. Louis, MO, USA; vehicle=com oil) was administered orally every day for 5 days. Exercise consisted of a single treadmill bout(28-30m/min, grade 5%) condition. MDA concentration was significantly lower in the a -lipoic acid supplementation group compared to the control group in exercise 30min, post-exercise. vitamin E concentration was significantly increase in the lipoic acid supplementation group compared to the control group in exercise 30min, post-exercise and recovery 3hour. Caspase-3 activity was significantly lower in the α-lipoic acid administration group compared to the control group in post-exercise, recovery 3hour. The results suggest that exhaustive treadmill exercise are increase MDA concentration and redues vitamin E concentration and increase caspase-3 activity. But α-lipoic acid supplementatuon reduces the lipid peroxidation and increase the vitamin E concentration and inhibits the caspase-3 activity in gastrocnemius.

        노화과정 백서의 심장에서 산화스트레스 및 caspase-3 활성도에 미치는 운동과 ALA 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of regular aerobic exercise and DL-α-lipoic acid(ALA) supplementation for 8 weeks on Hydrogen peroxide, MDA and Vitamin E concentrations and caspase-3 activity in induced aging rats heart by D-galactose ingestion(50mg/kg). The rats were randomly assigned to one of the following four groups(n=8 per group): 1) control group(CON) 2) aging control group(A-CON) 3) aging exercise group(A-EX) 4) ALA supplementation group(A-ALA) 5) exercise training with ALA supplementation group(A-EA). Ageing rats were induced by injecting D-galactose(50mg/kg dissolved in 0.1ml dilution water) every day for 8 weeks excluding control group. ALA(100mg/kg) was supplemented orally every day for 8 weeks. The exercise program regime consisted of running on a treadmill at an increasing pace. Hydrogen peroxide and MDA concentrations were significantly lower in the A-EX, A-ALA, A-EA groups compared with A-CON group. Vitamin E concentration was significantly lower in the A-EA groups compared with other groups, but not GSSG level. Caspase-3 activity was significantly decrease in the A-ALA, A-EA groups compared with other groups, and caspase-3 activity in A-ALA, A-EA groups was similar with CON group. These results suggest that regular exercise combined with ALA supplementation can offer beneficial effects of prevent lipid peroxidation and apoptosis in D-galactose induced aging rats heart.

        노인들의 12주간의 유산소운동을 병행한 근저항성 운동프로그램이 근력과 심혈관계 위험인자에 미치는 효과

        This study was to investigate the effects of the aerobic exercise with resistance exercise program on the improvement of muscle strength and cardiovascular risk factor in the elderly women. The subjects consisted 35 elderly women between the aged of 65-75 years, exercise were elastic band and folk dance program 12weeks. Body weight, body mass index(BMI), fat mass(% fat), lean body mass(㎏) in body composition and muscle strength, physical fitness factor and cholesterol, C-reactive protein(CRP) in cardiovascular risk factor were measured pro and post exercise program. The results exercise program participation were showed significantly changes rate of body composition(p<.001). The muscle strength, flexbility and balance ability were showed significantly higher in post exercise program in to the pro exercise(p<.001, p<.01). Level of TC, LDL-C in serum were significantly lower in post exercise program(p<.001). But HDL-C were significantly higher in post exercise program(p<.001). CRP level were significantly lower in post exercise program(p<.001). There results suggest that elastic band and folk dance program participation for 12weeks positively effects body composition, improvement of muscle strength and cardiovascular risk factor in the elderly women.
