In this paper, we applied various microfluidic chambers to study cell migration and measured the migration velocity in microchannels. Migration speed of B16 cell in a large channel was similar with that of wound healing experiment. However, the speed decreased gradually as the cell move inside the channel. It is expected that this phenomenon is due to the shortage of oxygen or nutrition, which are essential for cell growth. In the case of cell in the small channel whose size is smaller than cell, its speed was slower than larger channel. Also, the speed decreased as the width of the channel decreased.
