      • Emulsion 潤滑特性에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        Abstract The characteristics of emulsion lubrication in a region of the elasto-hpdrodynamic lubrication(EHL) was investigated by using o/w type emulsion. The fricticn coefficient, oil film thickness, and emulsion temperature were measured by the line contact friction equipment which can be treated as a rolling model. Changing variables, such as emulsion concentration, load, and rolling velocity, the emulsion concentration to maintain a minimum oil film thickness was found to be 5% of o/w type. Increased average pressure and rolling velocity showed a definite effect of emulsion concentration on the lubrication characteristics, and the bwst of the later was at 5% of o/w type.

        조화분포하중을 받는 원환보의 음향방사

        The problem of sound radiation from curved beam under the action of harmonic line forces is studied. The reaction due to fluid loading on the vibratory response of the curved beam is taken into account. The curved beam is assumed to occupy the plane y=0. The curved beam material and the elastic foundation are assumed to be lossless including a tension force(T), damping coefficient(C) and stiffness of foun- dation(k_s) will be employed The non-dimensional sound power is derived through intergration of the surface intensity distribution over the entire curved beam. The expression for sound power is integrated numerically and the results are examined as a function of wavenumber ratio(γ) and stiffness factor(Ψ).

      • Bolt 체결부의 미시적 거동에 관한 연구

        In the analysis of the dynamic characteristic of the machine tool, the damping capacity is treated as the important factor. The damping capacity of the bolted joint causes the energy loss and vibration of the machine tool, etc. Many studies for the effects of the bolted joint have been progressed. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to measure and observe the effects of the tapered shape of the contact surface and tangential loRd. This study is concerned with the effects on the static stiffness and the dynamic characteristics for the tapered shape of the contact surface under the repeated cyclic tangential load. In this paper, we analyzed the damping capacity. To analyze the damping capacity, we compared the experimental data with the theorietical solution. By this research we can predict the microscopic behavior of the bolted joint.

        타이어 구조 진동음에 관한 연구

        타이어와 노면의 상호작용에 의해 발생하는 소음에 대한 이론적인 모델에 대하여 연구하였다. 모델은 레디얼 타이어의 벨트 운동을 얇은 셀 방정식들로 가정하고 Bohm이 유도한 운동방정식을 기초로 하였으며 이들 방정식에 요구되는 구조적인량은 타이어의 재질적인 특성을 기초로 유도하였다. 타이어의 회전형태는 이들 방정식들의 정상상태로 부터 계산되고 진통 응답은 전체 종속적인 셀 방정식에 의해 구하였다. 타이어 노면 접지면에서의 힘은 타이어 트레드의 기하학적인 형상과 접지압의 분포를 기초로 계산하였고 소음방사는 심프슨 적분에 의해 계산된다. 여러가지 설계인자의 변화에 대한 효과를 조사하여 저소음 타이어 설계의 기초자료를 확보하는데 목적이 있다. A theoretical models has been prepared which describes the noise generated by tire/road interaction for the tire structure-borne sound analysis. The model begin with a set of thin shell equations describing the motion of the belt of a radial ply tire, as drived by Bohm('mechanisms of the belted tire', Igeniur-Archiv, XXXV, 1966). Structural quantities required for these equations are derived from material properties of the tire. The rolling shape of a tire is computed from the steady-state limit of these equations. Vibrational response of the tire is treated by the full dependent shell equations. The force input at the tire/road interface is calculated on the basis of tread geometry and distribution of contact patch pressure. Radiation of noise is calculated by a simpson integral. Using the programs, the effect on noise of various tire design variations is computed and discussed. Trends which lead to quiet tire design are identified.

      • 자동차 휠의 반경방향 고유진동수에 관한 실험적 연구

        The styling of automobile wheel and their effect on vehicle appearance has increased in importance in recent years. The wheel designer has been given the task of insuring that a wheel design meets its engineering objectives without affecting the styling theme. The wheel and tire system is considered as a vehicle component whose dynamic modal information of the tire/wheel system are employed in the modal synthesis mopdel of the vehicle. The Vibration characteristics of automobile wheel play an important role to judge a ride comfortability and quality for automobile. In this paper, the vibration characteristics of a Al-alloy and steel wheel for automobile are studied. Natural frequency, damping and mode shape are determined experimentally by frequency response function method. Results show that wheel material property, size and design are parameter for shift of natural frequency and damping.

      • 低騷音 設計를 위한 調和集中荷重을 받는 원환 보에서의 音響 放射

        최근 구조물의 저소음화가 요구되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조화집중하중을 받는 원환 보의 저소음 설계를 위하여 조화집중하중을 받는 원환 보의 음향방사에 대하여 연구하였다. 원환 보의 진동응답에 관해서는 유체하중의 영향을 고려 하였으며 원환보는 탄성기초위에 베르누이-오일러(Bernoulli-Eular)보라고 가정한다. 그리고 원환 보에는 장력, 감쇠계수, 기초강성등이 존재한다고 가정하였고, 음향파워 해석은 원화보의 전 범위에 대한 표면 음향세기를 적분하여 조화집중하중에대한 방사된 음향파워를 해석하였으며, 무차원 음향파워식은 파수비, 강성 계수등의 함수를 표현된다. 본 논문에서는 장력, 감쇠 그리고 기초강성 등의 무차원 계수의 변화에 대한 원환 보의 음향 파워의 응답을 해석하였다.       • 에너지의 유동법에 의한 차량의 진동모드 해석

        An Energy Flow Method for the analytical study of vehicle oscillatory modes is proposed. This new method is based upon calculating activation energy of the system. First, the Energy Flow Method is formulated in terms of Eigen Vector. Then it is proved that this method is applicable to the analyses of motorcycle wobble mode and of shimmy mode of 4-wheeled vehicle, This method is also applied to the weave mode of motorcycle and to a coupled oscillatory mode of 4-wheeled vehicle.

      • 「날으는 자동차」의 설계 해석 및 성능평가 기술 개발에 관한 연구

        For any product or system there must be a rational desire or an economic need to justify its existence. The same is true for any transportation system in us today. The idea of being able to drive and to fly with the same vehicle is flying automobile design concept. This paper presents needed methodology for 池e design of flying automobile concept, emphasizing functional need and system requirements. Also, analytical studies are carried out to obtain a basic data provided for the development of design analysis and performance evaluation techniques of detailed structure by using a panel method.
