난소미분화배세포종은 비교적 젊은여성에서 흔한 난소의 악성종양으로 적절한 외과적치료와 방사선치료로 좋은 결과를 나타내지만 장차 아이를 원하는 경우, Stage IA라도 암의 진행상태에 따라 추가치료가 필요한 경우 및 진행된 종양, 그리고 재발된 경우에 보조직 항암요법 및 종양표시물질(LDH 및 β-hCG)를 이용한 질병의 추적을 하여서 좀더 환자의 생존율을 높이고 남아있는 난소의 보존을 기할것으로 사료되어 앞으로 항암요법과 방사선요법간의 효과에 대한 임상적시도가 더 필요할것으로 보겠다. Dysgerminoma is the most common pure malignant germ cell tumor of the ovary . Recently the survival of patient with advanced disease and recurrent disease treated by platinum based combination chemotherapy after operation was comparable with that of patients who received radiation operation. We had experienced two cases of advanced dysgerminoma treated by postoperative radiation and postoperative chemotherapy. So. Here we report above cases with brief review of literature.

Providing tourism information for people with disability is a difficult task but incorporating their information requirements into an effective ATIS(Accessible Tourism Information System) makes this task much easier. This study aims to understand the travel information requirements of people with different disabilities drawing on Matzler and Sauerwain’s (2002) Three Factor Satisfaction Theory by analyzing the views of UK disabled travelers. The results showed that people with disabilities’ satisfaction levels with attributes which are related to tourism information requirements were, at best, around the mid point. In addition, the results demonstrated that the relationship between attribute level satisfaction and overall satisfaction was not always symmetric and that there were differences in attributes belong to each factor(i.e., basic, performance and excitement) across disability types. Theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

In this study, we developed a micropattern technology in the shape of RFID TAG antenna using ultrasonic micropattern manufacturing system developed to enable micropattern technology. The ultrasonic tool horn in longitudinal vibration mode was installed in the micropattern manufacturing system to develop the ultrasonic press technology for the micropattern antenna shape of the RFID TAG antenna shape on the insulating sheet surface. The ultrasonic shaping technology was manufactured by applying the resonance design technique to a 60㎑ tool horn, and by using the micropattern manufacturing system, the coil wire having a thickness of 25µm can be ultrasonically press-molded on an insulating sheet of 200µm or less. In ultrasonic press technology, the antenna shape having a minimum line width of 150μm could be molded without disconnection, peeling, or twisting of the coil wire. 본 연구에서는 미세패턴 성형이 가능하도록 개발된 초음파 미세패턴 제조시스템을 이용하여 RFID TAG 안테나 형상의 미세패턴 성형기술을 개발하였다. 미세패턴 제조시스템에 종진동 모드의 초음파 공구 혼을 설치하여 절연시트 표면에 RFID TAG 안테나 형상의 미세패턴 안테나 형상을 초음파 압입 성형공정 기술을 개발하였다. 초음파 성형기술은 60㎑ 공구 혼을 공진설계 기법을 적용하여 제작하였고, 미세패턴 제조시스템을 이용하여 200㎛ 이하의 절연 시트지에 두께가 25㎛의 코일 와이어를 초음파 압입 성형을 할 수 있다. 초음파 압입 성형 시 코일 와이어의 단선, 박리 및 꼬임 현상 없이 최소선폭 150㎛인 안테나 형상을 성형할 수 있었다.
Characteristics of micro-hole machining of Al2O3 ceramics by ultrasonic longitudinal vibration

Ultrasonic machining (USM) technology has been developed for the manufacturing of cost-effective and quality-assured precision parts. USM technology is available for several industrial applications such as in optics, semiconductors, aerospace, and automobiles. The past decade has seen a tremendous increase in the use of engineering ceramics in structural applications. The excellent thermal, chemical, and wear resistance properties of these materials can be realized because of recent improvements in the overall strength and uniformity of advanced ceramics. The USM process is an efficient and economical means for the precision machining of brittle materials. The process is non-thermal, non-chemical, and non-electric and hardly creates changes to the mechanical properties of brittle materials. This paper describes the characteristics of the micro-hole machining of Al2O3 ceramics in the ultrasonic longitudinal vibration mode with a tungsten carbide tool. The effects of various parameters of USM, including abrasive particle and machining force on the material removal rate (MRR) and tool wear are presented and discussed.
