      • 경추부 Motion Palpation 결과와 ROM의 상관관계 분석

        This study conducted experiments on total 10 persons of 5 males and 5 females at the age of 20s to 50s, who were divided into two groups of 5: one group of 5 people with neck pain and the other without neck pain. A comparative analysis was conducted followed by the motion palpation assays on three testers to sort the outcomes of coincidence for two or more testers to be compared with ROM results. A data analysis was performed via a statistical program, SPSS PC ver 12.KR, and the paired t-test was conducted for the differences between groups. To find out the overall relation between variables, a correlation analysis was conducted. In statistical analyses, the level of significance for all variables was p<.05. At glance, the reduction in ROM for the left bending (-0.72, p<.05) suggested to be inducible to restriced result in C2.3 rotation diagnosis where the results showed negative correlation with the bending diagnosis for C4.5 (-0.65, p<.05), indicating the connection to C2.3 fixation. Similarly for C6.7, the restriced results in rotation diagnosis were negatively correlated with the right bending (-0.64, p<.05). Yet, the restriced results from the bending diagnosis for C4.5 presented positive correlation with the left bending (0.65, p<.05), which supports the possible effect of muscle imbalance in cervical area on the ROM results that should not be overlooked. Considering the compounding results induding both positive and negative correlations, forecast of ROM results based on the motion palation results as suggested by some of the previous studies, seems less feasible. Thus, further studies on motion palpation and ROM would be required to be more extensive, along with the involvement of X-ray

        고속 충격을 받는 Carbon/Epoxy 복합재 적층판의 흡수 에너지 예측에 대한 실험적 고찰

        고속충격을 받는 복합재 적층판의 충격거동 특성 중에서 관통 후 잔류속도, 시편에 의한 충격흡수에너지 그리고 충격손상영역에 대한 평가와 예측이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 고속충격을 받는 Carbon/Epoxy 복합재 적층판의 잔류속도와 흡수에너지를 준실험적 방법을 통하여 예측할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 고속충격에 의한 시편의 흡수에너지를 정적에너지와 동적에너지로 구분하였으며 정적에너지는 보강섬유의 파손과 정적 탄성에너지와 관련 있는 준정적압입실험을 통한 관통에너지를 사용하였다. 동적에너지는 고속충격 시 시편 일부의 움직임과 관련한 운동에너지에 대하여 몇 가지 모델을 제안하여 비교하였다. 공압을 이용한 고속충격실험을 수행하고 예측 값과 비교 분석하였다. 시편의 손상영역은 C-scan을 통하여 측정하였다. 관통한계속도보다 큰 초기 속도인 경우, 정적에너지인 관통에너지 뿐 만 아니라 시편의 동적 에너지가 시편 전체 흡수에너지에 크게 기여함을 알 수 있었다. The evaluation and prediction for the absorbed energy, residual velocity, and impact damage are the key things to characterize the impact behavior of composite laminated panel subjected to high-velocity impact. In this paper, the method to predict the residual velocity and the absorbed energy of Carbon/Epoxy laminated panel subjected to high velocity impact are proposed and examined by using quasi-static perforation test and high-velocity impact test. Total absorbed energy of specimen due to the high-velocity impact can be grouped with static energy and kinetic energy. The static energy are consisted of energy due to the failure of the fiber and matrix and static elastic energy, which are related to the quasi-static perforation energy. The kinetic energy are consisted of kinetic energy of moving part of specimen, which are modelled by three modified kinetic model. The high-velocity impact test were conducted by using air gun impact facility and compared with the predicted values. The damage area of specimen were examined by C-scan image. In the high initial impact velocity above the ballistic limit, both the static energy and the kinetic energy are known to be the major contribution of the total absorbed energy.

        정부 출연 연구기관의 창의적 체험활동 활성화를 위한 교육기부 활동 참여에 대한 교사들의 인식과 요구 분석

        이 연구의 목적은 창의적 체험활동 운영을 통해 공교육에 기여하기 위한 정부 출연 연구기관의 참여에 대한 초 · 중등 교사들의 인식을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구 내용은 정부 출연 연구기관의 공교육 기여에 대한 교사의 인식, 창의적 체험활동을 위한 참여 방법, 창의적 체험활동 활성화를 위해 교육기부에 참여하기 위한 선과제의 세 영역으로 구성되었다. 이 내용을 조사하기 위해 객관식 7문항, 주관식 1문항으로 구성된 설문지를 개발하였으며, 초등교사 315명, 중등 과학교사 127명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 교사들은 현재까지 정부 출연 연구기관의 공교육 참여 수준에 불만족스러운 인식을 가지고 있으나, 향후 창의적 체험활동 활성화를 위해 정부 출연 연구기관의 참여가 필요하다는 인식을 가지고 있었다. 그리고 관련 교과교육 전문가나 전문성을 갖춘 현장 교사가 자료 개발 과정에 참여하여 교육적 효과를 담보하는 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 또한 정부 출연 연구기관이 정당하게 교육기부에 나서기 위해서는 상위 기관으로부터 교육기부 등의 공교육 활동을 위한 당위적 임무부여가 선행되어야 한다고 인식하고 있었다. 이에 따른 정부 기관의 역할과 사회적 인식 확대를 위한 후속 연구들이 제안되었다. The purpose of this study was to find inservice elementary and secondary teachers perceptions and needs about the national research institutes participation into donation for education for activating creative activity in public education area. For the purpose of this study, the research questions were comprised of 3 sub area; the inservice teachers view about national research institutes contribution in public education area, the method of institutes participation, and prior problem for national research institutes to participate into the donation for education movement for activating creative activity in public education area. For the survey from inservice teacher, questionnaire which consists of seven multiple type questions and single open ended question was developed. The data was collected from 315 elementary and 127 secondary science teachers. The finding from the survey was summarized in three following; first, the teachers had not been satisfied to the level and quality of national research institutes contribution in to the public education area, but they had a perception there was a necessity for national research institutes to participate in public education area; second, it is necessary to participate expert about subject education or inservice teacher who had expertise in developing procedure to get educational effect, and the last, for the national research institutes participation with their due, it is need superior organization to have the national research institutes included educational mission in their own mission to the donation for the education. From these finding and implication, following researches were suggested about the government s role and part about leading the national research institutes and increasing view of general public.

        중국 중심의 동아시아 경제통합 가능성에 관한 소고

        Focused on the perspective of functional economic integration, this paper examines how is a China-centered economic regionalism developing in East Asia, following the rapid rise of China`s economic power. This subject is worth studying in that it would have considerable implications for some China-related challenges of regional and global economic order or regime. China already became an economic superpower, after the United States and the European Union. Today, China plays the role of a "dual hub" that is functioning as a puchasing as well as manufacturing hub in the regional and global trade. What is more important is that China appears to wieled its strong gravities toward neighbors, enormouly attracting various economic resources or production factors. As a result, the trade dependency of neighboring countries on China is continued to rise fast. So, in the sense of the functional economic integration, East Asia has already been centered on China. In the sense of institutional integration, China also appears to actively build a Sinocentric "East-Asianism." Responding to the current global financial crisis, China has been positively taking advantage of its gigantic global influence and status like so called ``G2``, to pay heed to a leadership in intra-regional FTA initiatives. In coming years, it is highly probable that China would get more aggressive on shaping a pro-China economic regionalism in East Asia, aiming to usher in a China-led unipolar Asia. Ultimately, China would appear to locate herself in the center of the Eurasian FTA in the long-term blueprint to parallel EU, FTAA.

        고속충격을 받는 Carbon/Epoxy 복합재 적층판의 충격체 질량손실을 고려한 흡수에너지 예측

        본 논문에서는 Carbon/Epoxy 복합재 적층판에 대하여 실사격 실험을 수행하였으며, 복합재 적층판의 흡수에너지를 예측하기 위한 개선된 방법을 제시하였다. 고속충격실험 과정에서 충격체의 질량손실을 고속카메라를 통하여 거시적으로 확인하였으며, 따라서 이를 고려하여 복합재 적층판의 흡수에너지를 계산하였다. 고속충격을 받는 복합재 적층판의 흡수에너지를 예측하기 위한 모델을 제시하였으며, 복합재 적층판의 흡수에너지는 크게 정적에너지와 동적에너지로 분류하였다. 정적에너지 계산은 섬유의 파손과 정적 탄성에너지와 관련 있는 준정적 관통실험식을 통해 구한 관통에너지를 사용하였다. 동적에너지는 변형되는 시편의 운동에너지와 손실된 파편 질량들의 운동에너지로 나뉠 수 있다. 최종적으로 충격체 질량손실을 고려하여 예측된 흡수에너지와 실험결과를 비교/분석하였다. In this paper, we conducted high velocity impact test for Carbon/Epoxy composite laminates and proposed advanced method for predicting the absorbed energy of composite laminates. During high-velocity impact test, we discovered loss of projectile mass macroscopically using high speed camera, thus we calculated the absorbed energy of composite laminates by taking loss of projectile mass into account. We proposed a model for predicting the absorbed energy of composite laminates subjected to high-velocity impact, the absorbed energy was classified into static energy and dynamic energy. The static energy was calculated by the quasi-static perforation equation that is related to the fiber breakage and static elastic energy. The dynamic energy can be divided by the kinetic energy of deformed specimen and fragment mass. Finally, the predicted absorbed energy considering loss of projectile mass was compared with experimental results.

        극저온에서 풍속의 영향에 따른 발열기자재의 최적설계

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of heating equipments by implementing the extreme environment in which ships navigating the ice zone are exposed and to study and apply the experimental method to infer the optimized design for each factors. Methods: It is required to verify by analysis and experiment how the environment with low temperature and wind speed implemented through the test facility affects the heating walk-way and The optimum design of the heating walk-way in that extreme environment is derived using the Taguchi technique. Results: The results of this study are as follows; It was found the effect on the condition of each factor and derive optimized conditions that satisfy the performance condition of the heating walk-way in extreme use environment. Conclusion: Ships operating in Polar waters require reliable and durable facilities for all environments during sailing.
