趙容寬,黃迪駿 고려대학교 의과대학 1991 고려대 의대 잡지 Vol.28 No.1
Phytagglutinins were utilized for the purpose of blood grouping and also are studying for the grouping of other human contents, eg. : semen. saliva, and urine. In order to classify the human saliva, hemagglutination inhibition tests were performed using a phytagglutinin, Celosia argentea, and 300 human saliva specimens. The Celosia argentea extracts, which was absorbed by the human saliva, could be grouped as inhibitor or non-inhibitor according to agglutination reaction upon the human red blood cells and were compared with the established saliva groupings, blood groups, and serum types statistically. The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. Human saliva could be classified into two groups. One group inhibited the agglutination activity of Celosia argentea extracts to human red blood cells and the other did not. Among the investigated 300 human saliva specimens, the frequency of the former was 27% and the latter was 73%. 2. The classification and distribution of this saliva types by Celosia argentea showed no statistically significant relation with those of the other known saliva types, such as secretor and non-secretor. 3. The classification and distribution of this sailva types by Celosia argentea showed no statistically significant relation with those of the other known blood groups, such as ABO, MN, H and CI, respectively. 4. The classification and distribution of thls saliva types bY Celosia argentea showed no statistically signiflcant relation with those of the other known serum types, such as CAI,CAI-C,CAI-D,IPO,ICO, respectively. 5. The classification of this saliva types by Celosia argentea showed no statistically significant relation with those of the other known saliva types by Agastache rugosa and Sophola japonica.
汎植物凝集素 Phascolus vulgaris L.와 Caragana Chamlagu Lam.의 사람 혈청에 의한 凝集沮止能의 比較硏究
趙容寬 大韓法醫學會 1987 대한법의학회지 Vol.11 No.1
A comparative hemagglutination inhibition study to human RBC was carried out in 100 human sera to determine the relationships of hemagglutination inhibition activities between the two phytagglutinins, P.vulgaris L. and C.Chamlagu Lam., by the human sera. The results could be summarized as follows: 1. Each of the phytagglutinins, P.vulgaris L. and C.Chamlagu Lam., was reacted as a panphytagglutinin to the human RBS. 2. In 100 human, sera, the agglutination inhibition group by P.vulgaris L. was 64 cases (PVI: 64%) and the non-inhibition group was 36 cases (PVN: 36%), while the agglutination inhibition group by C.Chamlagu Lam. was 35 cases (CCI: 35%) and the non-inhibition group was 65 cases (CCN: 65%). 3. The hemagglutination inhibitions of the two phytagglutinins, P. vulgaris L.and C.Chamlagu Lam., by the human sera showed statistically close relationship.
