        광변색 디아릴에텐 유도체의 합성과 형광특성

        광변색 디아릴에텐 유도체의 형광특성에 관해서 조사하였다. 디아릴에텐 유도체는 1,2-비스(2-메틸벤조[b]티오펜-3-일)헥사플루오르시클로펜텐 (BTF6)을 출발 물질로 하여 6,6’의 위치에 극성 작용기를 도입함으로서 합성하였다. 이러한 유도체의 색은 자외선 단파장(325nm)을 조사하면 붉은색으로 변화되고 다시 가시광선을 조사함으로서 무색으로 소색되었다. 광변색성의 고리화 반응과 디아릴에텐 유도체의 형광특성은 방향족고리에 치환된 치환체에 의해서 영향을 받았다. 형광수율은 광변색 효율이 낮은 디아릴에텐 유도체에서 높게 나타났다. 이는 디아릴에텐의 형광은 여기된 parallel 이성체로부터 기인한다는 것을 의미한다. Fluorescence property of photochromic diarylethene derivatives was investigated. The diarylethene derivatives were synthesized by attaching polar groups to 6, 6`-positirn of 1,2-bis(2-methylberuo[b]thiophene-3-yl )hehexafluorocyclopentene(BTF6). The color of the diarylethene derivatives was changed to red upon excitation with a ultraviolet light(325 nm) and disappeared by irradiation with a visible(λ>500nm) light. Photochromic cyclization reactions and fluorscence properties of the diarylethene derivatives were influenced by the substituent in the aryl group. High fluorescene quantum yield was observed in the diarylethene derivative having low photochromic quantum yield, indicating that fluorescence originates from the exited state of a parallel isomer.

        페닐이속사졸기로 치환된 광변색성 디아릴에텐화합물의 합성

        페닐이속사졸기로 치환된 디아릴에텐계 화합물을 1-(6`-포밀-2`-메틸벤조[b]티오펜`-일)-2-(2-메틸벤조[b]티오펜-3-일)헥사플루오로시클로펜텐(FMBTF6)로부터 합성하였다. 즉, FMBTF6를 NH_2OH·HCI과 반응시켜 1-(6`-옥시모일-2`-메틸벤조[b]티오펜-3-일)-2-(2-메틸벤조[b]티오펜-3-일)헥사플루오로시 클로펜텐(OMBTF6)을 합성하고 이를 염소화한 후 페닐아세틸렌을 가하여 1-(6`-(5-페닐이속사졸)-2`-메틸벤조[b]티오펜-3`-일)-2-(2-메틸벤조[b]티오펜-3-일)헥사플루오로시클로펜텐(PIMBTF6)을 합성하였다. 또한 PIMHTF6의 광변색성을 비교하기 위하여 1-(6`-(5-하이드록시메틸이속사졸)-2`-메틸벤조[b]티오펜-3`-일)-2-(2-메틸벤조[b]티오펜-3-일)헥사플루오로시클로헨텐(IMBTF6)을 유사한 방법으로 합성하였다. PIMBTF6는 테트라히드로퓨란 용액 내에서 가역적으로 자외선에 의해 붉은색으로 착색되고, 가시광에 의해 소색되었다. PIMBTF6를 폴리카보네이트에 도핑시켜 용액 코팅법으로 제조한 박막은 용액에서와 유사한 광변색 특성을 보이며, 또한 IMBTFS 및 1-(6`-아세틸-2`-메틸벤조[b]티모펜-3`-일)-2-(2-메틸벤조[b]티오펜-3-일)헥사플루오로시클로펜텐(AMBTF6) 보다 광착새효율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 판상의 페닐이속사졸이 치환됨에 따라 디아릴에텐의 두 개의 벤조티오펜기들을 antiparallel 구조로 유도하기 때문인 것으로 사료된다. Diarylethene compounds substituted with phenylisoxazole group were synthesized from 1-(6`-formyl-2`-methylbenfo(blthiophene-3`-yl)-2-(2-methylbenzo[b]thiophene-3-yl)hexa-fluorocyclopentene (FMBTF6) over three steps. Thus, FMBTF6 was reacted with NH_2OH·HCI to produce 1-(6`-oxymoyl-2`-methylbenzo[b]thiophene-3`-yl)-2-(2-methylbenzo[b]thiophene-3-yl)he-xafluorocyclopentene(OMBTF6) which was chlorinated and reacted with phenylacetylene, to produce 1-(6`-(5-phenylisoxazole)-2`-methylbenzo(blthiophene-3`-yl)-2-(2-methylbenzo[b]thiophene-3-yl)hexafluor ocyclopentene (PIMBTF6). To compare the photochromic property of PILfBTF6, 1-(6`-(5-hydroxymethylisoxazole)-2`-methylbenzo(blthiophene-3`-yl)-2-(2-methylbenzo(b)thiophene-3-yl)hexafluoro cyclopentene (IMBTF6) was synthesized similarly. The color of the solution of PIMBTF6 in THF was changed to red upon excitation with a ultraviolet light. The red color of the solution was bleached by a visible light, and the photochromic effect was reversible. PIMBTF6 doped polycarbonate film was prepared from a solution of polycarbonate containing PIMBTF6, chloroform, and trichloroethene by a solution casting method. The PIMBTF6 film showed similar photochromic effect as that in THF solution. Interestingly, the photochromic efficiency in the PIMBTF6 film was much higher than that of IMBTF6 and 1-(6`-acetyl-2`- methylbenzo [b]thiphene-3`-yl)-2-(2-methylbenzo[b]thioDhene-3-yl)hexafluorocyclopehtene (AMBTF6). Such a result could be explained by that the rigid planar phenylisoxazole group may induce antiparallel structure between the two benzothiophene rings in PIMBTF6.

        삼귀고의탕 물추출물의 자연살해세포 활성을 통한 항전이효과

        The anti-metastatic activity of water extract of Samguikoeuitang (WSGKE) consisting of Ginseng Radix, Angelicae Radix, Sophora flavescens and Coicis Semenwas examined. Ethanol extract of Samguikoeuitang (ESGKE) showed significant cytotoxicity against colon 26-M3.1 carcinoma cells, while WSGEK did not. However, WSGKE significantly increased the production of IL-6 and IL-12 in thioglycollate-induced macrophages from Balb/c mice, whereas ESGKE did not. WSGKE significantly increased natural killer (NK) cell cytotoxicity against effecter YAC-1 cells in an Effecter cells/Target ratio dependent manner. Also, WSGKE significantly suppressed lung metastasis after i.v. injection of colon26-M3.1 carcinoma cells. Inhibitory effect of WSGKE on lung metastasis totally abolished in NK cells-deficient mice by treatment with anti-asialo GM1 serum. In addition, the combination treatment of cisplatin and WSGKE (100 ${\mu}g$/mouse) prolonged the lifespan of mice inoculated by colon26-M3.1 cell. These findings suggest that WSGKE can inhibit lung metastasis and prolong life span via immunological enhancement as a Biological Response Modifier.

        정량 주입(Pre-metered) 코팅 방식을 이용한 유기 트랜지스터 반도체 박막 제작 연구

        We herein present results of flat and uniform polymer-blended small molecular semiconductor thin films. Which were produced for organic thin film transistors (OTFTs), using a simple pre-metered horizontal dipping process. The organic semiconducting thin films were composed of 6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl)-pentacene (TIPS-PEN) composite blended with a polymer binder of poly(${\alpha}$-methylstyrene) (PaMS). We show that the pre-metered horizontal-dip-coating(H-dip-coating) process allowed the critical control of the thickness of the blended TIPS-PEN:PaMs thin film. The fabricated OTFTs using the TIPS-PEN:PaMs films exhibited maximum field-effect mobility of $0.22\;cm^2\;V^{-1}\;s^{-1}$. These results demonstrated that H-dip-coated TIPS-PEN:PaMS films show considerable promise for the production of reliable, reproducible, and high-performance OTFTs.
