동적 마이크로 렌즈 배열을 사용한 3차원 완전 결상에서의 해상도 개선 특성

3차원 완전 결상에서 동적 배열 렌즈 방식을 사용하여 해상도를 향상시킬 때, 해상도 향상 특성을 조사하였다. 렌즈 배열의 이동 방향 및 이동 거리에 따라 관측 해상도가 달라짐을 컴퓨터 합성 완전 결상을 이용하여 보였다. 이를 통해 효율적으로 관측 해상도를 향상시킬 수 있는 렌즈 배열의 이동 조건을 찾을 수 있다. We investigate characteristics of viewing resolution improvement in three-dimensional integral imaging, when a dynamic lens array method is adopted. We show that the viewing resolution changes for different moving directions and distances of the lens array through computer-synthesized integral imaging. From this study, optimal moving conditions of the lens array for efficient viewing resolution improvement can be determined.

다운홀 시험결과의 신뢰도 향상을 위한 자료해석법

파의 부정확한 도달시점에 의해 전단파의 속도가 결정된다면, 동적 탄성계수 또한 부정확하게 된다. 반면, 전단파의 도달시점을 정확히 결정하여 전단파 속도 측정의 정확성을 향상할 수 있다면, 상대적으로 신뢰성이 작지만, 경제적이고 효율적인 다운홀 실험의 적용성을 극대화시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 다운홀 시험에서 전단파 속도를 가장 정확하게 결정하는 방법을 결정하기 위해서 현재 적용가능한 도해법, 최대곡률법, 상호교차법, 상호상관법, 위상속도법 등을 비교검토하였다. 또한, 각 깊이에서의 전단파 전파시간으로부터 전단파 속도 주상도를 결정하기 위한 다운홀 해석법인 직접법, 수정 간접법, 역산 해석법 등과 신뢰도가 높은 SASW실험결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과 전달파 전파시간의 결정은 최대곡률법과 교차상관법이 적합한 것으로 판단되었고, 다운홀 해석 법으로는 Snell 법칙을 이용하는 역산해석 법이 신뢰도가 높은 것으로 판단되었다. In case of visual measurement of velocity, there is a potential error for the arrival point of shear wave. Consequently, the error causes incorrect results in the evaluation of dynamic modulus. The disadvantage of downhole test can be improved, if the velocity of shear wave is exactly chosen by arrival point of the wave. Thus, in this study, visual method, cross-over method, cross-correlation method and phase of cross spectrum method were used to find the most reliable procedure for the determination of the S-wave velocity Also, to provide the reliable interpretation procedure to evaluate the S-wave velocity profile from travel times at depths, the results of the direct method, the modified interval method, arid the inversion method were compared with the results of SASW measurments. As a result, the modified interval method and the inversion method based on Snell's method turned out to be the reliable procedures to determine the S-wave velocity profile from the travel times of the S-wave at depths.

Optical Image Encryption and Decryption Considering Wireless Communication Channels

In this paper, we discuss optical encryption and decryption consideringwireless communication channels. In wireless communication systems, the wirelesschannel causes noise and fading effects of the transmitted information. Opticalencryption technique such as double-random-phase encryption (DRPE) is used forencrypting transmitted data. When the encrypted data is transmitted, the informationmay be lost or distorted because there are a lot of factors such as channel noise,propagation fading, etc. Thus, using digital modulation and maximum likelihood (ML)detection, the noise and fading effects are mitigated, and the encrypted data isestimated well at the receiver. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report thatconsiders the wireless channel characteristics of the optical encryption technique.

집적 영상 기술을 이용한 3차원 지도 시스템

본 논문에서는 집적 영상 기술을 사용하여 3차원 정보를 추출하는 지도 시스템을 제안한다. 집적 영상 기술은 렌즈 배열을 가지는 2차원 영상 획득장치를 사용하여 다수의 서로 다른 원근감을 가지는 요소 영상을 기록하고 이를 이용하여 3차원 정보를 획득하고 디스플레이하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 각 요소 영상간의 위치 차이를 절대 차이의 합 (Summation of Absolute Difference: SAD)를 사용하여 구하고 이를 이용하여 3차원 정보를 추출한다. 따라서, 3차원 물체의 높이 정보를 구할 수 있다. In this paper, we suggest three-dimensional information extraction map system using integral imaging technique. Integral imaging can record multiple elemental images with different perspectives using a 2D image acquisition device with lenslet array. Using these images, integral imaging can obtain 3D information and display 3D image. In this paper, the position difference between elemental images can be obtained using summation of absolute difference (SAD), and then 3D information can be extracted. Therefore, this technique can find the height information of 3D objects.

생활체육지도자의 감정노동과 이직의도의 관계에서 감정고갈의 매개효과

이 연구의 목적은 생활스포츠지도자의 감정노동과 이직의도의 관계에서 감정고갈의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2021년 서울, 경기도 스포츠센터에 근무하고 있는 생활스포츠지도자 260명을 대상으로 설정하였다. 표집방법은 편의표본추출법을 사용하였으며, 최종적으로 259명을 추출 분석하였다. 측정도구는 설문지로서 이 연구에 적합한 항목들을 선택하여 활용하였으며, 자료의 처리는 Amos 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활스포츠지도자의 감정노동, 감정고갈, 이직의도의 인과적 관계는 통계적으로 유의하다. 즉, 감정노동은 감정고갈 및 이직의도에 정(+)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 감정고갈은 이직의도에 정(+)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생활스포츠지도자의 감정노동과 이직의도의 관계에서 감정고갈은 매개의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결론에서 생활체육지도자의 감정고갈은 감정노동이 이직의도에 미치는 과정을 이해하는데 핵심요인이라는 사실을 제공한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediation effect of emotional exhaustion on the relationship between life sports instructors on emotional labor and turnover intention. In order to achieve this objective, 260 life sports instructors working at a sports center across Seoul, Gyeonggi Province as of 2021 were selected for analysis. In terms of the sampling method, this study used convenience sampling and it extracted 259 subjects for analysis. Hypothesis test on collected data was conducted by using Amos Graphics 23.0 Version. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the causal effect of emotional labor, emotional exhaustion, turnover intention in life sports instructors was statistically significant. Concretely, emotional labor had positive(+) influence on emotional exhaustion. Emotional labor had positive(+) influence on turnover intention. Emotional exhaustion had positive(+) influence on turnover intention. Second, there is the mediation effect of emotional exhaustion on the relationship between life sports instructors on emotional labor and turnover intention. In conclusion, emotional exhaustion of sports instructors is a key factor in understanding the process of emotional labor on turnover intention.

생활체육지도자의 매너리즘과 직업의식 및 이직의도의 관계

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate a structural relation between mannerism, professional consciousness and turnover intention of life sports instructors. Method: In order to achieve this objective, 255 life sports instructors working at sports centers across Seoul and Gyeonggi Province as of 2021 were selected for analysis. In terms of the sampling method, the study used convenience sampling and extracted 253 subjects for analysis. Data processing was analyzed and verified with the SPSS 23.0 version and Amos 23.0 version for PC Windows. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, the mannerism of life sports instructors affected professional consciousness negatively (-). Second, mannerism of life sports instructors affected turnover intentions positively (+). Third, professional consciousness of life sports instructors affected turnover intentions negatively (-). Conclusion: In summary, the mannerism of life sports instructors has an influence on turnover intentions through professional consciousness. Therefore, this study provides the fact that the mannerism of life sports instructors is a major factor in understanding the overall process of turnover intention. Furthermore, in order to minimize the turnover intention of life sports instructors, the study explains that relaxation efforts to mannerism and the promotion of professional consciousness are the most important issues.
