이글은 밝은누리에서 한몸살이를 하고 있는 내부자가, 밝은누리가 이제껏 일궈 온 문화를 외부에 소개하는 글이다. 인류학과 사회학에서 글쓰기 방법론으로서 ‘자기기술지(autoethnography)’의 전통이 있다. 이 글은 밝은누리에 대한 필자의 자기 고백이 개인주의와 나르시시즘에 빠져들지 않고, 사회적(공동체적)인 것이 개인적인 것을 어떻게 구성하는지를 개인적인 경험의 서사를 ‘이론’과의 긴밀한 왕복 운동 속에서 보여주려는 데 의의가 있다. 유념할 것은 이러한 자기기술지가 근본적으로 수행(수련)의 의의를 지닌다는 사실이다. 뜻은 거창하지만 늘 역량의 부족을 절감한다. 애쓰고 노력할 따름이다. 머리말에서는 밝은누리가 한몸살이를 하며 나름대로 정리한 사람과 생명, 마을과 공동체에 대한 생각, 그리고 공동체 문화란 무엇인지에 대해 썼다. 고백 담은 어떤 서술이 이론을 토대하면서 이론을 그저 덧입는 형태가 아니라 재전유(reappropriation)의 방식으로 기술될 수 있다는 것도 보여주고 싶었다. 공동체 문화는 사람이 하늘을 이고 땅을 디디고 주변 뭍생명들과 어우러져 사는 삶 그 자체다. 사람이 개체가 아닌 몸의 확장과 관계망으로서의 마을을 일구는 동안 생성하는 삶의 모든 것이 공동체 문화다. 마을로 살아가는 공동체가 내딛는 발걸음마다 공동체 문화는 생성되고, 그렇게 생성된 공동체 문화는 마을로 함께 걷는 이들을 살리고 추동한다. 공동체 문화는 생명평화를 일구며 어울려 살아가는 사람들의 걸음 속에서 피어나고 열매 맺는다. 밝은누리의 문화를 소개하며 두 가지 전제, 대표성과 언어의 한계를 썼다. 필자는 밝은누리에서 한몸살이를 하는 개체이고 부분으로서 밝은누리 문화를 소개하는데 대면할 수밖에 없는 한계, 그리고 그것을 언어(글)로 표현해서 소통할 수밖에 없는 한계를 썼다. 한계는 곧 또 다른 가능성과 소통의 시작이다. 소통의 불가능성을 전제로 할 때 제대로 된 소통은 시작될 수 있다. 밝은누리는 현재 서울 인수동과 강원도 홍천 서석면, 그리고 경기도 수리산에서 마을 공동체를 일구고 있다. 각각의 장소에서 시간이 빚어낸 공동체 문화를, 생애주기와 식(食)․의 (衣)․주(住)․락(樂), 농도상생공동체라는 구분을 통해 정리했다. 각각의 구분 기준은, 밝은 누리가 걸어온 걸음을 뒤돌아볼 때, 매우 중요하다. 공동체 문화가 시, 공간을 점유해서 사는 이들의 생애 주기와 먹고 입고 자고 노는 일상의 삶에서 유리할 때, 문화는 상품이 되기 시작한다. 삶의 토대에서 솟아나지 않은 문화는 전시(展示)되고 급기야 고사(枯死)하기 마련이다. 공동체 문화의 구분 기준을 음미해주기 바란다. 팬데믹 시대를 맞고 있다. 밝은누리도 처음 경험하는 위기이자 기회 앞에 지난 1년 동안 고민하고 공부하고 있다. 밝은누리는 공동체 문화의 중요한 요소가 밤마실 갈 수 있는 공간적 거리라고 생각한다. 코로나는 그 물리적 거리를 무력화시켰다. 돌림병 시대를 거치며 밝은누리는 어떤 걸음을 걸게 될지 밝은누리도 잘 알지 못한다. 밝은누리는 늘 그렇듯 모호함 속에서 또 새로운 걸음을 걸을 것이다. 이제껏 쌓아왔던 공동체 문화를 새롭게 허물기도 하고 또 새로운 선택을 하며 받은 명(命)따라 살 것이다. 이후 또 다른 기회에 지난 돌림병 시대와 더불어 살아가는 밝은누리 걸음을 다시 소개할 수 있기를 바란다. This article is written by a member of the Bargn Nuri Community to present its culture that has been cultivated for thirty years. In anthropology and sociology, there is a tradition of ‘autoethnography’ as a writing methodology. The purpose of this article is to show the narrative of personal experience in a close reciprocal movement with ‘theory’ to show how the social(community) constitutes the personal without falling into individualism and narcissism in the author’s testimony about the Bargn Nuri. It is noteworthy that the autoethnographic method fundamentally signifies self-discipline. The preface covers Bargn Nuri’s philosophy on humans/people and life, village and community as well as community culture. The intention was not just to interpret the theories but to demonstrate how the narrative of confessions can be described as a form of reappropriation. The community culture in itself is the life in which people live in harmony with the heaven above while standing rooted on the earth with many forms of life in their surroundings. It is about everything that a person creates while cultivating a village not as an individual but as an extension/expansion of the body and relationships. Every step that a community takes as a village life adds to building the culture, and in turn, it inspires those who walk the life together. The community culture develops, prospers and bears fruits in the steps of those people who live together rooted in the values of life and peace. This article on the culture of Bargn Nuri is built on two pillars of representation and the finiteness of language. The author could not help facing limitations both as an individual member of the Bargn Nuri and telling it through a language. Limitations however can mean a new possibility and the beginning of conversation. When a conversation is assumed to be unlikely, can a true communication begin. The Bargn Nuri finds its home in three different villages: Insu in Seoul, Hongcheon in Gangwon, and Gunpo in Gyeonggido. The community culture that has been cultivated in each place over time is described in the context of one’s lifetime, through the lifestyles that reflect the values of life and peace in the way of food, clothing, housing, and enjoyment, as well as a rural-urban saangsaeng1) village community. Each of the categories above bears significance when looking back at the steps of the Bargn Nuri. When a community culture is detached from the life cycles of its people and how they eat, get clothed, provision their homes, and have fun, the culture becomes a commodity for purchase. A culture without a foundation in livelihoods is destined to be ephemeral. The author pleads its readers to appreciate the categories employed in describing Bargn Nuri’s culture. Everyone is living through this pandemic era. Facing the unprecedented crisis and opportunity, the Bargn Nuri has taken the past year to reflect and study. One of the most important aspects in the Bargn Nuri culture is that everyone resides in the walking distance of each other by children’s standard for an easy evening visit. The coronavirus has rendered such distance moot. The pandemic presents much uncertainty for a prolonged period of time, but the Bargn Nuri will take its familiar walk of treading uncertain, unchartered paths. It will continue to live its life as it discards the culture that has been built and creates new cultures only to respond to its calling. The author wishes to share about the Bargn Nuri in the post-pandemic era at another opportunity.

최근의 인터넷은 트래픽과 서비스 품질에 대한 요구사항이 지속적으로 증대함에 따라 이를 원활히 수용할 수 있는 광인터넷으로 급속히 전환되고 있으며, 향후의 광인터넷 환경에서 사용하기 위한 광인터넷 관련 요소 기술들이 개발 중에 있다. 그러나 광인터넷에 적용될 각 개발 요소 기술들은 단계적으로 개발되고 있고, 기존 네트워크 서비스와의 연동을 고려해야 하므로 각 요소 시스템들이 지닌 기능 및 성능을 검증하기 위해서는 광인터넷을 모델링하고 분석 할 수 있는 광인터넷 시뮬레이터가 필요하게 된다. 이 논문에서는 확장성이 뛰어난 시뮬레이션 엔진인 SSF(Scalable Simulation Framework)를 이용하여, 용이한 광인터넷 모델의 구성과 시뮬레이션 수행 결과에 대한 분석을 제공할 수 있는 광인터넷 시뮬레이터를 설계한다.

초분광영상의 토지피복분류 정확도 향상을 위한 Decision Tree 기법 연구

초분광영상(Hyperspectral Image)은 다중분광영상에 비해 각 픽셀이 가지는 정보량이 많아 다양한 토지피복을 분류하는데 있어 가장 적합한 영상으로 평가 받고 있다. 하지만 최근의 초분광영상의 연구는 대분류에 해당하는 연구에 그치고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 다양한 토지피복분류에 대한 연구를 수행하기 위해 기존의 분석기법인 ED, SAM, SSS 기법을 토대로 Decision Tree를 구성하는 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 대분류의 전체정확도는 1.68%, 세분류 전체정확도는 5.56%가 향상되는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. Hyperspectral image is more increasing spectral resolution that Multi-spectral image. Because of that, each pixel of the hyperspectral image includes much more information and it is considered the most appropriate technic for land cover classification. but recent research of hyperspectral image is stayed land cover classification of general level. therefore we classified land cover of detail level using ED, SAM, SSS method and made Decision Tree from result of that. As a result, the overall accuracy of general level was improved by 1.68% and the overall accuracy of detail level was improved by 5.56%.
