전동차 주습판(Pantograph Slider) 재질 개선에 관한 연구

판터그래프의 주습판은 접촉마찰 의한 마모 및 마찰열에 의해 과마모, 그리고 편마모 현상이 나타나게 된다. 이런 현상을 최소화하여 전동차 운행에 초래되는 지장을 예방키 위해 내마모 특성이 우수한 재질을 개발해야 한다. 마모는 기후의 영향도 받게 되는데, 우기에 윤활성분의 이탈로 마찰계수가 증가되고 결국 편마모가 발생하게 된다. 최적의 내마모 특성을 가져야 하는 동계 주습판의 특성을 고려하여 합금 설계를 통해 제작된 개선 주습판으로 현차시험을 하였다. 개선된 주습판에서는 이상마모와 편마모는 발생하지 않았다. 이는 주습판의 밀도 향상 및 Fe-Ti 금속간화합물 입자 분산에 의한 부석효과로 인해 이상마모가 발생되지 않았으며, 소성변형을 억제하여 내마모성을 향상시키는 현상도 규명하였다. The slider of the pantograph is the power collector that is supplied electricity from the catenary. As it moves in direct contact with the catenary, the wear and the frictional heat cause the severe and the uneven wear. To minimize the damage that might threaten the rolling stock operation, it is necessary to develop the new material which has excellent wear resistance. The climate affects the wear and because during the rainy season the lubricating ingredient in slider exits, the friction factor increases. Therefore, we used the copper alloy(Cu-type) to enhance the wear resistance characteristic of the slider. In the driving test using the improvement slider, abnormal wear of uneven wear were not observed. We demonstrated that the increased density of the slider improved the corrosive effects of the Fe-Ti intermetallic compound and prevented the abnormal wear. In addition, the increased density inhibited the plastic deformation of the slider to enhance the wear resistance.

This study is the design case analysis of seamless knitwear in order to suggest a new direction of high value-added seamless knitwear and seek for its possibility. Seamless knitwear is the up-to-date knit product that is made by a knitting machine without sewing, and it maintains elasticity of a material itself and is the closest type to the essence of knitwear. The seamless knitwear can satisfy satisfaction of customers with more elegance and individuality and become a method to develop a high value-added design. This study suggests a new direction for the 21st century knitwear design through a practical approach of seamless knitwear designs, pursues a high value fashion, and contributes to improving national competitiveness of fashion industries in order to be a practical research data for seamless knitwear designs.

Railway vehicle battery is supplying the power required for the initial start-up of the train, in the event of a fault in the vehicle, or catenary for supplying emergency power is one of the components are very important. Currently, the railway vehicles such as nickel-cadmium batteries are being used [1,2]. Ni-Cd batteries as a battery installed in the railway vehicles have a strong corrosion resistance is included, The charge-discharge performance is significantly degraded in cold weather, there is a danger of deterioration or explosion. Train accidents have been caused a lot of damage due to rapid deterioration and cracking of the battery and memory due to the effect of Ni-Cd batteries. In order to solve the problems, There is no risk of degradation, deterioration and leakage, cracking and exploding. maintenance is simple and applied measures proposed to apply Lithium Polymer battery of high performance. In addition, the lack of capacity problems identified by testing the different special systems is replaced by a 70Ah lithium-polymer battery is possible without changing the batteries of 50Ah caused by installing additional equipment in existing older trains were applied to the vehicle.
수도권(首都圈) 여대생(女大生)의 기초(期初) 피부(皮膚) 색조(色調) 화장품(化粧品) 사용(使用) 실태(實態)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

The purpose of this research is to analyze the patterns on consuming basic skin makeup products of female college students, and to provide basic information to understand the patterns of ordinary consumers. The survey was included 283 female students from 5 colleges located in metropolitan area of Seoul. The survey data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA, Duncan test, T-test, chi-square-test methods. The results are as follows : 1. 60% of the college students of metropolitan area are doing basic skin makeup for aesthetic reasons in most cases, eye makeup is regarded the most important part, so 92% students have experienced to buy imported cosmetic products because of it`s better absorption to skin. 2. Significant correlations were found between the skin types and dissatisfaction about foundation after using. 3. According to demographic variables, significant correlations were found between grade and makeup extent, grade and the reasons why they use imported products. 4. According to demographic variables, significant correlations were found between grade and foundation types used, monthly average living expense and purchasing channels, grade and purchasing channels, price level of the currently using face powder and monthly average living expense, monthly average spending for cosmetic products and level of wealth, price level of the currently using foundation and monthly average living expense. 5. According to demographic variables, significant differences were found in monthly average living expense, monthly average spending for cosmetic product, mother`s job, grade.
