      • 高 및 低蛋白食 長期投與 白鼠肝의 Au^198 Uptake 및 Photoscanning에 關한 硏究

        It is easily assumed that there could be certain morphological as well as functional differences in the livers of the Asian and the Westerner who consume considerably different amount of fat and protein. Therefore, the author intended to investigate the differences of the function and the size of rat livers fed high and low protein diets. The total number of experimental animals was 87. Of these, 45 rats were fed with high protein diet while 42 were fed with low protein diet. They were fed for 87∼348 days before the examination. Five microcuries of radioactive colloidal gold were injected through the vein of the rat's tails. Liver uptake(C.P.M)was investigated by using fine focus collimeter (85 hole collimeter) and broad focus collimater (19 hole collimeter) and ht eliver area was estimated by antero-posterior and lateral photoscannings. The scanner was Pinker-Magna Scanner V. The results were as follows: 1. The uptake of Au^198 in rat livers fed with high protein diet was 4.718±74.7 C.P.M. with fine focus collimeter and 7,689±129.8 C.P.M. with broad focus collimeter. 2. The uptake of Au^198 in rat livers fed with low protein diet was 4,110±93.1 C.P.M. with fine focus collimeter and 6,855±134.4 C.P.M. with broad focus collimeter. When compared with these of the high protein diet group, they were significantly low(P<0.01) ; the difference being 608 C.P.M. with fine focus collimeter and 834 C.P.M. with broad focus collimeter respectively. 3. The uptake rates of both groups, in terms of experimental feeding periods, revealed significant decreascs as the feeding periods were prolonged (P<0.001). Significant differences were also noticed with Various feeding periods between the two groups (P<0.001). 4. No remarkable differences were noted in the Au^198 uptake rates between male and female rats. 5. The area of rat livers estimated from photoscan fed with high protein diet was 13.0±0.9㎠ both in antero-posterior and lateral areas. 6. The area of rat livers estimated from photoscan fed with low protein diet was 12.5±0.2㎠ in antero-posterior area and 12.2±0.3㎠ in lateral area. Compared with those of the high protein diet group, this group revealed slightly smaller area of the liver. 7. There was no remarkable differences in the liver areas by the different feeding periods and sex.

        The household fold up electric Treadmill is a useful product for busy modern people in taking care of and maintaining their health, because it is a handy indoors sports equipment that brings the track home for busy people to easily workout. Especially, because the household fold up electric Treadmill helps the whole family enjoy their daily exercise routine, not only does it directly improve physical improvement, but it also helps our mental health by providing a sense of achievement and happiness after a hard workout, which likely helps managing a healthy family life. Although the household fold up electric Treadmill is a sports equipment, taking into consideration the fact that it is for indoor use, it should meet the various conditions in design that is required fo indoor products as is follows. First, the issue of essential functions of the product and economical efficiency in manufacturing Second, the occupation issue of application space Third, harmony with the interior environment Fourth, the selection of material and color Design development was executed within the limits of satisfying these points. Furthermore, this study being an arrangement of an actual case study of an actually developed industry design requested by company D, which currently produces sports equipment under a domestic native brand called Health Morning, focused on the consideration of application environment which previous household electric Treadmills failed to notice, and through design development considering the above-mentioned various design aspects, wished to purpose a new type of household fold up electric Treadmill capable of leading the future market.

        數種 根管消毒劑 및 根管充塡材의 細胞毒性에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        This was to evaluate the cytotoxie effect of three root canal disinfectants(formocresol, camphorated phenol and eugenol) and the root canal sealers(Cavitec, Hypo-cal, Vitapex, AH26, Canals, Mynol, N_2_+N_2_- Medical, Z. O. E. and Calvital) in vitro. The experiments were performed in four different modes. In the first and second experiment, the "long-distance" cytotoxicity of three root canal disinfectants were thested on L cells. In the third exeriment, ten root canal sealers were tested for cytotoxicity by means of the tissue culture-agar overlay method immediately, 4 and 24 hours after the experiment. In the fouth experiment, the study with radioactively labeled L cells were employed to determine the relative cytotoxicity of ten root canal sealers. The results were as follows; 1. Ever vapors from disinfectants showed more or less cytotoxicity. Of the three disinfectats, formocresol appeared to be the highest cytotoxic effect and camphorated phenol was the lowest. 2. Root canal sealers tested in this study showed cytotoxicity at every stage of time intervals. 3. The highest cytotoxic effect was freshly mixed N_2 medical and N_2 also revealed the highest cytotoxic effect after 4 or 24 hours among these materials. Vitapex was found the lowest cytotoxic effect at all experimental stage. 4. Root canal sealers except N_2 and Mynol showed cytotoxic effect were decreased cytotoxicity according to the time elapsed.

        노인 사회를 위한 유럽 국가의 디자인 사례 연구

        )노인의 증가현상으로 인해 디자인의 입장에서도 디자인이우리 사회에 어떻게 기여해야 하는지 근본적인 철학을 다시 한번 생각해 볼 필요가 있다 이 연구에서는 문헌 자.료들을 통해 디자인 분야에서 어떻게 서구사회의 노인을위해 준비하고 있는지를 사례를 통하여 살펴보는 것 이었다 그러기 위하여 먼저 노인에 대한 이해를 위하여 한국.과 유럽의 노인구의 변화를 비교해보고 이어서 노인,구의 구조적 사회적 변화에 대한 특성을 알아보았다 노.인을 위한 디자인적 철학과 유럽의 노인 제품 사례를 살펴보고 사례를 통해 나타난 특징들을 디자인 가이드라인으로 재 정립해보았다.그러므로 이 연구를 통해 나타난 결론은 다음과 같다 노.인의 증가현상은 사회의 시스템의 변화를 예고한다 그러.므로 향후 노인 사회에서는 노인들이 항상 잠재적 장애를가지고 있다는 것에 관심을 가지고 환경과 제품들이 개발되어야 한다.디자인의 역할의 증대를 위하여 준비된 사회에서는 모든분야의 전문가들의 인식의 변화와 다 학제적인 연구가 진행되어야 한다 그리고 기능성에만 족하는 것이 아니라.노인 사용자들의 감성 또한 만족을 시켜야한다 더욱 중.요한 것은 노인뿐 아니라 젊은이들도 만족하는 적당한 기능적 사회적 감성적 매력을 가지고 있어야 한다, .서구사회의 노인을 위한 디자인적 관점의 준비들의 사례를 살펴보는 것은 우리가 디자인 개발과정에서 중요한요소로서 참고하는데 의가 있다 더불어 이러한 이론.과 사례의 고찰을 통해 실제적인 디자인 접근에 대한 연구가 앞으로 더욱 진행되어져야 할 것이다.
