Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the virtual reality exercise program on ankle balance with ankle taping or microwave. Methods : This study was performed on 18 subjects. Eighteen subjects were divided into two groups; conducted virtual reality exercises with taping (n=9), and performed virtual reality exercises after microwave application (n=9). Both groups performed the exercise three times a week for four weeks. The data was analyzed by the Wilcoxon signed-rank test for comparing before and after changes of factors in each group and performed the Mann-Whitney test for comparing groups. Result : Taping and microwave groups were increased dynamic balance after virtual reality exercises (p<.05). There was no significant difference in balance after applying taping and microwave for virtual reality exercises (p<.05). Conclusion : Reducing the frequency of recurrent ankle sprain in functional ankle subjects, it is recommended to perform virtual reality exercise after applying taping and microwave.

In this paper, we proposed new virtualization technology that is more convenient and stable in local computing environment, then found technique elements need to desktop virtualization which is based on clients in various virtualization technologies. After running excution of process explorer utility in user level virtualization and VMWare, we found memory capacity that is used 30.1MB in VMWare and 16.6MB in user level virtualization respectively to compare private bytes each of process. We found no significant difference of CPU utilization which is executed application program in local computing environment and user domain with user level virtualization. In this result, proposed virtualization technology is able to minimize performance degradation of local computing environment. 본 논문은 가상화 기술에서 클라이언트 기반의 데스크톱 가상화에 필요한 기술 요소를 찾아내고 로컬 컴퓨팅 환경에서 보다 편리하고 안정된 클라이언트 가상화 기술을 제안하였다. 유저 레벨 가상화와 VMWare를 로딩하여 처리 익스플로우 유틸리티를 실행시킨 후 각 프로세스의 Private 바이트를 비교해보면 VMWare에서는 30.1MB의 메모리 용량이 사용되었고, 유저 레벨 가상화 프로세스에서는 16.6MB의 메모리 용량이 사용되어짐을 알 수 있었다.클라이언트 가상화를 이용한 가상화 사용자 영역과 로컬 컴퓨팅 환경에서 응용 프로그램을 실행시킨 후 CPU 사용율을 비교한 결과 큰 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 가상화된 사용자 영역에서 로컬 컴퓨팅 환경의 성능 저하를 최소화 하여 사용자가 필요한 기능을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
뇌졸중 환자에게 적용된 흡기근 훈련에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석 : 체계적 고찰

Purpose : This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of inspiratory muscle training(IMT) studies for stroke patients conducted over the past 10 years(2011–2020) in Korea. Methods : Previous literature was electronically searched using the RISS, KISS, KCI, and NDSL databases. Tree databases were searched for stroke IMT articles. A total of 12 studies were selected according to the PRISMA guidelines, and the Jeong’g qualitative evaluation criteria were used to refer to the checklist presented by the Scottish Intercollegiate Guideline Network. Results : Twelve studies met the criteria. In a qualitative evaluation on the papers, one study scored 8 out of 10, seven scored between 6 and 7, and four scored 5. Intervention sessions were conducted between 20 and 30 min, each at a frequency of three to five sessions per week, for a total of 4–8 weeks. The results indicated that IMT effectively improved respiratory function, physical activity, and respiratory muscle function in stroke patients. Conclusion : IMT was found to have a positive effect on respiratory function, physical activity, and respiratory muscle function in stroke patients.
안정화 운동과 근력운동이 비특이성 요통환자의 통증, 관절가동범위, 근력, 근 두께에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to find the effects of the lumbar stabilization exercise and strength exercise on pain, ROM, strength, muscle thickness of low back pain(LBP) patients. Method : The subjects were consisted of twelve patients who had nonspecific LBP. All subjects randomly assigned to lumbar stabilization exercise group(N=6) and strength exercise group(N=6). We measured muscular strength, ROM by using Tergumed-extension, rotation and muscle thickness by using ultrasonography and pain score by using Visual analog scale(VAS). The lumbar stabilization exercise group received TOGU exercise, strength exercise group received Tergumed exercise. The data analyzed by repeated measure of Independent t-test, paired t-test, reliability test. Result : The results were as follows. The result which measured of the change of pain score was a significant decrease. The result which measured of the change of ROM and strength was a significant increase. The result which measured of the change of the Internal abdominal oblique, External abdominal oblique on muscle thickness was a significant increase. Stabilization exercise group and Strength exercise group showed the significant difference in muscle thickness on Transversus abdominis, Multifidus. Stabilization exercise group was more increased in muscle thickness. Conclusion : Therefore, we suggest that stabilization exercise is effective for non-specific low back pain.
CDMA 이동통신 시스템에서 불규칙한 기지국 안테나 높이를 고려한 장소적 열화율

CDMA 셀룰라 이동통신 시스템 설계에서 통화품질의 개선을 위해 불규칙한 기지국 안테나 높이를 고려하여 반송파대 간섭과 전력비(CIR)에 의한 장소적 열화율의 특성을 나타내었다. 본 논문은 7셀 3섹터의 셀 배치구조에서 동일채널 간섭 수신레벨과 인접채널 간섭 수신레벨을 고려한 기지국 위치와 안테나 높이의 불규칙성에 따른 반송파대 간섭비가 장소적 열화율에 미치는 특성을 분석하고, 불규칙한 안테나 높이를 정규분포로한 확률밀도 함수와 장소적 열화율의 누적분포를 구하여 실효치 CIR 5dB일때 소요품질을 5%로 적용하여 기지국 안테나 높이를 평균 30m, 표준편차 10m내에서는 94% 이상의 기지국에서 만족함을 입증하였다.

This study compared and measured the flexibility and retention period of PNF(Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), Bouncing, and NDM(Neuro Dynamic Mobilization) so that it proved the excellence of each stretching technique. Fifteen subjects with the dearth of hamstring flexibility participated in this study. The subjects divided into three groups. Each group was apported 5 subjects(2 men, 3 women). The result of four-week-exercise suggested that the flexibility of hamstring has been enhanced after applying those stretching techniques. According to the study, Bouncing topped the list when it came to the flexibility, followed by PNF and NDM. However, there was difference on Retention period; the result showed that the flexibility of hamstring applied PNF maintained remarkably but the flexibility of hamstring was not significant as time went by. The study proved that Bouncing was effective to improve the flexibility for a while, wheres PNF had an effect on retention period of flexibility.
승모근 상부의 압통역치와 근활성도에 전기자극 변수가 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of frequency conditions on muscle activity and VAS in upper trapezius muscle. We selected thirty with men and women with upper trapezius muscle pain, ranging from 20 to 25 years of age. We used SSP, ICT, MWD as treatment devices and analysed one way ANOVA, T-test in windows SPSS Ver. 12.0 A level of significance is α <0.05. The results of this study were as following. Significant changed of pressure pain threshold was noticed in MWD group. Significant change of muscle activity was notice in SSP and MWD group. MWD groups were significantly higher than ICT that of muscle activity and pressure pain threshold. These result shouwed that MWD is effective treatment method for pain control in myofascial pain syndrome on upper trapezius.

국내 인터넷 사이트의 60% 이상은 회원가입시 본인확인 등을 위해 주민번호를 수집?저장하고 있다. 인터넷 사이트의 주민번호 수집 목적은 개인식별(중복가입여부 확인)과 본인확인, 연령확인, 마케팅 활용을 들 수 있다. 그러나 인터넷 사업자들의 주민번호 수집이 증가하면서 개인정보 유?노출로 인한 피해도 늘고 있다. 인터넷 사이트에서 주민번호 수집을 제한하면서 주민번호 기능을 제공?유지하기 위해 마련된 것이 주민번호 대체수단(i-PIN)이다. 본인확인기관이라는 다수의 제3의 신뢰기관이 인터넷 이용자의 개인정보를 받아 저장하고 인터넷 사이트 가입 등 필요할 때, 인증을 해주는 방식이다. i-PIN 서비스의 구성요소와 기능, 제공 서비스 등 i-PIN 서비스 프레임워크를 설명하고, 복수의 본인확인기관이 이용자의 인증을 위해 주고받아야 하는 메시지의 종류와 형식, 방법에 대한 국내 기술표준을 소개한다. 또한 중복가입 확인이 필요한 인터넷 사이트를 위해 유일 식별값으로 사용되는 중복가입확인정보 생성방법과 메시지 교류 방법 등을 소개함으로써 인터넷 사이트가 주민번호 대체수단으로서 타 수단과 차별화된 전략을 소개한다.
3가지의 운동프로그램이 작은가슴근의 길이와 머리전방자세에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of three exercise programs on forward head posture. Methods: Ninety-five individuals were recruited to assess the of the pectoralis minor muscle. Of these, 36 individuals with pectoralis minor muscles were selected and randomly divided into three groups: a functional massage group, a stretching group, and a stretching and muscle strengthening group. The exercise program consisted of sessions four times per week for two weeks. The length of pectoralis minor and the activity of the trapezius muscles were measured using electromyography. Forward head posture was assessed using the craniovertebral angle (CVA) and the cranial rotation angle (CRA) pre-, during and post-treatment. Result: Significant improvements were observed in pectoralis minor length, CRA, and CVA post-treatment in all groups (p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001). However, only the activity of the lower trapezius demonstrated a statistically significant difference post-treatment. There were no significant differences between the groups. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that all three exercise programs were effective in improving forward head posture and the length of pectoralis minor post-treatment.
3차원적인 운동프로그램과 Klapp`s 운동프로그램이 척추측만에 미치는 영향

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 3 dimensional exercises and Klapp’s exercise on parameters of scoliosis in subjects with non-structure scoliosis. METHOD: This study was performed on 24 subjects. Twenty-four subjects were divided into two groups; 3 dimensional exercise(n=12), Klapp’s exercise(n=12). Both of the group performed the exercise 3 times a week for 5 weeks. The data was analyzed by the Paired t-test for comparing before and after changes of factors in each group and the Independent t-test for comparing the between groups. RESULT: The result are as follows. There was statistically significant difference of before and after arthopometric parameters, trunk flexion, Cobb``s angle in 3 dimensional exercise(p<0.05). There was statistically significant difference of before and after acromion high, trunk extension, Cobb``s angle in Klapp’s exercise(p<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of between the two group in arthropometric parameters, ROM, Cobb``s angle(p>0.05). CONCLUSION: As a result of this study, we found that the 3 dimensional exercise may be effective more than Klapp’s exercise.
