공영방송 KBS를 비롯해 한국 언론인들의 전문직주의는 미성숙 상태라는 평가가 일반적이다. 본 연구는 Q방법론을 활용하여, 기자의 직업적 성취에 대하여 KBS 기자들과 시민들이 형성하고 있는 주관성을 탐색하였다. 이를 통해 한국 언론전문직주의 미성숙 상태에 관한 언론인의 주관성 차원의 배경과 이유를 파악하고자 하였다. KBS 기자 30명과 4년제 대학 언론고시반 대학생 10명, 그리고 다양한 연령대의 일반인 40명, 총 80명을 상대로 기자의 직업적 성취와 관련된 내용의 95개의 진술문을 활용하여 ‘승진/발탁되는 기자’를 조건으로 소팅을 진행하여 총 3개의 Q 요인을 추출하였고, 이를 다시 각 요인별 양(+) 하부 요인과 음(-) 하부 요인으로 구분하여 총 6개의 기자에 대한 인식과 태도 유형을 발견하였다. 그 결과 KBS 기자의 직업적 성취에 관한 주관성은 ‘전문직형 기자’, ‘모사꾼 기자’, ‘조직충성형기자’, ‘열혈기자’, ‘입신양명기자’, ‘착실한 직업인’으로 명명된 6개의 인식 유형으로 정리되었다. 본 연구는 기존 한국 기자의 직업 정체성 연구를 더욱 심화시키고 확장시켰다는 데 의의를 가질 수 있다. It is common to say that Korean journalists’ professionalism including the public broadcaster KBS is immature. This study used the Q methodology to explore the subjectivity that KBS reporters and citizens have formed about reporters occupational achievements. we tried to find out the background and reasons of the subjective dimensions of journalists regarding the immature state of Korean journalists’ professionalism. Under a condition for sorting of a reporter most likely to be promoted, using 95 statements related to the reporters occupational achievements, 30 KBS reporters, 10 university students who were eager to be a journalist, and 40 ordinary people of various ages, a total of 80 participants took part in the Q sorting. A total of 3 Q factors were extracted, then analyzed in detail into a total of 6 reporter types divided into (+) and (-) sub types for each factor. As a result, six types of perceptions and attitudes were named as a professional reporter, a schemer reporter, an organizational loyalty reporter, a passionate reporter, a careerist reporter, and a reliable worker. This study can be meaningful in that it further deepened and expanded the existing researches concerning Korean journalists professional identity.

Acute colonic pseudo-obstruction (ACPO) known as Ogilvie`s syndrome is characterized by massive dilatation of the colon without a mechanical obstruction with unclear pathophysiology. The ACPO is associated with wide variety of medical and surgical conditions, especially pregnancy, cesarean section, and trauma. Usually, the conservative therapy of 2-3 days is enough for its treatment. However, if it shows no effect, colonoscopic decompression is recommended. As an alternative, neostigmine has been reported to be effective in the treatment of ACPO. Here, we report a case of idiopathic ACPO treated with neostigmine. The initial treatment was conservative but showed no effect, and thus colonoscopic decompression was followed. After decompression, symptoms improved. However, 10 days after decompression, abdominal distension recurred. Thus, we injected 2.0 mg of neostigmine intravenously for 3 minutes. It improved the symptom. Seven days later, the symptoms were aggravated, so 1.0 mg of neostigmine was administrated twice, which did not work. The patient was transferred for exploration, and a total colectomy was carried out. Seven days after colectomy, the patient died of sepsis. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2003;41:64-69)

p-ANNA 강양성을 보인 제1형 자가면역성 간염 1예

38세 여자에서 강양성의 p-ANNA 수치를 보여 ERCP로 원발성 경화성 담관염을 배제 후 제1형 자가면역성 간염으로 진단을 하였다. p-ANNA와 자가면역성 간염의 관계에 대해서는 추후 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is an undissolved inflammatory process of the liver characterized by the periportal hepatitis on histological examination and serum autoantibody. AIH seems to be partly responsible for chronic liver disease of unknown etiology in Korea. Perinuclear-Antineutrophil nuclear antibody (p-ANNA) are detected in up 세 88% of patient with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) and presence of p-ANNA in PSC makes them a reasonable diagnostic maker in conjuction with standard diagnostic test. But p-ANNA in AIH is rare and it's role remain unclear. We report the first case of 39 year-old-female patient with AIH type-1 with p-ANNA strong positivity.
