본 논문에서는 연상 메모리인 CAM(Content Addressable Memory)의 테스트를 용이화하기 위해서 자체 적으로 테스트를 수행할 수 있는 BIST(Built-in Self Test) 회로를 설계하였다. BIST 를 이용하므로서 외부에 별도의 장치없이 검사를 할 수 있으며,빠른 수행 능력을 가질수 있다. 반면에 BIST 의 단점인 면적의 오버헤드를 줄이기 위해서 테스트 패턴이 간단하고 복호회로가 간단한 MTA 코드를 이용하였다. BIST에서 가장 중요한 요소중의 하나인 테스트 패턴을 생성하기 위해서 간략화시킨 시프트 레지스터를 이용하였다. 본 논문에서 .설계한 회로는 0.8 剛 double-metal CMOS 공정을 이용하여 레 이아웃을 수행 하였으며,설계한 BIST 회로는 전체 회로 면적의 약 8.5%를 차지하였다. 설계한 회로는 SPICE와 VHDᄂ을 이용하여 실험 결과를 고찰하였다.
MTA 코드를 적용한 Testable CAM 설계에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 테스트가 용이하도록 ECC(error checking circuit)를 내장하여 테스트를 수행할 수 있는 CAM(content addressable memory)를 설계하였다. 즉, CAM에서 발생하는 읽기, 쓰기 및 매치 동작의 기능 고장을 검사할 수 있는 회로를 내장한 CAM을 설계하였다. 일반적으로 테스트 회로를 내장하면 전체면적의 증가를 가져오게 된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 병렬 비교기를 사용한 내장(built-in) 테스트 회로의 면적 오버헤드를 줄이기 위해서 새로 제안된 MTA 코드를 이용하였다. 설계한 회로는 VHDL 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였으며, 0.B㎛ double-metal CMOS 공정을 이용하여 레이아웃을 수행하였다. ECC 회로의 경우 CAM의 기본 셀에서 매치기능을 담당하고 있는 XOR회로를 이용함으로써 약 30%정도 면적 감소를 가져왔다. In this work, the testable CAM(Content Addressable Memory) is designed to perform the test effectively by inserting the ECC(Error Checking Circuit) inside the CAM. The designed CAM has the circuit which is capable of testing the functional faults in read, write, and match operations. In general the test circuit inserted causes the increase of total circuit area, Thus this work, utilizes the new MTA code to reduce the overhead of an area of the built-in test circuit which has a conventional parallel comparator. The designed circuit was verified using the VHDL simulator and the layout was performed using the 0.8${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ double metal CMOS process. About 30% reduction of a circuit area wad achieved in the proposed CAM using the XOR circuit

Meningocele is a protrusion of meninges through a defect in the skull base. It is a rare but potentially life-threatening condition requiring surgery. We present a case of 59-year-old woman complaining of persistent otorrhea of the right ear and a pulsating cystic mass occupying the external auditory canal in her right ear. The patient had undergone right canal wall up mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty about 30 years ago. Radiological evaluations revealed a bony defect at the tegmen tympani and tegmen mastoideum, with a cystic mass filling this defect and the external auditory canal, suggesting temporal bone meningocele. The meningocele was resected and the bony defect of tegmen was successfully repaired via combined transmastoid and middle cranial fossa mini-craniotomy approach. 인체를 대상으로 한 한의학적 비만 연구의 최신 국내 동향분석

Objectives To analyze the latest trend through the domestic studies of obesity and support further studies and clinical trials. Methods The theses were searched through KIOM OASIS (http://oasis.kiom.re.kr), The Journal of Society of Korean Medicine for Obesity Research, The Journal of Korean Medicine Rehabilitation. Then, domestic studies were gathered and classified by year, journal and type. Results 92 theses were included. The theses were constantly published every year. According to the analyzing by journals, the most published journal was The Journal of Society of Korean Medicine for Obesity Research. Through the analysis of type, 19 clinical studies and 11 case reports were found. The result of 43 theses analyzing survey and examination numerical value, the study of relationship between obesity and body index is the most published. Among 19 literary studies, 11 studies were searched domestic thesis, 2 studies were searched foreign thesis, 5 studies were searched domestic and foreign thesis simultaneously. Conclusions We need to effort to supplement the statistical error and the topic needs to be diverse. The sustainable research of The human body-oriented obesity studies is required. Traditional building simulation tools have been developed to perform building energy analysis, energy cost calculation, etc. Most those tools(e+, esp-r, ...) handle problems on the basis of causal way, in other words, the sequential approach. Data from input to output goes through only one direction. The next generation of building simulation tools, Modelica is introduced because it is acausal in which every element in model is interacted one another realistically. In the paper, simulated data are compared in terms of two different ways for simulation tools. The former is used in MATLAB in the causal approach with a space-averaged lumped physical model introduced for modeling of the Double Skin Fa?ade (DSF). The latter is expressed in Modelica, the acausal programing where the full integration approach is used by incorporating both sets of D.E. and A.E. into a single Differential Algebraic Equation (DAE) and solved simultaneously. The comparison was made between simulation outputs from MATLAB and Modelica. Moreover, the working details of the thermal simulation for a DSF system in Modelica, the acausal programing language and specific discussions on the modeling work environment are provided.
