        긍정심리학에 근거한 노래중심 음악치료 프로그램이 다문화가정 이주여성의 주관적 안녕감 및 낙관성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 긍정심리학에 근거한 노래중심 음악치료 프로그램이 다문화가정 이주여성의 주관적 안녕감 및 낙관성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 실험연구이다. J, I시 종교시설의 다문화가정 이주여성 58명이 본 연구 동의 후 참여하였으며, 실험집단 28명, 통제집단 30명이다. 2018년 8월 6일부터 9월 17일까지 실험집단에는 회기 당 50분, 주 2회, 총 12회기 음악치료 프로그램을 진행하였고 통제집단에는 처치를 하지 않았다. 프로그램 전-후 주관적 안녕감 및 낙관성 점수를 SPSS for Windows 23으로 분석하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정심리학에 근거한 노래중심 음악치료 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단과 참여하지 않은 통제집단 간 주관적 안녕감 점수에 유의미한 차이가 나타났는데, 구성요인으로 긍정정서, 부정정서, 삶의 만족도이다. 둘째, 실험집단 내 사전-후 주관적 안녕감 점수에 유의미한 차이를 보여 긍정정서, 삶의 만족도는 향상된 반면, 부정정서는 감소되었다. 셋째, 두 집단 간 낙관성 점수에 유의미한 차이가 있었으며 넷째, 실험집단 내 사전-후 낙관성 점수에도 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이는 향후 긍정심리학에 근거한 음악치료 프로그램의 개발 및 활용에 적용점을 제시하여 다문화가정 이주여성의 정서 및 심리적 지원과 문화적응 과정에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. This study is an experimental research designed to determine the effects of song-focused music therapy program based on positive psychology on subjective well-being and optimism of migrant women from multi-cultural families. The subject under the research was 58 participants in the ‘J’ and ‘I’ areas. It was made up of 28 experimental and 30 control group. The musical intervention period consisted of a total of 12 sessions, twice a week from August 6th to September 17th 2018. Intervention had been conducted to the experimental group only. To prove statistically significant differences between two groups, the scores of ‘subjective well-being’ and ‘optimism’ were measure before and after the program and then analysed by SPSS for Windows 23. To measure the effects, PANAS, SWLS and LOT-R were used. Homogeneity between two groups is verified through the independent sample t-test. The result of this study is as follows. First, there was a significant difference between two groups in subjective well-being score consist of positive affect, negative affect and satisfaction with life. Second, there was a meaningful difference between ex ante and ex post subjective well-being scores in the experimental group. While the positive affect and the satisfaction with life were improved, the negative affect diminished. Third, there was a significant difference between the two groups in the optimism level. Finally, there was a meaningful difference between ex ante and ex post optimism level in the experimental group. Thus, it confirmed the positive effects of song-focused music therapy program based on positive psychology on subjective well-being and optimism of migrant women from multi-cultural families, and it proposes development and application of music therapy program based on positive psychology.

        It can be said that the concept of building performance is total vale of building as architecturalenvironment for the purpose of coping with social and human needs changed continuously. In thisaspect, a set of system and criteria of building performance evaluation focused on the physicalenvironment such as space planning, structure and equipment is applied to Central Library inYeungnam University. There are few problems in the structural safety, but some problems to beimproved quickly in the decrepit equipment for optimization of energy efficiency. The solution ofthese Problems do not mean a simple exchange of the equipment but must be considered in theaspect of relocation of functional and operating system of the library.

        대학 캠퍼스 공간관리 실태조사에 관한 연구

        This study surveyed the state of space management at university campus in Daegu and Gyeongbuk by questionaries. This study investigated and analyzed two types of questionaries for the department of space management and personal space manager. The questionaries was consisted of and the results of this study was summarized five categories such as space entry/information management, space assignment, space reservation/utilization, space operation/maintenance and management of space demand. The result is that the business computerization and automation only seemed to stay under the condition without solving online communication problems between department of administrations, except for a small minority of universities. Moreover, even though it takes the expense to change for the better in the capacity and function of the overall information system which was already built, it seems to be that there is little understanding of the necessity in development coping with the internal and external changing situations. In other words, it will be updated business system of space management in university through business process reengineering to increase the effect of total information system. A business model of space management can be proposed based on the effective and systematic relationship of the unit business of space management in the five categories. This model contains a system of information production-distribution-reproduction to linkage data generated by all departments of university and aims at the knowledge management of university.

        This study aims to propose the comprehensive evaluation of Performance multi family housing. Most of the existing studies for the reproduction have evaluated the deterioration by the safety of structure. Therefore those pass over the functional factors which is important for the evaluation of residential qualities. This study represents that the repreduction renovation should not be secured the safety of structure but established the quality of life. And questionnaire asking expert's opinion also supplemented. As a result, the item for examination and the weight for evaluation are suggested in functional deteriovation.<br/> The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Evaluation elements was extracted throughout the document research. evaluation elements analysis system was separated in residential area, suburb of dwellings, community, and housing complexity environmental assesment. 2. Each category of influence ratio was extracted to assess total deterioration throughout the expert question survey. 3. Each category analysed : ① 0~30%: function is good (unnecessary to improve) ② 31~40%: average (necessary of partial improvement) ③ 41~59%: bad (necessary of total improvement) ④ 60~100%: the worst (unable to improve throughout the repair)

        노후아파트의 재사용 방안연구

        This study aims to suggest the pertinent directions for the reasonable reuse plans and to providethe useful materials for the actual reforming developments. This study, therefore, gets on theprocesses and methods which are examination by references, comparison by foreign cases,on-the- spot investigations by actual states, questionnaire by interview, and consultation by experts. After then, classified the deteriorated housing sites ( selected estates ) of investigation and wentinto the particulars in the aspect of present regulations, architectural planning, site planning, socialeconomy, and building construction. Finally, the suitable solutions are suggested to improveresidential environment for reconstruction projects or reuse Plans in the future. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : (1) The regulational and social devicesfor reuse planning were formulated the strengthening of reconstruction criteria, the regulationsdefining of reuse planning, the Publicity for better understandings of reuse, the development ofhigh-quality human resources for reuse construction, the application of appeasement policies as aresidential environment improvement, and so on. (2) The adatable solutions in the aspects ofdwelling unit, building block, and site planning were provided : the enlargement of unit space orarea, the renovation of facade, the functional change for dwellings on the ground level, the openpiping of circulation systems, the expansion of community facilities ( include greearea ), the build upof spatial hierarchy, and lastly, the housing development set reuse planning forth as a premise.

        유아교육시설의 성능평가를 위한 거주후 평가의 활용에 관한 연구

        Building Performance Evaluation(B.P.E) implemented by user and specialists establishes the concepts and beliefs related to the renovation of deteriorated building. In the aspect of systemization between user’s and specialist’s evaluation, it is very useful to examine the satisfaction degree for residential environments based on Post-Occupancy Evaluation(P.O.E) prior to perform building performance evaluation of various type of building system. This study is performed to investigate satisfaction degree of residential performance by questionaries and establish the key-points of B.P.E. based on its results in the infant educational facilities. It may be said that the main problems of B.P.E. depends on the results of investigation of user’s satisfaction degree to his physical environments.

        Y 대학 학생기숙사 거주성능평가에 대한 연구

        The student’s dormitory is a representative type of facilities for welfare of students in university. In most university, it has been extended for 20-30 years to attract freshmen. The building performance of student’s dormitory built in 60s and 70s has to be evaluated to improve residential environments, because its durability, safety and residential function are seriously deteriorated. It is very useful to examine the satisfaction degree for residential environments prior to perform building performance evaluation of various type of building system. In this study, it is performed to investigate satisfaction degree of residential performance by questionaries and the actual condition of user activity at the student’s dormitory in Y-university. And this study suggests the basic concepts to evaluate the performance of building system based on that investigation at the student’s dormitory.

        The purpose of this study is to propose a model of objective and synthetic performance evaluation of neighborhood facilities. Existing models were lack of synthetic evaluation of building because they evaluated building on their own specified purpose. Thus, objective and synthetic items for performance evaluation standard are extracted based on inquiry of professionals and users of building and synthesizing existing studies. The results of this study are summarized as follows.<br/> First of all, The building performances are divided into the outside environment performance and the inside environment performance. Second, expert survey was done throughout finding out each importance ratio of evaluation items. The importance ratio was ranked the interior spatial performance, the equipment performance, the exterior spatial performance, the condition of location performance.

        Architectural space consists of both artifactual contents and physical settings interwined to each other. Basic relationship between content and form can be compared to dual structure of language, D-structure and S-structure. If architectural space is indeed the language of design, it can be understood form semantic Level, furthermore, a dubious relationship between two poles can be articulated by the use of design semantics.
