        Peroneal Tissue

        Various methods, such as bone grafts, pedicled flaps and free flaps have been utilized in the treatment of wide soft tissue and/or bony defects of the lower extremities. Recent advances in elucidating the anatomical structure of the peroneal vasculature have led to frequent use of peroneal tissue in reconstruction of soft tissue defects of the lower extremities. From 1990 on ward, we were able to achieve satisfactory results, using the peroneal tissue in restoring bony defects of the lower extremities accompained by various degree of soft tissue loss. It included 10 cases among 9 patients during a 2 year period, the average age was 35.6 years & average follow-up period was 11.6 months. Free flaps were chosen in 3 cases and island flaps in 7 cases, 3 of which were proximally-based & 4 distally-based. Soft or bony tissue alone was used as donor material in 2 & 3 cases, repectively, and 2 osteocutaneous and 3 osteomuscular types of flaps were also employed. The patients exhibited a wide range of external wounds due to trauma and pressure sores. They included acute fractures in 7 cases, non-union in 1 cases and soft tissue defect at the heel and ankle in 1 cases each. The bony defects ranged from 6.5cm to 11.0cm in length and soft tissue defects measured from 4x2.5cm to 6x6.5cm in size. A case in which necrosis developed after a fibula free flap, was treated with an island flap. Another case of fibula island flap, complicated by non-union at the proximal site of transfered fibula 6 months postoperatively was relieved by autogenous bone graft. A case of fibula island flap was complicated by fracture of fibula shaft. The flaps using peroneal tissues have several advantages such as reliable vasculature, thin subcutaneous tissue and possibility of composite tissue.

        유리피판술을 이용한 족부 재건 : AN ANALYSIS OF 20 CASES

        Twenty patients(16 males and 4 females) aged 4 to 64 years underwent microvascular free tissue transfer in foot reconstruction from February 1990 to June 1993 (42 months). Twelve cases were acute trauma, two cases were burn, and eleven were posttraumatic or postburn deformities. The free flaps were executed successfully in 17 cases (85%). The selection of donor site was based upon the location of the defect, the volume of tissue required and the functional anatomic requirement of injured site : the latissimus dorsi muscle was used in 7 cases, rectus abdominis muscle in 5, radial forearm skin in 4, latissimus dorsi muscle with overlying skin in 2, parascapular skin in one, and gracilis muscle in one. The free flaps in foot injuries are the most expedient method of reconstruction, especially in type Ⅲ injury

        도서형 전박 피판을 이용한 개방된 주관절의 피복 : A REPORT OF 3 CASES

        The management of soft tissue defect of the elbow is a difficult problem. Open elbow joint can inevitably result in leakage of synovial fluid and subsequent joint infection. Soft tissue defect in this area can cause a severe functional disability due to continuous destruction of supporting structures of the joint, and can cause healing of dislocation and fracture of the joint more difficult. Therefore, an immediate and adequate coverage of the joint and early exercise of the joint is very important for preservation of good function. Recently we have successfully managed three patients of open elbow joint due to trauma and pressure sore with proximally-based radial forearm island flaps, so we have found that this procedure is very useful for the reconstruction of open elbow joint.

        마이크로웨이브를 이용한 아스팔트 혼합물 자가회복 특성 실내 연구

        Asphalt has the characteristic of changing phases into solid, viscoelastic, and liquid depending on temperature. Asphalt becomes brittle at low temperatures in the winter, causing cracks, and becomes fluid and deforms at high temperatures in the summer. Asphalt has fluidity as temperature rises and has the property of moving to cracks inside the pavement and sealing. Research on restoring road performance using this characteristic (asphalt self-healing) has been actively conducted. In this study, various tests were conducted to confirm the self-healing properties of asphalt using microwave irradiation in the laboratory. The flexural strength and indirect tensile strength before and after microwave irradiation were compared to analyze the different strength recovery ratio due to microwave irradiation. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that microwave irradiation is effective in recovering the strength of asphalt pavement, and that the strength recovery ratio of asphalt mixtures using SMA mixtures with high asphalt content and materials with heat conduction characteristics was high.

      • 포트홀 보수 아스팔트 혼합물의 노화상태 분석

        최근 아스팔트 포장에 빈번히 발생하는 포트홀을 보수함에 있어서 포트홀 부위를 사전 가열하기 위하 여 적외선 방출 하향식 가스히터 장비(이하 적외선 가스히터)를 사용한 공법이 사용된다. 이 보수 공법은 포트홀 발생부위 일정 구역을 적외선 가스히터로 가열하고 가열된 부분을 굴착하고 신규 아스팔트 혼합물 (New asphalt mix: NAM)과 컷백아스팔트를 넣고 비벼서 고르게 펼친 후 다지는 것이다. 이때 최종 포 설된 혼합물(보수 혼합물, Repaired asphalt mix: RAM)은 기존 포트홀 부위에서 회수된 혼합물(RAP from pothole: RFP)보다 더 회생된 상태이어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 추가되는 NAM의 노화도가 낮아야 하고, 사전가열에 의해 표변부위가 타서 노화도가 심해지는 현상이 없어야 한다. 하지만 현재 대부분 현 장의 실정은 포트홀 보수 혼합물(RFP)의 노화특성, NAM의 운반 시간에 따른 단기노화도의 변화, 적회선 heating에 따른 표면 혼합물 노화 특성변화, 최종 보수된 혼합물(RAM)의 노화도 및 회생 정도 등에 대한 정보를 모른 상태로 수행된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일부 포트홀에 실제 보수된 혼합물의 노화정보를 GPC 를 이용하여 수집하고 최종 포설된 RAM의 상태를 절대점도로 추정하여 평가하였다. 이를 위해 RFP의 노 화특성, 운반시간에 따른 NAM의 노화특성 변화, 사전가열의 영향 등이 RAP에 미치는 영향을 평가하고 필요한 개선 방안을 일부 제시하였다.

        한국어교육에서의 피드백 연구 동향 분석

        This study aims to consider the feedback-related research results which have been studied so far by and large in Korean language education. It also aims to arrange their results, and examine the limits of research to lay the future directions and tasks in this area. As a result of analysing 63 studies which are focused on feedback in priority, it was found the feedback studies in Korean language education to be in progress at intermediate learner-centered, Chinese learner-centered, learner for academic purpose-centered, and writing-speaking education-centered. Also, an empirical research of the experiment-oriented is mainly composed, while the research with a theory related to feedback is to seek and it is also small in number. Based on these analyses, four future directions for consideration are suggested; research for consideration of the diverse learners’ variables, a feedback research on the basis of a theory, consideration of the feedback concept and type classification which reflected the distinctiveness of Korean language education, and research of the feedback guidance development which can give a big help in the teaching-learning field. It is considered that these research can be useful in establishing the direction of feedback research planning that is in progress consistently.
