서울형 데이케어센터 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 자아탄력성을 조절변인으로

본 연구는 서울형 데이케어센터 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 자아탄력성이 조절하는지 검증하고자 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 자아탄력성의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 서울시 데이케어센터 28곳의 종사자 256명을 대상으로 직무스트레스, 직무만족, 자아탄력성의 연구조사를 실시하였으며, 요양보호사 138명을 중심으로 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 및 Hayes가 제시한 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 요양보호사 직군이 타 직군보다 직무스트레스 높고 직무만족감이 상대적으로 낮았다. 둘째, 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 부적(-)영향을 확인하였다. 셋째, 자아탄력성이 직무스트레스와 직무만족 사이에서 정적(+) 조절효과를 확인했다. In order to verify that the ego-resiliency regulates the effect of nursing care workers job stress on the job satisfaction, this research ascertained the effect of job stress of the nursing care workers working at Seoul-type Day Care Center and confirmed the moderating effect of ego-resiliency on the process where nursing care workers job stress affects the job satisfaction. A survey of 256 employees at 28 Seoul-type Day Care Centers were conducted on job stress, job satisfaction, and ego-resiliency, and 138 nursing care workers were analyzed. The data analysis was conducted using SPSS PROCESS Macro, which was presented by SPSS 25.0 and Hayes. The results of the study are as follows. First, nursing care workers had higher job stress and lower job satisfaction compared to other job groups. Second, job stress identified the negative effect job satisfaction. Third, ego-resiliency confirmed positive moderating effect between job stress and job satisfaction.

영구임대아파트 지역사회복지관 역할에 관한 고찰 : M 종합사회복지관 전수조사를 중심으로

본 연구는 영구임대아파트 지역사회복지관 역할 모색을 위해 연구되었다. M종합사회복지관의 권역인 N구 J임대아파트 주민 대상으로 총 882세대중 415세대를 중심으로 조사분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 분석으로, 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 로지스틱회귀분석을 통하여 지역사회 및 지역사회복지관에 필요한 사업과 역할, 복지관 참여 여부에 미치는 영향에 관한 내용을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 인구사회학적 특성으로 60대 이상의 고연령층, 장애세대, 수급세대, 독거가구세대의 비율이 높았다. 지역사회 욕구로는 저소득을 위한 일자리 제공과 정기적인 건강검진의 욕구가 높았으며, 개인과 가족이 어려움을 느끼는 영역에서는 건강, 경제, 외로움 및 고독감, 여가, 교육의 순으로 확인하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 외로움 및 교육의 어려움이 있는 경우 복지관 참여의사가 있음을 통계적으로 확인하였다. 이러한 결과 값을 토대로 지역주민의 욕구를 반영한 복지관 역할을 재정립하고자 하며, 사회복지 서비스의 효과성 및 효율성을 확보함으로써 지역사회복지 증진 및 주민들의 삶의 질 향상에 기여하는 방안을 제기하고자 한다. This research was conducted to figure out the appropriate role of the community welfare center for the permanent rental apartments area. survey and ensuing analysis were conducted particularly on 415 households out of total 882 households, targeting the residents of N-gu J permanent rental apartments which were located in the scope of M Community Welfare Center. Regarding the statistical methods for the analysis, SPSS 25.0 was utilized. By using of the frequency analysis, the descriptive statistics, the correlation analysis, and the logistic regression analysis, the program needed to be launched, the roles necessary for the local communities and the community welfare centers were analyzed. The results of the analysis indicated that as a demographic and sociological feature, the proportion of the elderly in their 60s or older, the disabled households, the indigent households on demand and the households living alone was high. Regarding the need of the local community, the jobs for the low-income population and the regular health check-ups were highly needed. In the section where dealt with the difficulties felt by individuals and families, the identified ranks for the cause of the difficulties were as follows in decreasing order: health problems, adverse economic condition, loneliness and solitariness, lack of leisure, and lack of proper education. As a result of the logistic regression analysis, it was statistically confirmed that in the case of people who felt loneliness and difficulties in education, they did intend to participate in the programs of the welfare centers. Based on these results, we therefore seek to re-establish the role of the welfare centers reflecting the needs of the local residents, and to propose ways to enhance social welfare locally and improve the quality of life of the residents.

독거노인 가족봉사단 연계프로그램을 통한 삶의 만족도 및 우울감 효과성 검증에 관한 연구 : M종합사회복지관 프로그램 한울타리 한가족을 중심으로

현대사회에서 노인 인구의 증가율은 사회적으로 많은 문제에 봉착하게 하였으며, 다양한 형태의 핵가족화의 진행으로 노인들이 가족 안에서 충분한 정서적 지지나 보호를 받지 못하는 상태가 되면서 독거노인들에 대한 문제도 제기되고 있다. 독거노인들은 흔히 빈곤, 고독, 우울, 노인학대, 사회적 관계망구축의 어려움으로 인한 사회적 관계의 단절 등 가족과의 동거 노안들보다 복잡한 형태의 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 특히 독거노인들의 관계단절로 인한 우울과 삶의 만족도는 일반 노인들보다 더 큰 문제가 있으며, 이 둘의 상관관계도 유의미한 결과를 가지고 있음을 문헌 고찰을 통하여 확인할 수 있었다. 지역 내 독거노인의 분포가 높은 서울 N구에 위치한 M종합사회복지관은 고령화 사회의 독거노인들의 이러한 다양한 문제 중 지역사회 내에서 지역주민들의 사회적 지지가 독거노인의 우울감이나 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 주목하게 되었다. 2018년부터 2019년까지 총 21회기에 걸쳐 지역 내 가족봉사단을 독거노인과 연계해 가족연계 활동 즉, 사회적 지지 활동을 개입하였을 때 사전·사후 검사를 통하여 독거노인들의 우울과 삶의 만족도에 대한 변화도를 측정하였다. 측정 결과 한국노인우울 검사에서는 사회적 관심과 활동 저하, 인지기능 저하, 정서적 불편감, 비판적 사고 및 불행감에서도 유의한 차이를 보였다. 반면, 신체적 약화 및 기력쇠퇴의 하위영역에 관한 변화는 크게 차이가 없는 것으로 확인하였다. 또한, 노인의 삶의 만족도에 있어 비모수 검정 대응표본 T-test를 실시한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 전체적으로 삶의 만족도가 프로그램 참여를 통해 증가한 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 향후 고령화 사회에서 독거노인의 수는 더욱 증가할 전망이며, 그들의 우울과 삶의 만족도, 사회적 관계망 구축 및 사회적 지지에 대한 적극적인 대안 모색이 필요하다고 사료 되는 바이다. In modern society, the rate of increase in the elderly population had become socialized into a number of problems, and due to the progress of nuclear familyization in various forms, the elderly have not been able to receive adequate emotional support and protection, and problems have been raised for elderly people who live alone. Single elderly people were often faced with more complex forms of problems, such as poverty, loneliness, depression, elder abuse, and the severance of social relations due to difficulties in building social networks. In particular, the degree of depression and satisfaction of life due to the separation of the relationship among the elderly living alone was larger than that of the average elderly, and the correlation between the two had a meaningful result. M Community Welfare Center located in Nowon- gu, Seoul, where there were many elderly si ngle residents in the area, h ad begun to pay attention to the social support of the residents in the community, which has an impact on the depression and well- being of the elderly single residents. From 2018 to 2019, when a total of 21 family volunteering sessions in the community, working from the elderly people who live alone. Intervened in social support activities, with the elderly, the degree of change in the depression and satisfaction of living of the elderly single-person was measured through prior and post-examination. The results showed significant differences in social interest and activity, cognitive function, emotional inconvenience, critical thinking and unhappiness. On the other hand, it was confirmed that the change in the lower areas of phys ical weakness and depression wasn t changed significantly. Also, as a result of performing the non - parametor test corresponding sample T-test in the life satisfaction level of the elderly person, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference, and it was observed that the overall life satisfaction level increased due to the participation in the program. The number of elderly people living alone in an aging society is expected to increase further in the future, and it is thought that it is necessary to seek an alternative for the mitigation of their depression, the advance of satisfaction of life, the establishment of social networks, and social support.

아동학대 현황과 대책

본 논문은 개정아동복지법 시행과 더불어 최근 쟁점이 되고 있는 아동보호사업의 활성화를 위한 아동보호전문기관과 행정기관간의 효과적인 협력증진 노력들을 살펴보고 있다. 아동보호전문기관이 아동보호의 기능을 효과적으로 수행해 나가기 위해서는 행정기관을 포함한 관련기관과의 Team approach가 필수적이며, 행정기관과 함께 아동보호 서비스를 제공하고 서비스 연계의 방안을 모색하여 장기적인 계획하에 아동학대가 근절될 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다.
