터보프롭 항공기는 대개 400 nm 이하의 단거리용으로 이용되고 있다. 항공기 운용에 소요되는 비용 COC에는 연료비, 승무원비용, 이착륙비용, 공항사용료 등으로 구성이 되는데, 단거리 운항에서는 연료비가 차지 하는 비중이 COC의 50% 수준이다. 따라서 고유가가 지속됨에 따라서 연료소모율이 낮은 터보프롭 항공기가 항공기 시장에서 지속적으로 관심을 받고 있다. 터보프롭 시장을 양분하고 있는 ATR과 Bombardier는 90석급 터보프롭 항공기에 대한 계획은 발표하였으나 착수 시점에 대해서는 명확하게 의사 표명을 하지 않고 있다. 하지만 시장요구에 따라서 90석급 터보프롭 항공기에 적용 가능한 5,000마력 이상의 차세대 터보프롭 엔진 개발을 착수하기 위하여 각 엔진사가 노력 중이다. 본 문서에서는 중형급 터보프롭 항공기의 시장 동향과 각 엔진사에서 준비 중인 차세대 터보프롭 엔진의 개발 동향에 대해서 조사하여 정리하였다. The turboprop aircraft has been generally used for a short distance flight below 400 nm. The COC(Cash Operating Cost) that means the cost required for an airplane operation is composed of fuel cost, crew cost, landing fee, ground-handling fee etc. The fuel cost on the short distance flight is approximately half of the total COC. Therefore, recently airline companies take an interest in the regional turboprop aircraft as the high fuel cost is sustained. Major turboprop manufacturers, Bombardier and ATR, that have contemplated launching a 90-seat aircraft, have not announced any detailed plan of a 90-seat aircraft. However, Engine companies, specially P&WC and GE, are preparing the 5,000 shp class next generation turboprop engine and trying to fine launching customer. In this paper, we surveyed the market trend of regional turboprop aircraft and the development trend of turboprop engine for this aircraft.
요양보호사의 직무 스트레스, 직무환경특성이 이직 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 장기요양시설에 근무하는 요양보호사의 직무 스트레스와 직무환경특성이 요양보호사의 이직 의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여, 서울특별시 양천구 등 5개 구에 소재하는 노인요양시설 및 재가시설에 근무하는 요양보호사 200명을 SPSS V. 25.0으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인요양시설 요양보호사의 개인적 특성에 따른 직무 스트레스의 차이는 소득에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 반면에 성별, 학력, 연령, 종교, 결혼에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 직무환경은 직무 스트레스를 받으면, 근무경력이 많을수록 이직 의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무 스트레스에서 대인관계, 역할부담, 조직체계의 순으로 이직 의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of job stress and work environment characteristics of caregivers working in the long-term care facilities on their turnover intentions.The survey was conducted of 230 caregivers working at elderly care facilities and home care facilities in Yangcheon-gu, Gangseo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Eunpyeong-gu, Seodaemun-gu from May 10, 2020 to June 10, 2020 to collect data for the research. Excluding the 30 respondents who marked the same number for the entire survey or responded unfaithfully, the result of the analysis of the 200 caregivers who responded to the survey faithfully with SPSS v 25.0 are as follows.First, there was a significant difference in job stress level depending on the individual characteristics based on the caregiver’s income. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in job stress level based on the gender, academic background, age, religion, or marriage status. The amount of job stress level depending on the work environment characteristics showed significant differences based on the work experience, working hours, and motivation, but not based on the job positions. Second, the turnover intentions based on individual characteristics resulted from significant differences in income level. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in turnover intentions based on the gender, age, academic background, religion, or marriage status. The turnover intentions according to the characteristics of the work environment showed significant differences in work experience, working hours, and motivation. However, there were no significant differences in turnover intentions based on the job positions.

The Canard rotor/wing (CRW) aircraft concepts offer great potential for application by allowing the use of a common propulsion system for high-speed cruise and low-speed powered lift. Using the rotor for lift in both flight modes increases its utility. In the hovering mode, the exhausted gas from an gas turbine engine is accelerated through the duct system and it provides the tipjet power for rotor system enough to lift the aircraft. In the cruise mode, the rotor is fixed and the exhausted gas is extracted through the main nozzle, such that the aircraft is able to flight with high speed.<br/> The duct system was designed using 1-D fanno line flow theory and empirical data. However, the empirical data of the pressure loss coefficient for various bending and dividing ducts were not enough to design our duct system adaptively. Therefore, using 3-D CFD analysis we obtained the pressure loss coefficient for our duct models and chose the appropriate bending or diving duct type. In this paper, we used the CFD-ACE+ software package for the CFD analysis and the modeling of duct system. Through the 3-D CFD analysis, we investigated also the pressure loss and the velocity distributions of the designed whole duct system as well as the blade duct. Comparing the 3-D CFD result with 1-D analysis result, we lessened the uncertainty of the designed duct system and speculated the problem that was not concerned in design state.

Recently strong interest is focused on unmanned vehicles as like drone (small UAV), autonomous vehicle, and HALE(high altitude long endurance aircraft). A few years ago, unmanned vehicle was considered only for military usage. But depending on technical development and increase of various market need, commercial market demand is increasing dramatically. In this paper, we investigated the market demand of unmanned vehicle which is operated on the ground and marine as well as sky. Furthermore, we performed the market forecast during next 15 years and tried to show our advancing direction of technical development.
