This study focuses on the reliability of flight aptitude screening test that is used as a tool to identity flight aptitude of pilots. The population tool of this study are pilots who completed pilot training in recent five years. First, the flight aptitude screening test significantly contributed to the prediction of pilot training. Second, we suggested that it is possible to increase the lower bound of the test for decision on disqualification. Third, this study suggested an improvement to increase reliability of the test based on the confidence interval of each mean from the five components.

무용 열정과 정체성, 과제관여의 인과적 관계 및 모형 안정성 검증

This study investigated the mediating role of identity in the relationship between passion and task engagement among dance students. Participants were 457 female university students. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and multi-group analysis were conducted. Results of structural equation modeling indicated that Passion for dance and identity explained approximately 40% of the variance of task engagement. Identity partially mediated the relationships between harmonious passion and task engagement. In contrast, Identity fully mediated the relationships between obsessive passion for dance and task engagement. Results of multi-group analyses indicated that the form of structural model, structural covariance, and structural residuals across two groups were invariant, but structural weights were variant. The Findings show that students high in obsessive passion for dance may experience more identity and greater task engagement than students with harmonious passion.

현대무용<균형의 조건>작품분석 : “Performing Body” 개념 적용

Practice-based Research` emerged recently in the field of performing arts focusing on the creator`s perspective. The dance work <Condition of Balance>, directly produced and choreographed by me and performed in 2009, is analyzed in this study on that basis. The concept of ‘Performing Body’ by choreographer and dancer was set as the center concept in this study of the work. I described how performances have been created as a result of the methods described above by self-report narrative research methods. In addition, I discuss what can be suggested from the view of a choreographer and researcher through a self-reflective look. Thus, overview of the work, choreographer`s intention, and results of interrelation between choreographer and dancers are consecutively suggested for an analysis of the work in this study.

본 연구는 조종적성을 판별하는 지필지각검사의 신뢰성 분석에 초점을 두고 있다. 최근 5년 간 비행훈련에 입과하여 훈련을 종료한 전체자원을 분석대상으로 하여 지필지각검사의 신뢰성을 분석하였다. 첫째, 지필지각검사는 비행훈련 수료자 예측에 유의미하게 기여하였다. 둘째, 조종적성 부적격을 판단하는 지필지각검사 최저기준점수는 상향조정이 가능함을 제안하였다. 셋째, 지필지각검사의 5개 항목별 평균점수의 신뢰구간을 산출하여 이 결과를 기준으로 향후 검사지의 신뢰성을 증대 시킬 수 있는 개선방안을 제안하였다. 동정(動靜) 문제(問題)에 관한 주자(朱子)의 사상적 특성

在本文旣要査考在理氣論, 心性論, 和工夫論中提出的對「動靜」問題的朱子見解, 又要闡明朱子思想體系的整合性. 朱子明確地定義了動靜的槪念是無論理氣論, 心性論, 和工夫論, 基本上都不能脫離對待關系. 雖然這樣, 他却在理氣論上把「靜」和「動」各屬在太極「理」的「體」和「用」, 在心性論上把「靜」和「用」各屬在心的「體」和「用」, 在工夫論上批評了道家和佛家的修行論偏在「靜」, 同時倡議了學習「敬」. 可是他的最重要的見解就是只有「靜」才是修行論根本的. 對動靜問題的朱子見解提供了論爭的餘地, 就是動靜槪念脫離對待關系. 朱子把動靜的槪念分成兩個槪念範疇. 一個是在一般的事物內對待關系的槪念範疇, 一個是在道德方面上「靜」和「動」各屬在「體」和「yong」的槪念範疇. 因爲他在不同的觀點上對「動靜」這一個字賦予了不同的意思, 所以發生了這個問題. 對這樣的朱子見解的兩面性, 斷定他犯了邏輯錯誤, 還是要了解對動靜槪念的觀點問題. 關於動靜問題, 通過掌握「對待關系」觀點和「體用關系」觀點, 會精通了理氣論, 心性論和工夫論, 會建立了具有邏輯的整合性的完成的思想體系.
