Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of emotional labor on burnout, turnover intention, and job satisfaction. Methods: Dental hygienists were surveyed over a period of 13 days during March, 2013. Data from the completed questionnaires (N=202) were analyzed using the t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson`s correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Higher levels of emotional labor resulted in higher levels of burnout and turnover intention, as well as lower levels of job satisfaction. The variable showing the largest mediating effect between emotional labor and burnout was emotional intelligence. Supervisor support had the largest mediating effect between emotional labor and turnover intention, as well as emotional labor and job satisfaction. Conclusions: It is known that emotional labor has negative effects on burnout, turnover intention, and job satisfaction. To reduce the negative effects caused by emotional labor, it is necessary to foster the development of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy of employees. Employers` efforts to improve supervisor and colleague support for the employees should be made to reduce such negative effects.
부산광역시 낙동강 생태공원의 귀화식물상과 특성 -을숙도생태공원, 맥도생태공원, 삼락생태공원을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was conducted in order to provide the necessary basic data, to establish management solutions and to improve biodiversity by calculating similarity index, urbanization index (UI), and disturbed index (DI) to understand current status of naturalized and invasive alien plants in Eulsukdo, Maekdo and Samnak ecological parks in Busan, South Korea. The numbers of naturalized plants identified in these parks were 76 taxa; 20 families, 53 genera, and 76 species. As a result of the similarity index analysis, the most similarity level (83.0%) was obtained at Eulsukdo and Maekdo parks. The numbers of invasive plants identified in the two parks were 11 taxa; Rumex acetosella L., Sicyos angulatus L., Solanum carolinense L., Ambrosia artemisiifolia L., Ambrosia trifida L., Hypochaeris radicata L., Lactuca serriola L., Solidago altissima L., Symphyotrichum pilosum (Willd.) G.L.Nesom, Paspalum distichum L., and Humulus scandens (Lour.) Merr. Overall, UI and DI were 28.6% and 66.7%, respectively, indicating that the ecosystem disruption was serious.
Pichia anomala JK04와 Saccharomyces cerevisiae Fermivin 혼합발효에 의한 캠벨얼리 와인과 아로니아 와인의 블렌딩 효과

본 연구는 국산 캠벨얼리 와인의 주질 개선과 기능성 향상을 위해 캠벨얼리 뿐만 아니라 안토시아닌과 폴리페놀 성분이 풍부하여 항산화능이 우수하다고 알려진 아로니아를 이용하여 상업용 효모인 S. cerevisiae Fermivin과 향미증진능을 지닌 P. anomala JK04를 각각 단독 또는 5:5(v/v)의 비율로 혼합발효한 후 블렌딩하는 실험을 진행하였다. 최적 블렌딩 비율을 정하기 위하여 예비실험으로 캠벨얼리 와인에 아로니아 와인을 각각 5, 10, 20%(v/v) 첨가하여 항산화능과 관능검사를 실시하였으며, 실험 결과를 바탕으로 캠벨얼리 와인과 아로니아 와인의 블렌딩 비율을 9:1(v/v)로 설정하였다. P. anomala JK04로 단독발효한 캠벨얼리 와인은 낮은 알코올 함량으로 인해 블렌딩에서 제외하였고, 나머지는 발효에 이용된 균주에 따라 블렌딩하였다. 블렌딩와인의 기능성을 평가하기 위하여 총 안토시아닌 함량, DPPH 라디칼 소거능, 총 페놀성 화합물 함량 분석을 진행하였으며, 모든 블렌딩와인에서 대조구인 S. cerevisiae로 단독발효한 캠벨얼리보다 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 블렌딩와인의 유리당 분석 결과에서는 P. anomala JK04로 단독발효한 아로니아 와인을 첨가한 시험구(A,D)에서 glucose와 fructose 같은 잔당이 남아있는 것을 확인하였으며, 유기산 분석 결과에서는 상기 두 시험구에서 특히 malic acid 함량이 높게 측정되었다. 블렌딩와인의 외관적 품질을 검사하기 위해 색도, 휘발성 향기성분, 관능검사가 수행되었으며, P. anomala JK04를 사용 여부에 따라 A, B, C와 D, E, F 순으로 hue와 intensity 값이 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한 Hunter's color value에서는 아로니아 와인의 첨가가 와인의 a value와 b value를 증가시키는 경향을 나타내었다. 휘발성 향기성분분석에서는 P. anomala JK04의 사용이 와인에 부정적인 성분인 aldehyde와 acid 함량이 소폭 증가시키긴 하였지만, 중요한 향기성분은 ester 화합물의 함량이 큰 폭으로 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 관능검사 결과에서는 P. anomala JK04로 단독발효한 아로니아 와인을 사용한 시험구(A,D)에서 색, 맛, 신맛, 전반적인 기호도에서 다른 시험구보다 높은 점수를 받았으며, 향기 항목에서는 모든 블렌딩와인이 대조구보다 높은 점수를 받았다. 본 연구에서는 캠벨얼리 와인에 아로니아 와인을 블렌딩하여 기능성을 증가시켰으며, S. cerevisiae Fermivin과 P. anomala JK04를 혼합발효하여 향기성분의 증가 및 관능적 품질이 향상됨을 확인하였다. To improve functionality and palatability of Korean Campbell Early wine. Campbell Early and aronia were fermented by either individually or at 5:5 (v/v) mixed culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Fermivin and Pichia anomala JK04. Blending was carried out using those two wines with different mixing ratio. Antioxidant activity analysis and sensory evaluation of blending wines were conducted. The Campbell Early wine and aronia wine blended with 9:1 (v/v) ratio showed excellent antioxidant activity and sensory scores. Total anthocyanin compound, DPPH radical scavenging activity and total phenolic compound of blending wines were higher than those of Campbell Early wine (control). Hue and intensity values increased in the order of A, B, C and D, E, F depending on P. anomala JK04 use. Anonia wine contributed the increase in a and b values of blending wine. Although blending wines fermented by P. anomala JK04 increased small amounts of aldehyde and acid compound, ester compound, the most important factor for wine aroma was also increased sharply. Adding aronia wine fermented by single culture of P. anomala JK04 (A, D) got higher color, taste, sourness and overall preference scores than other wines in the sensory evaluation. All of blending wines showed higher flavor scores than control did. This research shows a possibility of blending and utilizing non-Saccharomyces yeast for Korean wine industry.

4차 산업혁명에 힘입어 가상현실에 대한 관심이 높아지고 VR기기들의 많은 발전이 이루어졌다. 이러한 기기들 중 모션 시뮬레이터는 가상현실의 실재감 향상에 많은 기여를 한다. 본 논문에서는 모션 시뮬레이터와 VR콘텐츠의 효율적인 연동을 위해 기존 시뮬레이터와 제어 방식의 사례에 대해 분석하고, VR콘텐츠 내의 모션 제어 요소를 추출하여 크게 4가지로 분류하였다. 이러한 사전 연구를 바탕으로 본 논문은 VR콘텐츠 제작 시 보다 효율적으로 콘텐츠와 시뮬레이터를 연동할 수 있도록 돕는 모듈형 모션 제어 방식을 제안한다. Thanks to the 4th Industrial Revolution, interest in virtual reality increased and many improvements of VR devices were made. Among the VR devices, the simulator plays an important role in improving the real feeling of virtual presence. In this paper, we analyze the case of existing simulator and control method for efficient interlocking of motion simulator and VR contents, and classify motion control elements in VR contents into four types. Based on this preliminary study, this paper proposes a modular motion control method to help the contents and simulator work more effectively in the production of VR contents.
제로에너지건물 사례를 통한 부하매칭율 및 건물과 계통간의 송·수전량 변동성 분석

Zero energy buildings apply energy efficiency measures and renewable energy systems to maintain a zero energy consumption balance over a specific time. Renewable energy systems installed in zero energy buildings produce energy to cover their energy demand, and the surplus energy can be transmitted to the grid. Conversely, the building can receive power from the grid when the energy consumption is greater than the energy production. However, the greater fluctuation of transmitted and received power in the transfer process results in lower grid stability. Therefore, for zero energy buildings, it is necessary to evaluate the load matching rate and power transmission between the building and the grid. However, in the case of zero-energy building certification in Korea, it is impossible to evaluate the load matching rate because it only considers the building’s annual energy consumption and production volume. This study investigated the energy balance of a zero energy building-certified case in terms of load matching and grid interaction evaluation indicators. Based on the results, the Load Cover Factors (LCF) analyzed at intervals of 10 minutes, 1 day, and one month were 0.421, 0.929, and 0.996, and, correspondingly, the Supply Cover Factors (SCF) were 0.228, 0.544, and 0.536 under the same analysis conditions. In addition, the variabilities of the amount of transmitted and received power were confirmed to be 0.203, 0.286, and 0.305, respectively.

Recently, due to abnormal climate phenomena caused by greenhouse gas, flood damage such as local torrential rain has been emerging in Korea. Accordingly, there is a growing need for porous blocks capable of permeability in concrete, but there are limitations in commercialization due to problems such as high unit weight and flexural strength development limitations. This study investigates the unit weight and strength properties of porous blocks using bottom ash as an alternative to aggregate as part of a study to improve the light weight of porous blocks.
