서비스 디자인 프로세스 체계화 과정 연구

최근의 디자인 경향은 과거 기술 지향적 혹은 공급자 중심시장에서 벗어나 고객 지향 수요자 중심시장으로의 패러다임으로 변화되었으며 이러한 변화의 속성의 중심에 서비스영역이 자리하고 있다. 이런 의미에서 서비스를 디자인한다는 것은 단순히 마케팅 요소로서 디자인을 서비스에 이용한다는 단순한 의미가 아니라 미래의 성장 동력으로서 서비스의 영역을 확장시키는데 디자인이 주요한 역할을 수행한다는 것을 의미한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서비스 디자인 프로세스영역에 대한 진행과정에 대한 정립을 통해 초기 서비스디자인 프로세스 경험자들에게 리서치와 아이디어 전개과정을 혼동 없이 이해하고 진행할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 또한 구조적 시각적 가이드 제안을 통해 효율적인 진행을 할 수 있도록 돕는 것에 목표가 있다. 서비스 디자인 프로세스 단계 중 본 연구에서는 조사(Research)-분석(Analysis)단계의 과정을 다루기로 한다. 조직화 과정에서 세부항목을 Initiate(초기계획 도입) - Create(창조) - Select(선택) - Define(정의)4단계로 나누어 진행한다. 그리고 시각화 과정에서는 순차적으로 리서치(Research) > 이해관계자(Stakeholder)구성맵 > 여정맵(Journey map) > 블루프린트(Blueprint)도출의 메인카테고리를 가지고 가장 대표적인 정보 시각화 방법인 다이어그램방식을 응용하여 진행된다. 이러한 프로세스의 가이드활용을 통해 초기 경험자들의 숙련도를 높이고 그것을 통해 점차 세분화 전문화된 서비스 디자인 프로세스 보급의 활성화에 기여하고자 함이다. Recent design trends away from technology-driven or provider-driven market consumer-driven market has been transformed into a paradigm. This shift in the service area is the center of the property is located. This means that the service in the design not simply as a marketing element to the design service is available it means that it extends the service area as the changed future power for growth and the design performs the important role. In this study efficient process with a structured and visual guide to offer help that is the goal. That means service design process for the region to increase understanding through the process established experienced in the design process for the initial services of research and ideas to understand the deployment process allowing you to proceed without confusion. In this study service design process during deals with Steps Research-Analysis. The process of organizing four phases(Initiate - Create - Select - Define) are in progress. And the visualization process with the sequential category((Research > Stakeholder map > Journey map > Blueprint) information the most representative way of visualizing how the application diagram is to proceed. This process initially experienced through the use of a guide to increase their proficiency with its divided and specialized to enable the dissemination of the services design process.

범죄예방디자인(CPTED)개념을 적용한 UX 디자인에 관한 연구

현재 국내의 여성운전자 비율은 전체의 39% 이며, 그 비율은 점점 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 여성운전자의 증가와 함께 여성운전자를 대상으로 하는 범죄 또한 증가하고 있다. 이는 여성 운전자가 상대적으로 연약하며, 자동차라는 공간적 제약으로 신고가 어렵고 도주가 쉽다는 이유 때문이라고 한다. 최근에 이처럼 늘어나는 범죄에 대응하며 범죄예방디자인(CPTED)이 주목받고 있다. 건축에서 시작한 이 개념은 현재 제품디자인 등 디자인 전반으로 확대되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 시대적 배경을 바탕으로 여성운전자를 위한 범죄예방디자인개념을 적용한 차량용 네비게이션 UX 디자인을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌조사방법과 사용자조사방법(FGI) 을 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 문헌조사를 통해 이론적 배경을 알아본 후 사용자조사를 위해 FGI를 실시하였으며, FGI 분석 결과를 바탕으로 UX 디자인 컨셉을 설정하였다. 설정된 컨셉은 여성 운전자를 대상으로 주행 전, 주행 중, 주차 중 3가지 운전 상황에 따른 범죄 경고 및 대응을 설정 하였으며,비명소리(AUI) 및 제스처(Gesture) UI등 다양한 인터랙션을 적용하였다. 최종적으로 이러한 디자인 컨셉을 바탕으로 와이어 프레임 프로토타입(Prototype)을 작성하였다. 본 연구는 범죄예방디자인의 개념을 UX 디자인과 융합하였다는데 그 의의가 있으며, 향후 연구에서는 자동차가 위치하는 환경까지 고려한 UX 디자인에 대한 연구가 뒤따라야 할 것이라고 생각한다. For such a this reason, the CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) is getting attention lately. The idea of trouble and accident prevention is expanding from construction design to product design and so on now. In this paper, a car navigation UX design prototype for woman is proposed by applying the concept of the CPTED. To this end, the literature and user survey like focus group interview was conducted. The UX design concept is based on the results of the consumers directly investigate. The main feature is a warning and action of the offense according to three different driving situations (before driving or preparing driving, driving, after driving or parking) for lady. In addition, the notion of woman safeguard interface is applied a variety interaction like auditory and gesture. Finally it creates a wire frame prototype based on the core UX design concept. The importance of this study is the convergence of UX design and CPTED. In the future next research, it needs to be considered for the automotive surrounding.

3R기반 친환경 디자인 평가 체계연구 : 플라스틱 제품 중심으로

20세기 후반 들어 전반적으로 환경과 웰빙에 대한 관심도가 높아지면서 기업 또한 친환경 컨셉의 제품과 친환경소재의 개발에 점차 박차를 가하지 않을 수 없는 상황이 되었다. 친환경에 대한 인식은 각종 규제에서 더욱 강력한 제재와 관련 법안을 통해 그 영향력을 발휘할것이며 일종의 무역장벽으로도 활용될 조짐도 보이고 있는 실정이다. 이에 기업 스스로 친환경정책에 대한 체계적인 수립이 필요하게 되었으며 제품생산에 있어 제조단계에서 폐기단계까지 고려한 제조 및 생산방식의 가이드라인 구축이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 제조과정 중에서도 플라스틱소재를 사용하는 제품표 면처리와 가공 제작방식 등의 친환경 평가를 체계화 하여 친환경 디자인 평가에 관한 가이드라인 구축에 관해 제안하고자 한다. 가이드라인은 크게 3번에 걸친 총체적 평가가 이루어지며 1차 평가 시 5가지의 평가항목으로 구성된 총 21문항의 평가와 2차평가 시 경제성과 기능성 그리고 조형성의 항목아래 12가지의 평가단계를 거쳐 최종적으로 평가항목의 수치화를 통한 비교를 통해 평가가이드를 구성하였다. 이와 같은 연구의 근본적인 목적은 좁게는 해당기업이 환경성의 개선을 위한 평가가이드를 통해 세부 디자인과 제조공정 및 후가공 공정의 개선이 가능함을 알리는 것에 있으며 크게는 이러한 기업의 성과가 국내는 물론 해외의 환경규제 대응에 경쟁력을 가지게 함으로서 규제로 발생 가능한 리스크를 줄이고 나아가 제품의 경쟁력을 가지도록 하는 것에 목표가 있다. At the turn of late 20th century the recognition change of enterprises began toward eco-friendliness from development of production method as consumers became interested in environment and wellbeing along with the concern about resources depletion and environmental disruption. As a result of recognition change enterprises have made an effort to develop eco - friendly materials and products. Therefore it is necessary that enterprises should establish policy and guideline of production method that considers eco friendliness to give a good image as eco-friendly enterprises to consumers and take the advantageous position. This study aims to propose establishment of guideline about evaluation of eco-friendly design by systematizing evaluation of processing and manufacturing of products that use plastic materials in manufacturing process. This study is to minimize the use of environmentally harmful resources and to seek recycling of resources and alternative use by evaluating eco friendliness of products at the stage of product planning and manufacturing. The goal of this study is not only to inform enterprises of the possibility of improving detailed design manufacturing process and post-process through evaluation guideline for environmental improvement but also to give product competitiveness to enterprises by appropriately coping with environmental regulation home and abroad through improvement of evaluation of eco-friendly design

한국 민속도구를 통한 디자인 문화의 발견

Folklore tool is very important resource in modern design. Because it has been refined beautiful form and usage through a few generation like a biological process of nature. Even though its important, it has been less researched compare with traditional Fine Arts and Ornamental Crafts. In this study, we researched and analyzed our identity of design culture about folklore tools of Korea era because it is nearest era from nowadays. As a result of this study, spirit of nature union and synthetic spirit influenced to the esthetic sense of our ancestor. So, all of our traditional folklore tools has a heathy looking and natural beauty. Also, they have esthetic sense of simplicity and naivety with base of use. I hope that this study will be basic data to make identity of our traditional design culture and develope new national culture.

디자인 씽킹 방법론 융합 유아용 칫솔 제품디자인 개발에 관한 연구

최근 구강건강에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 실태조사결과 아동 치아우식증은 감소추세이긴 하나 경제협력개발기구(OECD) 평균보다는 많은 것으로 나타났다. 아이들의 경우 구강건강이 나빠지면 영양공급의 어려움과 정신건강의 악영향이 예상되기 때문에 올바른 양치질을 통해 이와 같은 문제해결이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 올바른 양치질을 위한 유아용 칫솔 제품디자인 제안을 그 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해서 디자인 씽킹(Design Thinking) 프로세스 4단계를 융합하였다. 연구자는 1단계(발견, Discover)에서는 시장조사와 사용자 조사를 진행하였다. 2단계(정의, Define)에서는 사용자 조사 결과분석을 위해서 4W1H 프레임워크를 작성하여 아이데이션 워크샵을 진행하였다. 그 다음 3단계(발전, Develop)에서는 제품디자인 컨셉을 도출하고 이를 기반으로 아이디어 스케치와 1차 3D 모델링/렌더링을 하였다. 마지막 4단계 과정에서는 3단계 결과물에 대한 전문가 평가를 진행하였다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 2차 3D 모델링/렌더링을 실시, 제품의 실제적인 구조 및 설계에 맞는 내부 실장성을 검토한 설계데이터를 바탕으로 최종 디자인 시안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 조사결과를 바탕으로 3분 양치질을 알려주는 타이머 장착을 제품디자인 콘셉트로 잡았고, 여러 해결방안 중에서 진동을 이용한 시안을 최종적으로 선정하였다. 이와 같은 연구는 디자인씽킹 방법론 융합을 통해 사용자 중심 디자인 개발에 도움을 주었고, 이해관계자 참여를 통해 사용자 조사의 어려움 해결하였으며, 관련 연구의 새로운 가능성 제시했다는 의의를 지니고 있다. Interest in oral health has increased recently. However, as a result of surveys, the number of children"s tooth decay has declined, still it is higher than the OECD average. If children have bad oral health, it is expected to have difficulty in nutrition and adverse effects of mental health. Therefore, this study aims to propose design of children toothbrush product for correct tooth brushing. To accomplish this, we fused four stages of the design thinking process. In the first phase (Discover), the researchers conducted market research and user research. In Phase 2 (Define), the 4W1H framework was created to analyze the results of the user survey and the identity workshop was conducted. In the next three steps (development), we derived product design concept and based on it, sketched idea and primary 3D modeling / rendering. In the last four steps, the expert evaluation was performed on the results of the third stage. Based on this, the final design draft was presented through the second stage 3D modeling / rendering through the internal implementation review. In this study, based on the results of the user survey, a timer design for 3-minute brushing was adopted as a product design concept, and vibration was finally selected among the various solutions. This research has helped user - centered design development through the convergence of design - thinking methodology. Also it is solved the difficulty of user research through participation of stakeholders, and implied that it presented new possibility of related research.

디자인활용을 위한 한국인과 미국인의 기본 인체치수 비교 연구

Ergonomic design standards are needed for good products to make more comfortable and fitness for domestic and abroad users.So user`s physical character, age, gender, means of work should be presented to develop proper design. However, this kind of ergonomic data is fairly out of date and still very little data is available with correlation of product. In this study, we have analyzed and compared anthropometry difference in two race from previous Korean and American anthropometry data. For this, we have selected basic anthropometric dimensions which need to design product, automobile, office chair, living space and working area, as well as compare difference in two race by using a checklist. As a result of this study, we have found American is higher than Korean in elbow height. This data will be used to decide the standards of height for kitchen sink, lavatory and working table. American is also higher than Korean in popliteal height, this data will be used to decide the standards of height for chair and automobile seat. Also, other detail data of analysis were suggested in the thesis. In conclusion, this kind of data will be very important in the database because it provides design standards to fit user`s body types for various export goods.
