In environment for excessive competition for entrance exams, the high school students do not touch the interesting issues or concepts in mathematics and has been devoted to problem-solving. To resolve this situation, club activities and after-school programs that provide various types of training programs outside the regular curriculum are operated at schools. This paper, according to this trend, to develop teaching and learning materials that can be applied to the club activities and after-school program, allow students to bring several effects. John Machin first computed 100 decimal digits of π in 1706 using his arctangent identity. The existence of this identity is closely related to equations over the Gaussian integers. The existence of single-angle identities has several applications to geometry. For instance, this leads to a very simple and intuitive proof that if the side lengths of a triangle form a Pythagorean triple, then its acute angles have irrational degree measures. Ultimately, theorems and facts in this teaching and learning materials let students feel the variety of mathematics, improve logical reasoning and problem-solving, and are expected to bring positive effect for students to know the meaning of mathematics.

우리나라는 2000년도에 노인인구비율 72%의 고령화 사회에 진입된이래 세계에서 가장 빠른 속도로 고령사회에 진입되고 있고(프랑스 114년, 미국 79년, 일본 25년, 한국 19년 예상) 이에 따른 정책적, 전문적 대책 마련이 시급한 상화에서 금번 명지대학교 사회과학연구소와 명지대학교 대학원 사회복지연구소가 공동주최하여 고령사회에 대한 노인복지정책 학술대회를 개최하게 된 것은 시기 적절한 주제와 연구토론으로 높이 평가하오며, 토론에 앞서 학술대회에 함께 참여하게 된 것을 노인복지동역자로써 깊은 감사를 드립니다.

본 연구의 목적은 입법청원된 많은 쟁점 중 명칭과 수발서비스 전문인력 구축방안으로, 한국과 일본 그리고 OECD 국가 일부의 수발서비스 인력 현황을 비교 고찰하고 입법청원된 정부 법안과 국회의원 6명의 법안을 비교 연구한 결과 첫째 법명은 “요양”이 아닌 “수발”로 제안하며 둘째 수발서비스 인력안을 ①수발관리사(케어매니져), ②수발사회복지사, ③수발보호사 등, 3체계하여 업무 역할에 구분을 명확히 하고 교육과정과 자격요건 등을 표준화 하였다. 또한, 수발인력의 서비스의 질 유지와 교육 및 과목 표준화, 그리고 교육 강사들의 자질검증 절차 등의 필요에 따라 수발인력 관리협회를 별도의 법인으로 구축하여 노인복지법 비전문서비스 인력에서 노인수발보험법 서비스 인력의 전문화를 기하도록 하는 제안을 함. 기대효과로는 전문수발사회복지사제도로 보완하며, 서비스 차별성을 부각시키고 서비스의 질 향상을 기하여 이용대상노인과 가족의 욕구에 상응한 서비스 질을 향상키시고 수발인력의 취업장의 기회제공으로 취업욕구를 가진 수발사회복지사를 2010년까지 2만여명이 수요가 발생할 것으로 국가경쟁력 증강 및 취업의 양극화 해소의 기대효과를 창출해 낸다는 결론이다.

The purpose of this study is for designation and establishment of specialty personnel, which is one of points in dispute. The status of specialty personnel in Korea, Japan, and some countries in OECD member is compared and studied. From the comparing and studying of the government proposal and 6 bills from congress, the reason for the title of "long term care" not "nursing" is expected to correspond the purpose of bill and domestic economic and social circumstances. Secondly, the long term care service personnel is classified in 3 group; ①care manager, ②care worker, and ③helper. The role is clearly specified, and the education procedure and condition is standardized. Also it aims for enhancing the quality of service for customer satisfaction. From the need of maintaining service quality, standardization of learning course, and qualification screening of teaching personnel, the establishment of separate corporation for managing caring personnel is recommended to specialize the non-specialty personnel.The following effect is expected; ① Through the change of man power structure in aged person welfare service, specialty social worker for long term care is supplemented, the service is differentiated, and the quality of service is improved to meet the expectation of family and aged person, ② As the secondary goal with the introduction of this system, it will offer the hiring opportunity to lady in middle class, and it is anticipated to give 60 thousand workplace. Before enactment of bill, the university produced 4 thousand personnel as care worker yearly. Till 2010, 20 thousand personnel is demanded as caring social worker, and the increment of competing power in the nation and the extremities among jobs is solved. It will supply the workplace to lady in middle class and young person to solve the extremities in job market and enhance the competing power of the nation. The relation of caring social worker system is looking forward to.
