The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of service quality of rural tourism village on perceived value and behavioral intention of tourists. Currently, there are many difficulties due to population problems in the rural areas. It is a rural tourism experience program to strategically plan various policies for the revitalization of rural areas. Most of the articles related to experience of rural villages have a lot of research on the resource of rural nature. Although there are a lot of researches related to the management subjects of rural tourism tourism resources, there is a lack of articles related to visitors who use artificial rural resources rather than natural ones. The results of this study are as follows. The relationship between experience program and preference attributes of rural tourism villages on the perceived values and behavioral intentions of tourists were investigated. First, it is necessary to nurture a professional experience instructor who can conduct the experience program professionally. In order to do this, it is necessary to provide education for acquiring information of existing methods, but it seems that recreational education for the visitors is needed. For this purpose, CS Academy and recreational education are conducted in cooperation with the company. It would be nice to include entertainment elements. And it seems necessary to develop a program that combines storytelling with the use of rural resources to develop experience programs. Second, in order to improve the service quality of rural tourism villages, it is necessary to utilize the rural environment that is not located in the city center and provide the tourists with the advantages of regional resources with the differentiated strategy. And it seems that the reservation system and the programs that advertise online should be done in the same place, and the entertainment function of experience should be strengthened. Also, it is necessary to continue to promote through the SNS, which is one of the public relations plans that fit the current trends.

초등수학 수업의 동기유발에 나타나는 수학적 창의성 분석

The purpose of this study was to clarify the concepts of mathematical creativity by combining previous studies about mathematical creativity and to find elements of mathematical creativity by analysing 75 pre-service teacher’s perceptions about mathematical creativity of the elementary mathematics lessons. Based on the observations and reports of the pre-service teachers, we analyzed the elements of mathematical creativity and the pre-service teachers’ perceptions in the motivation part of various elementary mathematics lessons. Pre-service and teachers need to understand wide– range of mathematical creativity. Also, teachers need to include mathematical creativity throughout the lessons including motivation parts. As a result of the study, it is necessary to recreate the mathematical creativity of the pre-service teachers and to conduct the mathematics class in consideration of various factors of mathematical creativity. Also, it is necessary to make not only motivation of mathematics class but also mathematical creativity in whole class. In order to further expand the mathematical creativity in the motivation of the mathematics class, the pre-service teachers suggested that the material used in the motivation of the mathematics class should reflect the life and interest of the students. They also suggested that the content of motivation should be closely related to the whole mathematics class. In order to develop students' mathematical creativity, it is necessary to develop rich materials and effective teacher training for mathematics classes in connection with their daily lives. The researchers suggested that it is need to develop various resources for teaching students with mathematical creativity and educate teachers to include mathematical creativity in their teaching and learning mathematics. Finally, teachers need to understand mathematical creativity in a wide range of applications in schools. 본 연구는 기존의 수학적 창의성에 대한 다양한 정의를 종합하여 수학적 창의성의 개념을 정립하고, 초등수학 수업의 동기유발 부분에 나타나는 수학적 창의성을 분석하여 이를 함양하는 방안을 찾는데목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이전의 연구에서 수학적 창의성의 다양한 정의를 종합하여 수학적 창의성에대한 정의를 정리하였다. 이를 바탕으로 75명의 예비교사들이 관찰한 다양한 초등수학 수업의 동기유발 부분에 나타나는 수학적 창의성의 요소와 이에 대한 예비교사들의 인식을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 예비교사들의 수학적 창의성에 대한 재인식을 통하여 다양한 수학적 창의성의 요소를 고려하여 수학수업을 진행하도록 하고, 수학 수업의 동기 유발뿐만 아니라, 수업 전체에서 수학적 창의성을 고려한수업이 되도록 할 필요가 있다. 그리고 수학적 창의성에 대한 보다 넓은 측면에서 적용 방안이 고려되어야 한다. 예비교사들은 수학 수업의 동기유발에 수학적 창의성이 더욱 확대되기 위해서 수학 수업의동기유발에서 사용하는 소재가 학생들의 생활, 관심, 흥미를 반영해야 한다는 제안을 하였다. 그리고동기유발의 내용이 수학 수업 전체와 긴밀하게 연관성을 가져야 한다는 의견을 제시하였다. 그리고 학생들의 수학적 창의성의 함양을 위하여 이들의 일상생활과 연계한 수학 수업을 위한 풍부한 자료 개발과 효과적인 교사 연수가 필요하며, 수학적 창의성을 고려한 전체 수업과 동기유발을 연관성 있게 연결하여 수업을 구성하는 수업이 필요하다고 제안하였다. 또한, 교사가 수학적 창의성을 보다 폭넓게이해하고, 학생의 사고 및 의사소통 기회를 확대하기 위한 지속적인 노력이 필요하다고 제안하였다. 그리고 초등 수학 수업에서 수학적 창의성을 기르기 위해서는 단순히 교사교육뿐만 아니라 수업 외적요소인 교실 환경, 수업 준비물, 동기유발 시간의 융통성 있는 확보 등이 필요하며, 확장된 연구로 동기유발 외의 수업에서 다른 부분에서도 수학적 창의성에 대한 연구가 필요함을 주장하였다.
