        Purpose: This survey aimed to find out the relationship of work stress, self- efficacy, and task performance of the preceptor. Method: The data of this study were collected from 215 Preceptors who have been working in four hospitals in Deajeon. The data were analyzed by t-test , ANOVA and Duncan test for group differences, Pearson`s correlation and Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS WIN 17.0 program. Result: There were significant positive relations between the work stress (r=0.193, p<0.05), self-efficacy (r=0.346, p<0.00), and the task performance of preceptor. The most predictive factors of the task performance were self-efficacy(11.5%), the job stress(2.7%), and age(2.0%). Conclusion: Nursing department supervisors need to manage preceptor to reduce work stress and to improve self-efficacy. It is recommended that work stress should be decreased and programs for increasing self-efficacy need developing in order to satisfy self-realization of preceptors and their needs.

        간호대학생의 아동기 정서적 외상과 우울의 관계에서 대인관계능력의 조절효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the moderating effect of interpersonal skills on the relationship between childhood emotional trauma and depression. Methods: From June to July, 2017, a convenience sample of 226 nursing students was recruited. Research data were collected through self-report questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 22.0. Results: 68.1% (154) respondents experienced emotional abuse, and 48.1% (110) emotional neglect in childhood emotional trauma. The average depression score was 10.76. There were 54.4% (123), 34.5% (78), 12.8% (29), and 7.1% (16) of respondents with mild, moderate, and severe depression, respectively. The average interpersonal skills score was 3.59. There was a significant correlation between childhood emotional trauma (emotional abuse, emotional neglect), interpersonal skills and depression. And the moderating effect of interpersonal skills on the relationship between childhood emotional neglect and depression was significant. Conclusion: Interpersonal skills play a role as a moderating variable influencing the relationship between emotional neglect of childhood emotional trauma and depression, and also reduce the effects of childhood emotional trauma on depression. When developing a depression prevention program for nursing college students, such programs should consider strategies to reduce the negative effects of childhood emotional trauma and to improve interpersonal skills.

        중학생의 우울의 정도에 따른 자살생각, 사회적 지지 및 자아존중감

        Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the degree of suicidal ideation, social support and self-esteem on depression in middle school students. Methods: The study, based on a correlation study design, selected participants from five middle schools by convenience sampling. Data were collected from April 19 to June 13, 2015 from the 427 participants included in the study. The data were analyzed using SPSS / Win 20.0. Results: There was a significant correlation between depression, self esteem, social support, and suicidal ideation. Depression was negatively correlated with self-esteem(r=-.47, p<.001) and social support(r=-.45, p<.001), while being positively correlated with suicidal ideation(r=.64, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings indicate that depression in middle school students can increase the risk of suicide. Self-esteem and social support of middle school students are also important resources for reduce depression and suicide prevention.

        보건관리자의 성희롱과 관련된 경험, 인식, 대처 및 기관의 성희롱 예방 노력에 대한 실태조사

        Purpose: This study explored the sexual harassment-related experience, awareness, coping, and institutional prevention schemes for health personnel in industrial settings. Methods: Data were collected using self - report questionnaires from 300 health personnels. Data were collected between September 1 and December 31, 2017. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: Health personnels experienced 29% of sexual harassment, in order of verbal, visual, physical. The frequency of sexual harassment was higher when women were younger, particularly younger than men. Although the average health personnel's awareness of sexual harassment was high, the common coping style was passive such as distancing form the perpetrator. Institutional efforts to prevent sexual harassment included separating employees and staff, but perpetrators tended to account for a high proportion of the supervisors and staff. Conclusion: Health care managers should develop an effective and effective sexual harassment prevention education program by raising gender equality awareness in relation to the awareness of sexual harassment and identifying the influencing factors that can bring about appropriate sexual harassment coping behavior.

        만19-39세 성인의 성별에 따른 자살생각 영향 요인

        본 연구는 만19-39세 성인의 성별에 따른 자살생각에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위하여 2기 한국의료패널 자료를 활용한 2차 분석의 서술적 조사연구이다. 2019년과 2020년 2개년도 2기 한국의료패널 조사에 참여한 만19-39세 성인 총 1,610명을 최종 연구대상으로 하였다. 대상자의 성별에 따라자살생각에 대한 영향요인은 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 확인하였다. 본 연구결과, 남성에서 불안감이 유의한 관련 요인이었고, 남녀 모두에서는 주관적 건강상태와 정신건강전문가 상담이 자살생각에 유의한 관련 요인이었다. 이에 만19-39세의 자살생각에 대한 원인 파악과 관리를 성별에 따른 차별화된정신건강전문가 상담, 치료 등을 통해 도움을 받을 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해 인식 변화의 노력과다양한 경로의 지원 확대 및 홍보와 같은 적극적인 자살예방 활동을 해야 할 것이다. 또한, 자신의정신적 안녕을 위해 사회적 지지체계를 형성할 수 있도록 정책적 기반이 마련되어야 할 것이다. This descriptive study aimed to identify the factors affecting suicide ideation according togender in adults aged 19 to 39 of a secondary analysis using the 2nd Korean medical paneldata. A total of 1,610 adults aged 19-39 who participated in the second Korean medical panelsurvey in 2019 and 2020 were selected as the final subjects. The factors affecting suicidalideation according to gender of the subjects were identified by logistic regression analysis. Based on the result of this study, anxiety was a significant factor in men, and in both men andwomen, subjective health status and mental health professional counseling were significantfactors related to suicide ideation. Therefore, it is necessary to be able to grasp and manage thecause of suicidal ideation between 19 and 39 years old through counseling and treatments ofdifferentiated mental health experts according to gender. To this end, active suicide preventionactivities such as efforts to change awareness, expansion of support for various channels, andpublicity should be done. In addition, a policy basis should be established to form a socialsupport system for their mental well-being.

        간호대학생의 우울 및 분노가 대인관계문제 해결능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 우울 및 분노가 대인관계문제 해결능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였 다. 첫째, 우울과 대인관계문제 해결능력 사이에는 상관크기가 r=-0.205로 99% 신뢰수준에서 통계적 으로 유의한 약한 음의 상관관계가 있다. 특성분노와 대인관계문제 해결능력 사이에는 상관크기가 r=-0.122로 95% 신뢰수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 우울 및 분노가 대인관계문제 해결능력에 미치는 영향에 대한 다중회귀분석결과, 처음관계, 권리주장, 자기노출에 정서적 지지, 갈등 다루기, 대인관계문제 해결능력 전체에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 간호대학생의 우울 및 분노조절을 위한 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to examine the impact of depression and anger on interpersonal problem-solving capability among nursing students in Korea. First, depression was found negatively correlated with interpersonal capability (r=-0.205),which was significant at 99% confidence level, while trait anger was negatively correlated with interpersonal capability (r=-0.122) at 95% confidence level. Second, multiple regression analysis showed that both depression and anger had a significant influence on initial relationship, claim of right, emotional support on self-exposure, conflict management, and the entire interpersonal capability. The study results could be used as fundamental data for developing programs of controlling depression and anger among nursing students.

        요양병원 간병사의 낙상예방효능감과 낙상예방건강신념이 낙상예방인지도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 요양병원 간병사의 낙상예방인지도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집기간은 2014년 7월 1일부터 8월 31일까지였다. D광역시와 N시에 소재하는 7개 요양병원의 간병사를 대상으로 편의 표집 하였다. 수집된 자료 215부 중 200부를 분석에 이용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 요양병원 간병사의 학력, 요양보호사 자격증 유무, 근무경력과 낙상관련 교육시간에 따른 낙상예방인지도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 낙상예방건강신념 중 지각된유익성, 지각된장애성, 지각된민감성과 낙상예방효능감은 낙상예방인지도와 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, 요양병원 간병사에게 영향을 주는 개인적 특성을 통제한 상태에서 위계적 회귀분석한 결과, 정적영향요인은 지각된유익성, 낙상예방효능감, 지각된민감성, 부적영향요인은 근무경력으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 낙상예상인지도에 대한 설명력은 31.7%였다. 이러한 결과로 요양병원 간병사의 낙상예방인지도를 증가시키기 위해 간병사의 근무경력에 따른 낙상예방효능감과 건강신념 중 지각된 유익성과 지각된 민감성을 높일 수 있는 프로그램을 적극 모색해야할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the fall prevention awareness of care-givers working at long-term care hospitals. A convenience sampling method was used to select care-givers who worked at 7 different long term care hospitals which were located in D city and N city. Data were collected from July 2014 to August 2014. 200 data were used for analysis out of 215 data which were collected. The hierarchical regression analysis reveals the following results: Firstly, the effects of care-givers’ education level, certificate status, period of work experience and fall-related learning hours on their fall prevention awareness level were statistically significant. Secondly, among fall prevention health beliefs, perceived benefit, perceived disability, perceived sensitivity and self-efficacy were positively related to the level of fall prevention awareness. Thirdly, while such factors as perceived benefit, perceived sensitivity and self-efficacy showed positive effects on the fall prevention awareness, the period of work experience had negative effects. The regression model shows the power of explanation of 31.7 percents. In conclusion, the study suggests a fine-tuned program to improve care-givers fall prevention awareness in a way of promoting fall prevention self-efficacy, perceived benefits and perceived sensitivity while considering the care-givers period of work experience.

        노인요양병원 간호사의 낙상예방활동에 미치는 영향요인

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to understand the relation among fall knowledge, fall attitude, nursing environment and fall prevention activities in nurses who work at geriatric hospitals, and identify factors which affect on fall prevention activities. Methods: Using the convenient sampling method, the data were collected from nurses who had been working at 16 geriatric hospitals in D Metropolitan City for longer than three months. The collected data from 210 nurses were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA with Scheffe test and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 20.0. Results: Subjects``fall knowledge and fall attitude turned out to work as relatively high influence factors. They perceived nursing practice environment as positive and highly involved in fall prevention activities as well. Geriatric hospital nurses who were older, married, paid better, more experienced in clinical environment and learned more about fall-related education were better at fall prevention activities. Fall prevention activities were significantly related to fall attitude and nursing practice environment. Under the control of individual characteristics among geriatric hospital nurses, Hierarchial Linear Regression revealed that fall attitude, wage and fall education hours worked as positive influence factors, however, nursing practice environment did not affect much. Explanation power of the variables were 30.4%. Conclusions: Based on the result of the study, an education program with sufficient hours to change nurses``fall attitude needs to be developed, and a plan which will bring positive change in nursing practice environment needs to be sought to improve geriatric hospital nurses``fall prevention activities.

        조직몰입에 대한 개념분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the clear concept of organizational commitment for effective nursing personnel management. Method: This study was conducted using Walker & Avant’s conceptual analysis framework(2005). Results: Organizational commitment was identified with six attributes: acknowledgment, acceptance, trust, sacrifice, attachment, regulation. Antecedents of organizational commitment were personal characteristics, perceived organizational support, empowerment, fair compensation, job satisfaction, job autonomy, organizational culture, and leadership. Consequences of organizational commitment were turnover intention, job performance and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: Organization commitment is a core concept for understanding the management of nursing personnel. Appropriate instruments to operationalize the concept of organizational commitment including six attributes need to be developed.

        임상간호사의 간호생산성 영향요인

        본 연구는 간호사의 감성지능, 소진, 간호생산성과의 관계를 규명하고, 간호생산성에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 간호조직의 효율적 관리를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 D광역시에 소재한 300병상 이상의 종합병원에서 근무하는 간호사 255명을 편의표집 하여 2013년 11월 12일부터 12월 26일까지 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 17.0 program을 이용하여 t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe 사후검정, Pearsons correlation coefficient, enter multiple regression analysis하였다. 연구결과 임상간호사의 감성지능과 소진은 유의한 음의 상관관계를, 감성지능과 간호생산성은 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 감성지능, 총 임상경력, 소진, 직위가 간호생산성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 간호생산성 변이의 43.4%를 설명하였다. 따라서 임상간호사의 감성지능을 향상 시킬 수 있는 중재프로그램을 다양하게 개발하여 소진을 낮추고 간호생산성을 높일 수 있도록 경력자 관리에 대한 간호조직의 효율적 운영과 전략 구축이 절실히 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence, burnout and nursing productivity, to find the factors for nursing productivity need to the efficient management of nursing organization. 255 nurses were collected a structured questionnaire by convenience sampling with 300 beds, Nov. 12-Dec. 26 in 2013. Data were processed SPSS 17.0, using t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and enter multiple regression analysis. These results showed a significant negative correlation between emotional intelligence and burnout, a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence, total clinical experence, burnout and position had a significant influence on nursing productivity, Nursing productivity explained 43.4% of the variation. Therefore, it demanded that to build the infrastructure for the nursing organization of carrer management, to improve emotional intelligence, to design diverse intervention program for the nurses, to reduce burnout, and to increase work productivity.
