천부경의 수양론에 관한 연구(1)

This paper is about the cultivation theory of 'Cheonbu-kyeong', the unique scripture of our people. The attitude and mental attitude of the researcher in studying Cheon Bu-kyung are as follows. First, you have to be pious. In studying Cheon Bu-kyung, which contains the mysterious truth about the universe, the world, and nature, one must have a bright and clear mind. Second, you should study Cheon Bu-kyung in a self-purifying way. How can you properly study Cheon Bu-kyung, which contains the principles of the universe and human beings, while doing all sorts of clumsiness? Finally, we should base our pride on pride and pride in our people, history, and ideas. Those who are absorbed in Western and Eastern philosophies and who despise and ignore Korean ones think it is difficult to properly analyze Cheon Bu-kyung. Based on the research methodology of Cheonbu-kyung or the method of studying Cheonbu-gyeong, a brief description of Cheonbu-kyung's theory of culture suggests that Cheonbu-kyung learns that the universe and nature are one. Second, Cheon Bu-kyung makes us get out of our misery. Third, Cheon Bu-kyung makes me realize the nature of being. Fourth, Cheon Bu-kyung lets others out of their hands and out of their restraints. Finally, Cheon Bu-kyung keeps my mind in a state of clarity by keeping it in common with heaven. 본 논문은 우리 민족의 고유한 경전인 ‘천부경’의 수양론에 관한 것이다. 천부경을 공부함에 있어서 명심해야 할 연구자의 자세와 심성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경건함을 지녀야 한다. 우주와 세계와 자연에 대한 오묘한 진리를 내포하고 있는 천부경을 공부함에 있어서는 스스로 밝고 맑은 성심을 지녀야 한다. 둘째, 스스로 정화된 모습에서 천부경을 공부해야 한다. 자신은 온갖 탁한 행동을 다하면서 우주와 인간의 원리가 담긴 천부경을 어찌 제대로 공부할 수 있겠는가? 마지막으로 우리 민족과 역사와 사상에 대한 긍지심과 자부심을 기초해야 한다. 서양과 동양의 타 철학에 대해 심취하면서 한국의 것을 천대하고 무시하는 이는 천부경을 제대로 분석하기 어렵다고 생각한다. 이러한 천부경에 대한 연구방법론 내지 천부경 공부법을 기초하여 천부경의 수양론을 간략하게 지적하면 첫째, 천부경은 우주와 자연과 나가 하나임을 터득하게 한다. 둘째, 천부경은 우리로 하여금 사사로움에서 벗어나게 한다. 셋째, 천부경은 나란 존재의 본성을 깨닫게 한다. 넷째, 천부경은 타인과 시시비비에서 벗어나 타인으로부터의 구속에서 벗어나게 한다. 마지막으로 천부경은 하늘과 상통하게 하여 나의 마음을 청명상태에 머물게 한다.

북한 인권문제의 기본인식과 실체적 대응

본 연구는 최근 국내외적으로 큰 관심을 불러일으키고 있는 북한인권문제에 대한 보다 본질적이고 구조적인 인식과 대응을 탐구하고 있다. 북한인권문제는 이제 더 이상 침묵할 수 없을 정도로 국제사회의 핵심의제로 부상하고 있다. 탈냉전 이후 세계가 민주화되고 인간안보에 대한 관심이 증폭되고 있는 상황에서 북한인권문제는 북한이라는 개별적 국가만의 문제가 아니라 세계사의 큰 흐름과 맥을 같이 하는 문제로 등장한 것이다. 인권문제는 국가주권이라는 차원을 초월하는 인류의 보편적 가치로 북한정권은 인권문제에 대한 국제사회의 움직임을 내정간섭이라는 통상적인 수단을 거부하기에는 설득력과 명문이 떨어진다고 할 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 우리는 북한인권문제가 안고 있는 구조적인 성격을 정확히 파악하여 올바른 대응책을 마련해야 할 것이다. 북한인권문제는 세계사적인 측면이나 남북한통일의 차원이나 민족사의 전개차원이나 할 것 없이 반드시 개선되어야 할 중차대한 국면에 이르렀다. 북한정권은 국내외의 관심을 정권전복음모라고 해서 방어적으로만 대할 것이 아니라 세계사와 민족사의 흐름에 부응하여야 할 것이다. 우리도 북한인권문제에 보다 적극적으로 개입하여 북한인민들의 고통을 외면하지 말고 함께하는 것이 민족통일의 첩경이라고 할 수 있다. This study attends to analyse the basic character and substantial countermeasure of North Korea's Human Rights. A study on the North Korea's human rights must pursue the substantial and structual character. The problem of North Korea's human rights emerged as the kernel of a question in the current international society. After the age of the post cold war, international society is concerned about human security. From this point of view, the North Korea's human rights is not the problem of a specific state but worldwide problem. Human right is universal value rising above the state. By reason of reason, We are interested in the Norty Korea's human rights. And then We(Our government) must prepare substantial countermeasure following understanding structual character to the North Korea's human rights. The problem of North Korea's human rights have to reform from an world historical and reunficational point of view. We don't hold our tongue on the problem of North Korea's human rights. As aggressively intervening in The problem of North Korea's human rights, We(our governmment) are partner of North Korean's sorrows. Only this road is a nearer way to natonal reunification.

백범김구의 평화론에 관한 연구

본 논문은 백범김구의 평화론에 대한 연구이다. 백범은 일생을 조국의 독립과 통일을 위해 헌신한 인물이다. 백범이 73년 삶 속에서 정치활동과 정치노선을 전개하면서 일관된 길을 걸어온 것은 무엇 때문인가? 그리고 모든 정치지도자들은 평화에 대한 생각을 지니고 있는데 백범의 평화론은 어떻게 정리할 수 있는가? 이러한 의문에 대해 본 논문은 해답을 제공하고 있다. 백범의 평화론은 크게 네 가지로 나누어서 고찰할 수 있다. 첫째가 자유평화론을 지적할 수 있다. 자유평화론은 자유가 평화의 전제이고 자유가 전제되지 않은 평화논리는 의미가 없다는 것이다. 둘째, 민족국가창달론이다. 민족국가 내부의 창달과 평화와 세계평화를 결합하여 논의를 전개하고 있다. 셋째, 세계화평론이다. 세계질서를 구성하고 있는 인류 상호간에 인의, 사랑 및 자비로써 서로 화해와 평화로운 관계를 형성해야 한다는 것이다. 마지막으로 반침략주의론을 지적할 수 있다. 무력에 의해 아무런 명분도 없이 타국을 침략하는 제국주의의 침략주의를 반대하고 있다. 이러한 내용을 지닌 백범의 평화론의 성격을 지적하면 적극적 평화론의 성격, 민주적 평화론의 성격 및 모든 정치활동의 지향점으로서의 성격 등을 들 수 있다. 이상과 같은 백범의 평화론의 내용과 성격을 종합해보면 백범의 평화론은 21세기 평화론의 모형으로서의 의미가 있다고 하겠다. 그리고 세계화가 급속도로 추진되고 있는 상황에서 민족주의가 나아가야 할 방향을 지적하고 있다고 고찰된다. 또한 북한의 핵실험 이후 안보위협이 고조되고 있는 오늘의 한반도 및 동북아 안보정세에서 우리 민족의 생존 및 발전전략으로서의 의미가 있다. This study analyzes the peace doctrine of Baek-bum, Kim koo. Baekbum`s peace theory is constituted of four parts. A first point is the peace theory of anti-dictatorship(that is, the theory of freedom-peace). It means that the premise of peace is freedom. A second is the theory of promotion of nation-state. This doctrine is simple; it relates the promotion of nation-state with worldwide-peace. A third is the theory of world harmony. It means the love, charity, benevolence and righteousness among peoples as a member of mankind. Lastly, it is the theory of anti-aggression. Without any cause, an act invading other states is a definite act harming worldwide peace. The theory of Baekbum`s peace, mentioned above, containes various meanings. It has a character of the doctrine of positive peace. And it has a character democratic peaceful doctrine. Or, it has a character relating all political activity. This Baek-bum`s peace doctrines means the paradigm of 21th`s peace theory. Furthermore, it shows us how to make nationalism in the age of globalization. Also, it indicates the surviving and developmental strategy under the present security conditions in the Korean Peninsula.

천부경의 정치철학에 관한 연구

본 논문은 천부경에 대한 연구방법론과 정치철학에 관한 내용이다. 천부경은 상고시대 우리 민족의 경전이다. 천부경에는 우리 민족의 정신, 사상 및 철학이 깊이 내재되어 있다. 천부경을 공부함에 있어서 우리가 망각해서는 안 되는 연구방법론에 대해 정리하였다. 우선 자의적(恣意的) 해석에서 벗어나야 한다. 다음으로 국수주의적 해석을 금해야 한다. 셋째, 있는 그대로 객관적 해석이 요구된다. 마지막으로 다른 이의 학문적 성과나 이론과 연계해서 해석하는 방법에서 벗어나야 한다. 다시 말하면 천부경은 우리가 후천적으로 습득한 지식, 습관, 경험 등에 기준해서 접근해서는 안 된다는 것이다. 천부경은 81자에 불과하지만 그 속에 담긴 내용은 매우 심오하고 영적일 정도로 우주, 세계, 인간을 포괄하고 있다. 이러한 천부경에 담긴 정치철학을 살펴보면 첫째, 조화론이다. 천부경은 일자(一者)라고 하는 우주의 근본 실체로부터 천지인의 조화를 강조하고 있다. 둘째, 대의론이다. 천부경은 인간들 간의 사소한 감정싸움과 같은 갈등을 넘어 공동체 전체를 위한 대의론을 주창하고 있다. 셋째, 통합론이다. 마지막은 인본론이다. 인중천지일(人中天地一) 사상을 천부경 철학의 핵심적 귀결사항이라고 할 수 있다. This paper is about the research methodology and political philosophy of CheonBu-Gyeong(the Heavenly Book). CheonBu-Gyeong is a scripture of Korean people during the ancient times. The spirit, thought, and philosophy of the Korean people are deeply embedded in . In studying Cheonbugyeong, we summarized the research methodology that we should not forget. First of all, it should be free from arbitrary interpretation. Next, we should prohibit ultranationalistic interpretation. Third, objective interpretation is required as it is. Finally, we should deviate from the way we interpret it in conjunction with others' academic achievements or theories. In other words, CheonBu-Gyeong should not be approached based on the knowledge, habits, and experiences we acquired. Although CheonBu-Gyeong is only 81 characters long, its contents are so profound and spiritual that it encompasses the universe, the world, and humans. If you look at the political philosophy contained in the horoscope, first of all, the theory of harmony. Cheonbugyeong emphasizes the harmony of the heavenly beings from the fundamental reality of the universe, known as the sun. Second, it's a theory of great cause. Cheon Bu-kyung is advocating a theory of great cause for the entire community beyond minor conflicts such as emotional battles between humans. Third, integration theory. The last is the theory of humanism. The idea of heaven and earth becoming one in a man can be said to be a key consequence of the philosophy of Cheon Bu-kyung.

탈북자문제의 기본인식과 우리의 대응

본 연구는 최근 남북한관계는 물론이고 동북아의 안보환경에서 시급히 처리해야 할 과제로 인식되고 있는 탈북자문제에 대한 기본인식과 이에 대한 우리의 대응전략을 논의하고 있다. 탈북자문제에 대한 올바른 인식만이 이에 상응한 올바른 대응전략이 나올 수 있다. 인식이 잘못되어 있으면 대응책 역시 오류를 범할 수 있다. 탈북자문제에 대한 기본인식으로서는 첫째, 인간존중의 차원에서 인식되어야 한다. 둘째, 시급한 현안 처리의 차원에서 생각되어야 하고 세 번째로는 이상적 통일국가 창출이라는 측면이 고려되어야 한다. 그리고 마지막으로 진정한 동북아 평화체제 구축이라는 차원이 전제되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 탈북자문제에 대한 기본인식을 토대로 해서 과연 우리(정부)는 무엇을 해야만 하는가? 첫째, 정부의 적극적인 개입의 필요성이 요청된다. 정부는 북한과 중국에 대해 조용한 외교란 미명으로 소극적인 대탈북자정책을 거두어야 한다. 둘째, NGO활동에 대한 적극적인 지원책을 모색해야 한다. 탈북자문제에 대한 NGO들의 민족애적, 인류애적 순수성을 이해하고 적극적인 후원과 지원책이 요청된다. 셋째, 국내 탈북자에 대한 관심과 후원을 증대해야 한다. 더 이상의 침묵은 사태를 악화시킬 뿐이다. This study attends to analyse the basic recognition and our countermeasure of the problem of North Korean defectors. The problem of North Korean defectors must be settled without delay in the relation of South-North Korea and the security surroundings of Northeast Asia. Only the correct recognition of the problem of North Korean defectors can derive the right countermeasure. If a recognition is not correct, countermeasures can mistake. And We look out the basic recognition of the problem of North Korean defection. First, the problem of North Korean defectors is recognized as the dimension of human dignity. Second, it must think as the dimension of the pressing matters to attend to. Third, it must consider as the creating of the ideal state. Lastly, it is assumed the dimension of the building of the Northeast's peace system. On the basis of the basict recognition of the problem of North Korean defectors, We look out the countermeasures of it. First, the positive intervention of the our government is demanded. The present government has to abandon the so-called ‘quiet diplomacy'on the problem of North Korean defectors. Second, our government must try to find a aid for NGO. The activity of NGO to the problem of North Korean defectors has its origin in love for humanity and nation. Therefore, the current government must support positively. Third, our peoples(government) must strengthen the interesting and aid for NGO. Continual silence has done nothing but problem's aggravation.

제1장 윤봉길의 정치사상

This study analyses the political thoughts of Yoon Bong-Gil. The Sanghae Euigue(상해의거) leading by Yoon Bong-Gil is not event by his accident impulse and a one‘s indication. The Sanghae Euigue is a remarkable accomplishment by a concrete thought of Yoon Bong-Gil. With this comprehension, this thesis seeks for the theoretical analysis into the political thoughts of Yoon Bong-Gil. Moreover, to analyse concretely political thoughts of Yoon Bong-Gil is needed his basic knowledge on the state, society and history etc.. Above all, he has the martring state viewpoint. Next, he has the resisting will on unjust foreign powers. Lastly, he has the overcoming will about poverty and stupidity. On basis this fundamental knowledge, he has presented his political thoughts. First, his political thought is defined as the theory of farming revival. His theory of farming revival consists of the enhancement of common spirit and doctrine of breaking down reality. Secondly, his political thought can arrange the theory of building nation by education. The theory of building nation by education is basis on the alright recognition about the age problem. Finally, the political thought of Yoon Bong-Gil is defined as the theory of independent struggle. 본 연구는 윤봉길 의사의 정치사상을 분석하고 있다. 윤봉길이 직접 단행한 상해의거는 단순히 우발적인 충동이나 누구의 지시에 의한 사건이 아니다. 그것은 윤봉길 자신의 확고한 정치사상에 기초하여 행해진 쾌거이다. 이러한 기본적인 인식 하에 본 논문은 윤봉길의 정치사상을 체계적으로 분석하는 방향을 모색하고 있다. 윤봉길의 정치사상을 구체적으로 파악하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 그의 국가, 사회 및 역사에 대한 기본적 인식에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 우선, 그는 살신성인의 국가관을 지니고 있었다. 다음으로 그는 부당한 외세에 대한 확고한 저항의식을 함유하고 있었다. 마지막으로 그는 가난과 무지에 대한 자신 나름의 극복의지를 지니고 있었다. 이러한 기본인식을 토대로 해서 그는 자신의 정치사상을 표명하고 있는데, 첫째 그의 정치사상은 농촌부흥론으로 규정지을 수 있다. 그의 농촌부흥론은 공동정신의 함양과 현실타파론을 핵심으로 하고 있다. 두 번째, 그의 정치사상은 교육입국론으로 정리할 수 있다. 교육입국론은 시대문제에 대한 정확한 인식을 기초로 하고 있다. 마지막으로 윤봉길의 정치사상은 주체적 독립항쟁론으로 규정할 수 있다. 주체적 독립항쟁론이란 한 마디로 민족의 힘을 전제로 한 투쟁의 전개를 의미한다. 즉 우리 손으로 부당한 외세를 구축한다는 것이다.

This study attends to analyse the substantial and structual essence on North Koreas'nucleus. The problem of North Korea's nucleus is put into the deep matter comprised in that inner. Having the phenomenon don't pass a judgement on North Koreas'nucleus. Keeping statement of nuclear weapon on Feburary 10 can't analyse for the use of negotiation against America. Dealing with the problem of North Koreas'nucleus, We don't deal with North Korea having optimistic thought. North Korea, namely, Kim Jeung-Il regime have been done with firm self-thought system and goal until now. Nevertheless, We do nothing but confront North Korea in the way of only our thought method. Here is problem. We must notice clearly of North Korea's true nature. The problem of North Korea's nucleus is connected directly with North Korea's political system. Without fundamental change of North Korea's political system, the problem of North Korea's nucleus is very far away. We must put together our most national power. First of all, we must many-sided negotiated strategy facing with North Korea. The second subject is to cooperate with international society for change of North Korea's political system. In conclusion, We must promote friendly relations between Korea and America.

북한 핵실험의 기본성격과 우리의 대응

본 연구는 지난 10월 9일 전 세계의 반대에도 불구하고 감행된 북한핵실험의 성격과 이에 대한 우리의 대응전략을 탐구하고 있다. 김정일 정권이 국제사회의 강력한 반대에도 불구하고 핵실험을 단행한 이유는 과연 무엇인가? 다시 말하면 김정일 정권이 핵을 보유하고자 하는 근본적인 이유는 무엇인가에 대한 의문에 대한 해답을 제공하자는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 김정일 정권이 핵을 보유하고자 하는 가장 실질적인 이유는 흔히 말해지는 대미협상용이나 체제제유지가 아니다. 물론 현상적인 측면에서 보면 이러한 목적이 있는 것도 사실이지만 김정일핵의 본질은 남조선혁명전략에 기초하고 있음을 망각해서는 안 된다. 김정일 정권은 1994년 7월 김일성 사후 상상하기 어려운 체제위기를 경험하여 이른바 ‘고난의 행군’이라는 가혹한 시기를 경험한 적이 있다. 이런 상황에서도 김정일은 핵을 끈질기게 개발하였다. 이러한 역사적 경험에 비추어볼 때 김정일 핵의 성격은 명확해졌다. 그러면 이러한 목적을 지닌 김정일의 핵실험에 대해 우리는 어떻게 대응해야 하는가? 첫째, 대북정책의 전면적 수정을 통한 새로운 전략을 모색해야 하고 둘째, 공고한 한미일공조체제의 형성을 통해 대북압박을 전개해야 하고 셋째, 내부의 통합질서를 통한 확고한 대응체제를 구축해야 할 것이다. This Study attends to analyse the substantial and structual character and our countermeasure on the North Korea's nuclear test. North Korea conducted an underground nuclear test on October 9, 2006. Pyongang carried out the test despite the warning of the South Korea government and the international community. Why Kim Jeong-Il regime has conducted nuclear test despite the warning of international warning. The objective of this treatise is to analyse the substantial reason of Kim Jeong-Il nucleus and nuclear test. The basic goal of Kim Jeong-il's nuclear strategy ultimately lies in communization throughout the Korean peninsular. After Kim Il-Sung death, Kim Jeong-Il regime has overcome national crisis named 'Gonan-eui Hang-gun'(marching of suffering). But Kim Jeong-Il developed nuclear in the national crisis. This historical fact makes clear Kim Jeong-Il's goal on the nuclear developing. From now on, We have to get over this difficulty using all our resources. First, Our government must conduct the seeping changes of the policy on North Korea. Second, We have to develop the pressing strategy on North Korea through concrete cooperation of Korea-Japan-U,S.. In conclusion, We must build the firm countermeasure through domestic integrating order.
