        간호대 재학생의 수면의 질, 우울, 학과만족도 간의 상관관계 연구

        Purpose : The purpose of this research is to measure the correlations among sleep quality, depression and department satisfaction in the students enrolled in the nursing college located in the B city. Method : 268 students enrolled in the nursing college located in the B city participated in this research from the 1st May 2016 to the 31st May 2016. SPSS 18.0 was applied to the collected data to calculate the frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. In addition, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and Pearson correlation coefficient were used for the analysis. Result : The result of the average sleep quality, depression and department satisfaction in the nursing college students were measured to be 2.41±0.57, 3.59±0.50 and 3.56±0.57 respectively. The sleep quality based on the general characteristics indicated a significant difference when applied to the health status(F=4.46, p=.012). The depression indicated a significant difference when applied to the living with parents(t=-2.18, p=.030) and relationship with friends(F=8.62, p=.000). The department satisfaction indicated a significant difference when applied to the grade(F=3.45, p=.017), personality(F=3.46, p=.033), and reason for applying for their department(F=2.49, p=.044). As a result of analyzing the correlations among sleep quality, depression and department satisfaction in the nursing college students, the sleep quality indicated a negative correlation with the depression(r=-.528, p=.000) and a positive correlation with the department satisfaction(r=.144, p=.018). The depression indicated a negative correlation with the department satisfaction(r=.119, p=.051). Conclusion : It is necessary to conduct a replication research by increasing the number of the research subjects. In addition, it is necessary to conduct a systematic research on the factors influential on sleep quality, depression and department satisfaction in order to develop a program capable of enhancing the sleep quality and decreasing the depression.

        간호대학생의 일상적 창의성, 자아존중감이 사회성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The aim of this study was to examine the relationships of everyday creativity and self-esteem, with sociality in college students majoring in nursing science and to identify factors that influence sociality. Methods : In the study 209 college students majoring in nursing science in B city were surveyed for the period of July through September 2020. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS statistics 22.0 for Windows to determine the frequency, percentage ratio, average, and standard deviation. Statistical analyses included the t-test, analysis of variance, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results : The everyday creativity of the nursing students was 3.65±0.43, self-esteem was 3.70±0.63, and sociality was 3.21±.33. Significant differences were observed for self-esteem according to the participant’s grade (F=3.11, p=.027), monthly income (F=2.41, p=.050), health condition (F=4.87, p=.001) and clinical experience (t=-2.17, p=.031). Significant differences were not observed with regard to sociality. A static correlation was observed between everyday creativity and self-esteem (r=.478, p<.001) and between everyday creativity and sociality (r=.342, p<.001). Self-esteem and sociality were also statistically correlated (r=.168, p<.05). Factors that influenced the participants’ sociality included monthly income (β=.168, p=.015), health condition (β=.178, p=.022), clinical experience (β=-.161, p=.048), ability to find alternative solutions (β=.245, p=.015), and in dependent nature (β=.224, p=.003); The explanatory power was 15.60 %. Conclusion : More research is needed to understand the relationship between everyday creativity, self-esteem, and sociality in college students majoring in nursing science, Greater efforts are needed to develop programs that nurture the sociality of college student majoring in nursing science.

        미혼모의 성 인식

        Purpose: A phenomenology study was conducted to provide in-depth data to help in the understanding of young women who have become unmarried mothers. Method: In-depth interviews were done with 11 unmarried mothers from August 2002 to September 2003. Data were recorded and analyzed by Colaizzi method. Result: Significant statements consisted of 5 categories with 12 theme clusters accompanying each category. The categories were: "Sex as a tool" which included living and connections, "Sex as an expression of her desire" which included wanting and expression of love, "Sex to be dominated" which included significance, domination and negative aspects of sex, "Moral sex" which included secrecy, responsibility and connections with life, "Sex as a sense of identity" which included expression of gender and association with peer group. Conclusion: The results of this study will help indicate directions for care of unmarried mother, which should be based on a deep understanding of their personal perception of sexuality. Also, it can be utilized as basic materials for development of sex educational programs to prevent repeat pregnancies in unmarried women and information on consultion with unmarried mothers.

        간호사의 직무만족에 관한 문헌 분석

        Purpose: This study systematically reviewed the research literature on nurse job satisfaction to suggest directions for further research. Methods: A total of 98 articles published in the journals registered in National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) from January 2000 to August 2013 were included for the final analysis. Results: The number of published papers related to nurse job satisfaction has increased annually. The most frequently used instrument to measure nurse job satisfaction was ‘The Index of Work Satisfaction ‘developed by Slavitt et al. (1978). ‘Personal Perception/Attitude’ was the strongest predictor influencing on nurse job satisfaction (41 times, 38.0%). Organizational commitment, turnover intention, nursing performance, job stress, and organizational performance were commonly used as outcome variables related to nurse job satisfaction. Conclusion: Further research is needed to analyze diverse influential factors on nurse job satisfaction. In addition, it is also needed to develop an intervention program which can improve nurse job satisfaction.

        간호대학생의 자기효능감, 진로태도성숙도, 대학생활만족도간의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among self-efficacy, career attitude maturity, and campus life satisfaction in nursing college students. Method: A total of 277 students agreed to participate in this study from 1 May 2016 to 31 May 2016. Data analysis included t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: The results of the analysis revealed a positive correlation between campus life satisfaction and career attitude maturity (r=.316, p=.001); between campus life satisfaction and self-efficacy (r=.256, p=.001); and between self-efficacy and career attitude maturity (r=.469, p=.001). Career attitude maturity had the highest R-squared value of 10% (${\beta}=.22$) for campus life satisfaction, while peer relationships had an R-squared value of 2% (${\beta}=-.18$), residence type of 2% (${\beta}=.14$), and self-efficacy of 1% (${\beta}=.14$), for a total R-squared value of 15%. Discussion: Given these results, individual counseling is recommended to improve campus life satisfaction by helping college students to acquire the skills to foster good interpersonal relationships, self-efficacy, and a positive view of their future vocation. Furthermore, it is essential for an educational environment to support students to ensure that after graduation they become fully-fledged members of society with a sense of pride in their profession.

        간호대학생의 대학생활 스트레스, 자기효능감, 사회적지지 및 대인관계능력

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate nursing students’ levels of and relationships between college-related stress, self-efficacy, social support, and interpersonal skills. Methods : This study involved 352 nursing students at K University in B City, each who understood the study’s purpose and agreed to participate in the study. The study’s data were collected between April 8 and 19, 2019 and were analyzed using the SPSS for Windows 22.0 program based on frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations as well as a t-test, analysis of variance, post-hoc test, and correlation analysis results. The Scheffe test was performed for the post-hoc test, and the Pearson correlation coefficient was employed for the correlation analysis. Results : College-related stress showed statistically significant negative correlations with self-efficacy (r=-.310, p<.001), social support (r=-.312, p<.001), and interpersonal skills (r=-.226, p<.001). However, self-efficacy exhibited statistically significant positive correlations with social support (r=.548, p<.001) and interpersonal skills (r=.524, p<.001), and social support showed a statistically significant positive correlation with interpersonal skills (r=.644, p<.001). Therefore, higher levels of self-efficacy and social support and a lower level of college-related stress result in corresponding higher levels of interpersonal skills. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to find measures to lower nursing students’ college-related stress and increase their self-efficacy and social support, as well as to develop and operate specific intervention programs that can help enhance their interpersonal skills.

        간호대학생의 대학생 생활 스트레스, 셀프리더십, 사회성에 관한 연구

        Purpose : This descriptive study examined the correlation between college life stress, self-leadership, sociality, and the three variables of nursing students. Methods : This study surveyed 225 college students majoring in nursing at City B from May to June 2021. The collected data were analyzed for frequency, percentage ratio, mean, and standard deviation using SPSS/WIN 22.0. For the analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, Scheffé’s test, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were used. Results : The college life stress of nursing students was 2.12±0.67, self-leadership was 3.41±0.59, and sociality was 3.19±0.42. College life stress as measured by grade (F=3.49, p=.016), major satisfaction(F=3.83, p=.005), happiness index(F=6.38, p=.000), and health status(F=4.61, p<.001) showed significant differences. Self-leadership showed a significant difference in satisfaction with college majors(F=7.02, p=.000). Sociality showed significant differences in college satisfaction(F=3.88, p=.005), happiness index(F=2.72, p=.031), and health status (F=2.92, p=.022). Self-leadership and sociality were positively correlated(r=.147, p=.028). Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, repeated research on college life stress, self-leadership, and sociality of nursing students is required, and attention and effort are needed to develop programs that can reduce college life stress and foster self-direction.

        간호대학생의 전공만족도, 생명의료윤리인식이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study is a descriptive survey research that examines the effect of nursing students’ satisfaction in major and consciousness of biomedical ethics on nursing professionalism. Methods : The research subjects consisted of junior and senior nursing students enrolled in four colleges located in City B, South Korea Structured questionnaires were distributed to the subject and a total of 262 copies of survey responses were analyzed. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) using SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The correlation relationship was investigated based on the Pearson correlation coefficient. Multiple regression was used to capture the effect on the nursing professionalism. Results : A positive correlation was observed between the nursing students satisfaction in major and consciousness of biomedical ethics (r=.280, p<.001), between satisfaction in major and nursing professionalism (r=.581, p<.001), and between consciousness of biomedical ethics and nursing professionalism (r=.290, p<.001). General satisfaction (β=.227, p=.001), and relationship satisfaction (β=.248, p=.000) among major satisfaction had the strongest prediction power for the nursing professionalism of nursing students, followed by right to life of fetus (β=.190, p=.000) among consciousness of biomedical ethics and motivation for admission (β =.137, p=.006). These predictors explained 36.9 % of the variable of nursing professionalism. Conclusion : Based on this study result, repeated studies are required that can confirm diverse influential factors on the nursing professionalism of nursing students. Operation of curriculums and development of programs that increase the nursing students’ satisfaction in major and foster their nursing professionalism are required in the future.

        간호대학생의 소진과 행복감의 관계에서 경제적 스트레스와 사회적 자본의 매개효과

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of economic distress and social capital on the relationship between burnout and happiness of nursing students. Methods: This study used Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey, The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, Incharge Financial Distress/Financial Well-Being Scale, and Internet Social Capital Scales. The data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Person’s correlation coefficient. Baron and Kenny’s method was used to analyze mediating effect between burnout and happiness. Results: Burnout, happiness, social capital, and economic distress had correlation with each other. There were the mediating effects of economic distress and social capital on the relationship between burnout and happiness of respondents. Conclusions: The result showed the mediating effects of economic distress and social capital on the relationship between burnout and happiness of nursing students. To increase happiness, it is necessary to apply a curriculum to strengthen the ability of nursing students.
