The anisotropic etching properties of single crystal silicon with the Tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide (TMAH) solution were investigated. The variations in Si etching rate and surface morphology at different etching temperatures and TMAH concentrations were evaluated. The effects of different additives and solution agitation were also discussed. As the THAM concentration (10∼25 wt%) decreased, the etching rate increased from 10 μm/h to 70 μm/h in the range of 70∼90 ℃. However, the etched surface roughness was degraded as the hillock density and corner undercut ratio increased. To solve these problems, the agitation and wafer holder direction were changed and two additives (Pyrazine and Ammonium Persulfate (AP)) dissolved in the TMAH solution. Experimental results showed that additives played an important role to increase the etching rate significantly up to 20% and the change of agitation led to smooth etched surface. Hillock formation was also suppressed by adding these additives and changing agitation direction.

In order to improve the location accuracy of a target, various methods for improving the performance of a single sensor node have been studied in sensor network. However, there is little research to improve the location accuracy using data fusion and sensor node deployment at system level. Therefore, this paper proposed a method to improve the location accuracy using data fusion and sensor node deployment. We implemented the proposed data fusion system and simulated various sensor node deployments. As a result, the proposed method improved the location accuracy of about 1.67m. In addition, we have found an optimal deployment that satisfies a required performance under limited sensor node resources.

In this study we present a system for pulse-rate period detection and human sensibility evaluation based on the wireless medical telemetry service (WMTS) used for transmission of data from medical telemetry devices to various medical facilities and services. We develop a medical-purpose specific WMTS communication module to transmit biometric signals. From the pulse rate variability(PRV) signal, we attempt to classify positive and negative emotional states based on analysis of the ratio of LF/HF in the frequency domain. We measure the data reception rate according to distance in order to test the performance of the WMTS module and analyze the effects on human sensibility evaluation.
의사결정나무 기반 하천 유량 및 수질 예측모델의 성능 평가

This study aimed to investigate the performance of decision tree-based models for water quantity and quality prediction. The models adopted for performance assessment included decision tree (DT), random forest (RF), and extreme gradient boosting (XGB), which was fed by the data sets collected from two monitoring stations in the Nakdong River during 2018-2021. A 7:3 ratio was used to prepare training and testing sets for three prediction models and their hyperparmeters were tuned to improve the accuracy of prediction. We found that XGB which was not sensitive to input data resolution outperformed the other two models, DT and RF. In contrast, the prediction error for DT model decreased progressively in response to increasing monitoring frequency from 7 through 3 to 1 day as well as after applying post-pruning, regardless of dependent variables. When the accuracy of prediction for RF model was assessed as a function of the number of independent variables, more than 4 variables was effective in maintaining its prediction performance as compared to all variables adopted. Therefore, both monitoring frequency and pruning play an important role in reducing the prediction error of decision tree models, in addition to hyperparameter optimization.
MZ세대의 운동참여 종목에 따른 과시적소비성향 및 상징적소비성향 비교연구: 무도, 골프, 보디빌딩 참여자 중심으로

이 연구의 목적은 최근 MZ세대들의 참여도가 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 골프와 보디빌딩 참여자와 무도에 참여하고 있는 MZ세대 참여자의 성향을 비교분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 미래 환경 변화에 따른 무도 참여 활성화를 위한 기초적 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 연구의 대상은 무도, 골프, 보디빌딩 종목에 지속적으로 참여하고 있는 MZ세대 참여자를 대상으로 설정하였으며, 코로나19 바이러스 감염 우려를 대비해 Google온라인 설문조사로 설문을 진행하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 23.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석, One-way ANOVA를 실시하였고, 사후검증은 Scheffe분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 과시적소비성향 요인 중 타인인정지향, 종목의 상징성, 유행추구, 인기종목선호 요인에서 3종목 참여자 간의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 골프 참여자의 과시적소비성향이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상징적소비성 요인 중 자기계발 및 강화, 자아형성, 의사소통 및 교류 요인에서 3종목 참여자 간의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기계발 및 강화는 보디빌딩 참여자, 자아형성은 무도 종목 참여자, 의사소통 및 교류는 골프 참여자가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the recent tendency of MZ generation to participate in golf, bodybuilding, and martial arts and the study was to provide basic data for revitalizing martial arts according to future environmental changes. The subjects of the study were MZ generation participants who continuously participated in martial arts, golf, and bodybuilding, and a Google online survey was conducted. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe analysis were performed using the SPSS 23.0. As a result of the study, first, propensity to others, symbolism of sports, pursuit of trends, and preference for popular sports factors of conspicuous consumption showed a significant differences according to each 3 sports events participants, and golf participants showed the significant highest the conspicuous consumption. Second, self-development and reinforcement, self-formation, communication factors of symbolic consumption showed a significant differences according to each 3 sports participants, and bodybuilding participants, martial arts participants, golf participants showed the significant highest the self-development and reinforcement, self-formation, and communication respectively.
