개인-환경 합치와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 조직몰입의 매개효과
장혜선,안귀여루 영곡사회심리발달학회 2020 사회심리발달연구 Vol.1 No.2
Data were collected from 265 participants in various occupations on MIQ, MBI and OCQ which then were analyzed using correlation and regression. statistics program. The results of this study were as follows: First, person-environment fit negatively related to burn-out. Second, person-environment fit positively related to commitment to organization, and commitment to organization negatively related to burn-out. Third, commitment to organization had partially mediated effect on the relationships between person-environment fit and burn-out. TES(Translation Evaluation System) 분석을 통해 살펴본 번역오류항목 가중치에 관한 연구 -한일 번역물 분석을 중심으로
장혜선 한국외국어대학교 통번역연구소 2011 통번역학연구 Vol.15 No.-
Translation quality is a key to discussing translation, and it is essential to have the criteria that help determine a “good” target text in order to discuss translation quality. Despite endless debates on the issue, the academic community has yet to agree on explicit standards that a “good” target text needs to satisfy. Therefore, translations have been assessed according to subjectively-set criteria. This paper is a preliminary report on designation of different weights by translation error category. To devise a clear and consistent translation evaluation model, it is vital to first set adequate categories for evaluation according to directionality i.e. Japanese into Korean and vice versa. Therefore, the study attempts to establish evaluation criteria for Korean-Japanese technical translations by using Translation Evaluation System(TES), which a Japanese company, Hitachi Ltd. utilizes to evaluate Japanese-English technical translations. Once the criteria were determined, the target texts produced by the paper's subjects (students) were examined to sort identified errors by the categories. The errors were then sent to native speakers of Japanese for a five-step assessment based on naturalness of expressions and readability. By designating different weighted value to each error category, this study aims to contribute to a more systematic and quantitative evaluation of translated texts.
