The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the structural relationship among the principals’ emotional leadership, the positive psychological capital of teachers, and the effectiveness of school organization. The results of the study are as follows. The emotional leadership of the school principal was positively correlated with the positive psychological capital of teachers’ and the effectiveness of school organization. As a result of analysis of the mediating effect of positive psychological capital between the principal’s emotional leadership and the effectiveness of school organization, the direct effect of principals’ emotional leadership on the effectiveness of school organization was .122(p<.01), and the indirect effect of principal’s emotional leadership on the effectiveness of school organization through the positive psychological capital of teachers’ was significantly influenced by .370(p<.01). This study suggests that the emotional leadership of the school principals’ and the positive psychological capital of the teachers’ not only directly influence the effectiveness of school organization, but also that the emotional leadership of the principals’ enhances the positive psychological capital of the teacher and ultimately affects the effectiveness of school organization.
