        중국 다국적기업의 해외시장 진출전략 결정요인에 관한 연구

        Entry mode selection is one of the most important decisions for Chinese multinational enterprises in the process of enhancing international competitiveness through horizontal and vertical integration strategies. From institutional distance to the choice of overseas market entry modes of multinational enterprises, the intermediate processes and paths are jointly influenced by many variables. Based on the institutional scenario in the transition period, this dissertation explores three issues from the perspective of integrating Institutional Theory and Resource Base Theory, considering the impact and mechanism of the international experience of multinational enterprises and the institutional differences between countries on the market entry mode. The findings of this dissertation can theoretically enrich and expand the theoretical research results on the influence and mechanism of Institutional Theory on the strategic behavior of enterprises, and provide theoretical basis and empirical support for understanding and explaining the market entry strategy decisions of Chinese multinational enterprises. In practice, it helps to provide a basis for the formulation of relevant policies by the government and enterprises.

        중국 중소기업에서 진성리더십이 직원의 긍정심리자본, 직무열의에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study focusing on the mediating effect of positive psychological capital between the influence of authentic leadership on employees' job engagement in Chinese SMEs. Its purpose is to provide basic data for future research on human resource development, incentive and brain drain of Chinese SMEs. Research design, data, methodology : From December 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021, sme members in Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces were surveyed and analyzed based on 535 valid data. The data processing methods of this study are SPSS 23.0 and Process macro ver. 3.0. Results : First, it is found that authentic leaders' self-awareness and relationship transparency have a positive (+) impact on employees' positive psychological capital of Chinese SMEs. Second, it is found that self-efficacy has a positive (+) effect on employees' job engagement among the sub-elements of positive psychological capital of Chinese SMEs. Third, it is found that the balance of information processing and relationship transparency between authentic leaders in Chinese SMEs has a positive (+) impact on employees' job engagement. Fourth, in Chinese SMEs, when leaders' authentic leadership affects employees' job engagement, positive psychological capital plays a mediating effect. Conclusions : This paper can serve as empirical data for policymakers of Chinese SMEs, find ways for Authentic Leadership on employees, and provide reference for the development of SMEs. 본 연구는 중국 중소기업에서 직원을 대상으로 리더의 진성리더십이 직원의 긍정심리자본, 직무열의에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 향후 중국 중소기업의 인력자원의 발전에 있어 직원의 개발, 동기부여, 인재가 유실에 연구를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 중국 연해지역에 위치한 절강성, 강소성, 광둥성, 및 산동성에 소재한 중소제조업으로 선정하였으며, 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 자료를 수집한 후 SPSS 25.0과 Process macro ver. 3.0을 이용해 실증분석을 하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 중국 중소기업에서 리더의 진성리더십이 직원의 긍정심리자본에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 특히 자아인식, 관계적 투명성이 직원의 긍정심리자본에 정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 중소기업에서 직원의 긍정심리자본은 직무열의에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 특히 자기효능감이 직원의 직무열의에 정적인 영향을 미친다는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중소기업에서 리더의 진성리더십은 직원의 직무열의에 정적인 영향을 정적인 영향을 미치며, 특히 균형잡힌 정보처리, 관계적 투명성이 직원의 직무열의에 정적인 영향을 미친다는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 리더의 진성리더십이 직원들의 직무열의에 영향을 미칠 때 직원의 긍정심리자본은 매개역할로 있음을 확인하였으며, 특히 긍정심리자본이 진성리더십의 하위요인 중 관계투명성과 직무열의(몰입)에 완전매개하는 것을 확인하였다.

      • Comparison of the RCA Between China and KOR: From the Perspective of Value-Added

        Purpose – This paper empirically explores the RCA of electrical equipment trade between China and Korea from the perspective of gross trade and value-added trade. The goal of this paper is to scan the electrical equipment's RCA, the decomposition of gross exports, and the impacts of an exerted shock. Design/methodology – We applied the domestic value-added method in measuring the RCA, which could be more accurate than traditional RCA since it excludes foreign value-added. Based on the research purpose, this paper follows the framework of Koopman, Wang, and Wei (2014)—as extended by Wang, Wei, and Zhu (2018). It extracts the data from the 2019 Multi-regional Input-Output (MRIO) databases compiled by the Asian Development Bank in January 2021. Findings – After rigorous examination, the main findings are as follows: First, the electrical equipment sector maintains a consistent comparative advantage in either assessing method. Second, China exports more gross goods of electrical equipment to the world than South Korea does, but there is a trade deficit with Korea. Third, South Korea and P.R. China are the most significant bilateral partners of foreign value-added sourcing. Finally, it is surprising that there is a shock on electrical equipment; the partner’s service, as well as manufacturing sectors, would be affected. Originality/value – This paper explores the revealed comparative advantage between Korea and China from traditional gross export and value-added perspectives. Second, we apply the information from the 2019 MRIO database compiled by the Asian Development Bank in January 2021, reflecting the current situation. Third, this paper analyzes the electrical equipment and the impacts on other parties’ sectors. Finally, we carry out the subjects that deserve to be investigated in the future.
