전기화학적 방법에 의한 DBSA와 혼합도판트로 도핑된 연신성 폴리피롤 필름의 특성

기능성 도판트인 dodecylbenzensulfonic acid(DBSA)와 혼합도판트{(DBSA와 $LiClO_4$, NSA(2-naphthalenesulfonic acid), DEHSA[di(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinic acid]}를 사용하여 전기화학적방법에 의한 연신성 폴리피롤(Ppy-DBSA, Ppy-mixed dopants)필름을 제조하였다. 전기화학적 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리피를 괼름은 zone drawing방법을 사용하여 1.0-2.5배 연신시킬 수 있었으며, 연신된 폴리피롤 필름의 전기전도도를 측정하였다. 연신율이 증가함에 따라 필름의 전기전도도가 증가함을 볼 수 있었다. 이 현상은 연신율에 따른 결정성 증가로 설명 할 수 있었다. 1.0-2.5배 연신된 폴리피를 필름(Ppy-DBSA, Ppy-mixed dopants)을 온도변화에 따른 전하 이동 경로는 모두 power raw에 적합함을 볼 수 있었다. Stretchable Polypyrrole films(Ppy-DBSA, Ppy-mixed dopants) using functionalized doping agents dodecyl-benzensulfonic acid (DBSA) and mixed dopants{DBSA with $LIClO_4$, NSA (2-naphthalenesulfonic acid), DEHSA [di(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinic acid]}, were synthesized by electrochemical method. Electrochemically prepared Polypyrrole films were stretch-oriented $(L/L_0=1.0-2.5)$ by a Bone drawing method and their electrical conductivities were measured. As the drawing ratio was increased, the electrical conductivities were increased. This results might be due to the increase in crystallinity through the incresase in draw ratio. The results of temperature dependence of electrical conductivity showed that power raw $(L/L_0=1.0-2.5)$ gave the best fit to the data for stretched Ppy-DBSA and Ppy-mixed dopants films.

This study was carried out to investigate characteristics and Pb(II) removal effect of natural Muan, Seosan, Kangjin clays in the batch mode test to develope the low-priced treatment agent of wastewater which contain heavy metals in order structural, optical properties and chemical compositions of natural clays from domestic have been investigated to have high specific surface area and have minerals such as $SiO_2$ 수식 이미지 and $Al_2O_3$ 수식 이미지. As a result, removal effects of Pb(II) ions on clays were reached at equilibrium in aqueous solutions by stirring about 20minutes. The removal effect of Pb(II) ions was best for Seosan clay than Muan or Kangjin clays in terms of fixed time. The results show the possibility of continuous treatment system of wastewater which contain heavy metals by using natural clays from domestic.

Dodecylbenzenesulfonate와 naphthalenesulfonic acid를 음이온도판트로 사용하고 산화제로 (NH₄)₂S₂O??을 사용하여 상온에서 가용성 폴리피롤을 화학적으로 합성하였다. 제조된 폴리피롤을 여러가지 유기용매(m-cresol, 콜로포름, NMP, DMSO등)에 녹여 free standing film을 제조하였다. 폴리피롤 free standing film은 실온에서 10??∼6S/cm의 전기전도도와 15∼20MPa의 인장강도를 나타내었다. 클로로포름, m-cresol용매에서 제조한 폴리피롤 용액은 UV-Vis./NIR 스펙트라의 측정결과 근적외선영역에서의 free carrier tail 현상을 보여주었고, 폴리피롤 free standing film은 매끈한 표면을 형성하였으며 TGA 측정결과 450℃ 부근에서의 고분자의 분해에 기인되는 중량감소를 나타내었다. 제조된 폴리피롤은 PMMA 등의 고분자와의 우수한 혼합특성을 나타내었다. Doped polypyrroles with anionic dopants, dodecylbenzenesulfonate and naphthalenesulfonic acid which are soluble in various organic solvents are chemically synthesized by oxidative polymerization of pyrrole with ammonium persulfate as a oxidant. Free standing films prepared from several solvents(m-cresol, chloroform, NMP, DMSO etc.) show electrical conductivities of 10??∼6S/cm and tensile strength of 15∼20MPa. Polypyrrole solution prepared from m-cresol and chloroform shows free carrier tail in the near IR region which is attributed to the delocalization of charge carriers and free standing films prepared from these solvents shows smooth surface morphology and the weight loss due to the degradation of polymer chain around 450oC. Polypyrrole solutions prepared from m-cresol and chloroform show high degree of miscibility with PMMA and good film forming property.
