고본건양단(固本健陽丹)이 백서(白鼠)의 성(性)호르몬 및 조혈기능(造血機能)에 미치는 영향(影響)

It has been known that "Gobongeonyangdan" has a certain effects on male sterility in the field of oriental medicine. This thesis purposes to prove such effects of the medicine especially concerning sex hormones and hematogenesis. In the study were used three groups of rats: two of those were treated with Gobongeonyangdan with a variety of quantity and the other untreated. The experiment spans for 35 days: tests upon those subjects were done three times on the 7th, 21st, and 35th day checking the change of testosterone, estradiol, LH, FSH and iron in the serums, and RBC, hematocrit and hemoglobin levels. The results obtained from the study are as follows: 1. The content of testosterone in the serums marked a significant increase in both treated groups in comparison to the untreated group. 2. The content of estradiol in the serums showed a significant increase in the treated groups as to the untreated. 3. The content of LH in the serums increased significantly in the treated groups as to the untreated. 4. The content of FSH in the serums also increased remarkably in the two treated groups as to the untreated. 5. The content of iron in the serum was seen to be increased in the treated groups rather than the untreated group. 6. The RBC was observed to show a tendency toward a significant increase in both the treated groups in comparison with the untreated group. 7. The hemoglobin levels were also increased significantly in the treated groups as to the untreated. 8. The hematocrit levels were decreased significantly in one of the two treated group(sample A group) and there was no difference in the other group(sample B group) in comparison with the untreated group. Consequently, "Gobongeonyangdan" may well be a favorable medicine for patients two have sexual functional disorder and it is also effective on hematogenesis.

In this paper, we describe the failure analysis and representation test method that applied high frequency transformer for SMPS through analysing insulation resistance, frequency characteristic, CT analysis, Q-factor atc. And we study the judgement method that a high frequency transformer affects to other beside parts in different condition or environment. According to this method, we devise a plan for the field failure prevent and propose the securing product reliability of high frequency transformer.
수동형 유기 발광 다이오드(PMOLED)에 대한 가속열화시험

OLED displays use organic materials that emit light when electricity is applied. OLEDs enable emissive, bright, thin, flexible and efficient displays, and are set to replace LCDs in all display applications from small displays to large TV sets. This paper presents an accelerated degradation test for passive matrix OLED (PMOLED). Temperature, humidity and voltage are selected as acceleration stresses which affect the degradation of luminous flux of PMOLED. The failure times are predicted from the exponential degradation model, where the failure is defined as 50% decrease of luminous flux from the initial one. It is assumed that the lifetime distribution of PMOLED follows Weibull distribution and general linear life-stress relationship holds. The life-stress relationship and life characteristics at use condition are estimated by analyzing the accelerated life test data. The effect for selection of degradation models is also performed.
고분자캐패시터에 대한 충방전 조건에서의 온도에 따른 정전용량감소 특성 연구

Purpose: Polymer capacitors are known to have very high reliability as compared with liquid electrolytic capacitors, but their capacity has been reported to decrease in charge and discharge at low temperature. The purpose of this study to clarify these characteristics. Methods: In order to clarify these characteristics, charging-discharging tests were carried out for 200 hours with three different capacities and at 5 different temperature from 5℃ to 100℃. Results: As a result of the test, it was confirmed that the capacity of the polymer capacitor was decreased with higher capacity and lower temperature. Conclusion: Such a failure phenomenon was caused by the shrinkage and expansion characteristics of the polymer used therein, it is presumed that this failure phenomenon is due to the complex pore structure made by etching.
